Abstract

Ein Deckel mit Originalitätssicherung für einen runden Behälter mit einer mach außen vorspringenden Stirnstufe. Das technische Problem ist eine einwandfreie Originalitätssicherung des Deckels. Der Deckel (2) übergreift mit einer Rinne (5) mit nach untem offenen U-Profil die Stirnstufe (3) des Behälters, und über dem Umfang der Rinne (5) sind mindestens drei Aufreißlaschen (8) mit einer Schwächungslinie (9) in gleichen Winkelabständen angeordnet. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Deckel mit Originalitätssicherung für einen runden Behälter mit einer nach außen vorspringenden Stirnstufe.
Anwendungsgebietder Erfindung sind schalenförmige, napfförmige oder becherförmige Behälter zur Aufnahme von Marinaden, Salaten, Getränken, Milchzubereitungen, Süßspeisen und auch flaschenförmige Behälter oder ähnliche Behälter. Bei diesen Behältern muß bis zum Verkauf an den Verbraucher die Originalität derart gewährleistet sein, daß jedes unbefugte Öffnen ohne weiteres erkennbar ist.
Aufgabe des Erfindung ist eine einwandfreie Originalitätssicherung des Deckels.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß der Deckel mit einer Rinne mit nach untem offenen U-Profil die Stirnstufe des Deckels übergreift und daß über dem Umfang des Rinne mindestesn drei Aufreißlasche mit einer U-förmigen Schwächungslinie in gleichen Winkelabständen angeordnet sind.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als über den Umfang der Rinne durch die Aufreißlaschen mehrere Schwächungszonen ausgebildet sind, von denen bei Verformung des Behälters und des Deckels mindestens eine bricht, so daß ein Aufreißversuch aussichtslos ist. Die zum Abziehen des Deckels notwendigen Verformungen sind so groß, daß die Bruchgrenze oder Reißgrenze der Schwächungszonen überschritten wird.
Eine leichte Handhabung der Aufreißlasche ist dadurch gewährleistet, daß die Schwächungslinie zwei über die Außenwand reichende Abschnitte und einen in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Verbindungsabschnitt aufweist.
Eine besonders zuverlässige Originalitätssichwerung wird dadurch erreicht, daß vier Aufreißlaschen vorgesehen sind.
Die Halterung des Deckels wird dadurch begünstigt, daß auf der Innenseite der Außenwand der Rinne mehrere in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Stege angeordnet sind.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel wird anhand der Zeichnung erläutert, in der darstellen:
  • Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen Deckel,
  • Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des Deckels zur Hälfte geschnitten und
  • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in vergrößertem Maßstab.
    • Der Deckel 1 dient zum Verschließen eines runden Behälters für Lebensmittel oder Getränke. Dort wird eine Originalitätssicherung gefordert, damit bis zum Verkauf an den Verbraucher eine Originalität derart gewährleistet ist, daß jedes zwischenzeitliche unbefugte Öffnen sofort erkannt werden kann. Dieses gilt für schalenförmige, napfförmige oder becherförmige Behälter zur Aufnahme von Marinaden, Salaten, Getränken, Milchzubereitungen, Süßspeisen und auch für flaschenförmige Behälter oder ähnliche Behälter.
    Der Behälter, von dem in Fig. 3 ein oberer Ausschnitt dargestellt ist, hat einen zylindrischen oder sich nach unten verjüngenden, konischen Mantel 2 und stirnseitig eine nach außen vorspringende kreisringförmige Ringstufe 3. Zum Verschluß des Behälters ist ein Deckel 1 vorgesehen.
    An eine ebene Abdeckwand 4 des Deckels 1 schließt über eine zylindrische Ringwand 13 eine nach unten offene umlaufende Rinne 5 an, die klemmend über die Stirnstufe 3 greift. Der Außenrand 12 des Deckels 1 greift frei über die Ringstufe 3. Der Behälter und der Deckel 1 sind normalerweise Spritzgießteile aus einem vergleichsweise nachgiebigen Thermoplast, so daß der Deckel 1 und auch die Ringstufe 3 des Behälters leicht verformbar sind. Folglich kann der Deckel durch Angreifen an dem Außenrand 12 leicht abgezogen und wieder aufgedrückt werden. Damit ist die Originalität nicht gewährleistet. Dieses soll durch die Erfindung verhindert werden.
    Die Rinne 5 hat ein nach unten offenes U-Profil. Die Außenwand 6 ist am Unterende aufgeweitet und endet in einen Außenrand 12, so daß man den Deckel 1 leicht anfassen kann. Auf der Innenseite der Außenwand 6 sind mehrere in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Stege 7 ausgebildet, die die Stirnstufe 3 untergreifen und so eine feste Klemmung und Abdichtung für den Deckel 1 bieten. Die Stege 7 sind ringabschnittförmig oder auch zusammenhängend umlaufend ausgebildet.
    An mindestens drei, vorzugsweise vier Stellen des Umfangs sind Aufreißlaschen 8 ausgebildet. Diese sind durch Schwächungslinien 9 begrenzt, die im wesentlichen einen U-förmigen Verlauf aus zwei über die Außenwand 6 reichenden Abschnitten 10 und einem etwa in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Verbindungsabschnitt 11 bestehen. Der Boden der Schwächungslinien 9 hat eine wesentlich kleinere Dicke als der Deckel 1 bzw. die Rinne 5. Eine der Aufreißlaschen 8 läßt sich leicht an dem Stirnrand 12 erfassen und nach oben ziehen, wobei die Schwächungslinie 9 aufreißt. Der Deckel 2 läßt sich dann abheben. Damit ist die Originalität beseitigt. Der Inhalt des Behälters kann verzeht werden.
    Allein durch Verformen des Behälters und des Deckels 2 kann der Deckel 2 nicht ohne Zerstörung mindestens einer Aufreißlasche 8 abgehoben werden. Die Schwächungslinien 9 halten den zum Abheben des Deckels erforderlichen Verformungen nicht stand.

    Claims (4)

    1. Deckel mit Originalitätssicherung für einen runden Behälter mit einer mach außen vorspringenden Stirnstufe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (2) mit einer Rinne (5) mit nach untem offenen U-Profil die Stirnstufe (3) des Behälters übergreift und daß über dem Umfang der Rinne (5) mindestens drei Aufreißlaschen (8) mit einer Schwächungslinie (9) in gleichen Winkelabständen angeordnet sind.
    2. Deckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwächungslinie (9) zwei über die Außenwand reichende Abschnitte (10) und einen in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Verbindungsabschnitt (11) aufweist.
    3. Deckel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier Aufreißlaschen (8) vorgesehen sind.
    4. Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Innenseite der Außenwand (6) der Rinne (5) mehrere in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Stege (7) angeordnet sind.
