Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Aufhängevorrichtung (3) für Wandmöbel, umfassend ein möbelseitig festlegbares Gehäuse (7) und einem daran mittels einer Verstelleinrichtung in zwei Koordinatenrichtungen verstellbar befestigten Aufhängerhaken (8). Erfindungsgemäß ist das Gehäuse (7) verbindungsmittelfrei form- und kraftschlüssig in eine dem Grundriß des Gehäuses (7) entsprechende Aussparung (6) einer Möbelseitenwand (5) einsetzbar und die in Aufhängehaken (8) haltenden Bauteile der Verstelleinrichtung sind innerhalb des Gehäuses (7) ausschließlich kraft- und formschlüssig gehalten. Durch diese konstruktive Gestaltung kann die Aufhängevorrichtung (3) ohne zusätzliche Verbindungsmittel in einer entsprechenden Aussparung (6) einer Möbelwand (5) festgelegt werden. Dadurch wird der Montageaufwand für das Anbringen einer Aufhängevorrichtung (3) erheblich verringert. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Aufhängevorrichtung für Wandmöbel, umfassend ein möbelseitig festlegbares Gehäuse und einen daran mittels einer Verstelleinrichtung in zwei Koordinatenrichtungen verstellbar befestigten Aufhängehaken.
Aufhängevorrichtungen der gattungsgemäßen Art sind an sich bekannt und dienen dazu, Wandmöbel an wandseitig festgelegten Tragschienen oder Haken aufhängen zu können. Aufhängevorrichtungen der gattungsgemäßen Art werden im oberen Bereich der Seitenwände eines Wandmöbels befestigt und die Aufhängehaken derartiger Vorrichtungen stehen im montierten Zustand über die Rückseite eines Wandmöbels hinaus nach hinten vor.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, die preiswert herstellbar und leicht zu montieren ist und sich durch eine optisch ansprechende Einbaumöglichkeit in eine Seitenwand eines Wandmöbels auszeichnet.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Gehäuse verbindungsmittelfrei form- und kraftschlüssig in eine dem Grundriß des Gehäuses entsprechende Aussparung einer Möbelseitenwand einsetzbar ist und daß die den Aufhängehaken haltenden Bauteile der Verstelleinrichtung innerhalb des Gehäuses ausschließlich kraft- und formschlüssig gehalten sind.
Eine derart konzipierte Vorrichtung kann ohne zusätzliche Verbindungsmittel in einer entsprechenden Aussparung einer Möbelseitenwand festgelegt werden, wodurch der Montageaufwand für das Anbringen einer Aufhängevorrichtung an einem Wandmöbel beträchtlich verringert wird. Da das Gehäuse in eine Aussparung der Möbelseitenwand eingebracht wird, stehen keine Teile der Aufhängevorrichtung störend in das Schrankinnere hinein vor, was einerseits der Optik eines Wandmöbels zugute kommt und andererseits eine Reinigung des Innenraumes erheblich erleichtert.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den beigefügten Zeichnungen dargestellt und werden in folgenden näher beschrieben.

In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 ein andeutungsweise gezeigtes Wandmöbel bezeichnet, welches an einer Gebäudewand 2 aufgehängt ist.
Die Aufhängung des Wandmöbels 1 erfolgt über möbelseitig festgelegte Aufhängevorrichtungen 3 und - zumindest im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel - über eine an der Gebäudewandung 2 festgelegte Tragschiene 4.
Alternativ hierzu kann selbstverständlich die Tragschiene 4 auch durch zwei an der Gebäudewandung 2 befestigte Haken bewirkt werden.
Wie Figur 1 deutlich zeigt, sind die Aufhängevorrichtungen 3 jeweils in die Seitenwände 5 des Wandmöbels 1 eingelassen.
Die Seitenwände5 sind mit Aussparungen 6 ausgestattet, deren Grundriß und deren Tiefe den Abmessungen der Aufhängevorrichtung 3 entsprechen.
Die Figuren 4 bis 13 zeigen ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Aufhängevorrichtung 3.
Aus den Figuren 4 bis 13 geht hervor, daß eine Aufhängevorrichtung 3 im wesentlichen aus einem möbelseitig festlegbaren Gehäuse 7 und einem innerhalb des Gehäuses 7 angeordneten Aufhängehaken 8 besteht.
Dabei ist der Aufhängehaken 8 innerhalb des Gehäuses 7 in zwei Koordinatenrichtungen verstellbar gelagert, und zwar einerseits lotrecht zur Rückseite eines Wandmöbels 1 und zum anderen in lotrechter Richtung, so daß die Möglichkeit besteht, ein Wandmöbel einerseits exakt waagerecht auszurichten und andererseits auch praktisch unmittelbar an einer Gebäudewandung 2 anliegend zu justieren.
Zu diesem Zweck greifen an dem Aufhängehaken 8 eine Längenverstellschraube 9 und eine Höhenverstellschraube 10 an.
Die beiden Verstellschrauben 9 und 10 sind innerhalb des Gehäuses 7 zwar drehbar, axial aber unverschiebbar gelagert.
Die Längenverstellschraube 9 durchtritt ein stirnseitiges Ende 11 des Aufhängehakens 8 im Bereich einer Gewindebohrung 12 (siehe Figur 10) und die Höhenverstellschraube 10 durchtritt eine Mutter 13, die innerhalb des Aufhängehakens 8 verdrehsicher angeordnet ist.
Weiterhin durchtritt die Höhenverstellschraube 10 den Aufhängehaken 8 im Bereich eines Langloches 14, so daß eine Längsverschiebung des Aufhängehakens 8 lotrecht zur Rückseite eines Wandmöbels nicht behindert wird.
Die beiden Verstellschrauben 9 und 10 sind jeweils mit stirnverzahnten Schraubenköpfen 15 bzw. 16 versehen, die durch Werkzeugzugangsbohrungen 17 bzw. 18 innerhalb des Gehäuses 7 zugänglich und beispielsweise über Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher betätigbar sind.
Die Längenverstellschraube 9 ist innerhalb des Gehäuses 7 in eine dafür vorgesehene Klammer 19 eingeclipst und die Höhenverstellschraube 10 ist ebenfalls an gehäuseseitig angeformte Klammern 20 federnd eingeclipst.
Somit kann die aus Aufhängehaken 8 und den Verstellschrauben 9 und 10 bestehende Baueinheit werkzeuglos und ohne zusätzliche Verbindungsmittel mit dem Gehäuse 7 verbunden werden.
Der Aufhängehaken 8 ist mit einem über einer Rückwand 21 des Wandmöbels 1 hinaus vorstehenden Aufhängekopf 22 ausgestattet, der gegenüber dem innerhalb des Gehäuses 7 liegenden Bereich des Aufhängehakens 8 vorzugsweise rechtwinklich abgekröpft ist. Dieser Aufhängekopf 22 liegt beispielsweise auf einer Tragschiene 4 oder, alternativ hierzu, auf einem an einer Gebäudewand 2 befestigten Haken auf und trägt somit das Wandmöbel 1.
Wie aus Figur 1 deutlich hervorgeht, ist die Tragschiene 4 mit Anschlagnocken 23 versehen, die über die Auflageebene des Aufhängekopfes 22 hinaus vorstehen. Durch die Anschlagnocken 23 wird die seitliche Verschiebung eines Wandmöbels 1 relativ zur ortsfest anzusehenden Tragschiene 4 derart begrenzt, daß bei einem Verschieben des Wandmöbels 1 parallel zur Längsachse der Tragschiene 4 die Gefahr vermieden ist, daß - je nach Verschieberichtung - der links- oder rechtsseitig angeordnete Aufhängekopf 22 von der Tragschiene 4 abrutschen kann.
Alternativ ist jeder Aufhängekopf 2 mit nach unten gerichteten Anschlagstegen 24 ausgestattet, zwischen denen gebäudewandseitig festgelegte Haken liegen, falls eine derartige Befestigung des Wandmöbels 1 gewünscht wird. Durch die Anschlagstege 24 ist dann zwar ebenfalls wieder eine seitliche Verschiebung des Wandmöbels 1 möglich, aber auch hier ist die Verschiebung durch die Anschlagstege 24 begrenzt, so daß das Wandmöbel auch hier gegen Herabfallen durch seitliches Verschieben gesichert ist.
Ein über erfindungsgemäße Aufhängevorrichtungen 3 an einer Gebäudewand 2 aufgehängtes Wandmöbel kann durch die vorstehend beschriebene Konstruktion somit in alle erforderliche Richtungen justiert werden, und zwar über die Längenverstellschraube 9 im Abstand zur Gebäudewand 2, über die Höhenverstellschrauben 10 kann das Wandmöbel 1 in eine waagerechte Position justiert werden und durch Verschieben des gesamten Wandmöbels 1 innerhalb der durch die Grenzen der Anschlagnocken 23 oder der Anschlagstege 24 gegebenen Grenzen kann das Wandmöbel 1 beispielsweise in seinem Abstand zu einem weiteren Wandmöbel oder in seinem Abstand zu einer rechtwinklig zur das Wandmöbel 1 tragenden Gebäudewand 2 verlaufenden weiteren Wand eingestellt werden.
Es wurde schon erwähnt, daß die Mittel zur Höhenverstellung sowie zur Längsverstellung werkzeuglos und ohne zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel im Gehäuse 7 festgelegt sind.
Auch das Gehäuse 7 selbst ist ohne zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel kraft- und formschlüssig in dafür vorgesehenen Aussparungen 6 der jeweiligen Möbelseitenwand 5 festlegbar.
Es wurde schon ausgeführt, daß der Grundriß dieser besagten Aussparungen 6 identisch ist mit dem Grundriß des Gehäuses 7. Die Tiefe der Aussparung 6 entspricht der Tiefe des Gehäuses 7, so daß sich ein bündiger Einbau der Aufhängevorrichtung 3 innerhalb einer Möbelseitenwand 5 ergibt.
In Figur 12 ist durch strichpunktierte Linien angedeutet, daß das Gehäuse 7 mit einem vorstehenden Rand 25 versehen sein kann, der den unmittelbaren Randbereich der Aussparung 6 überdeckt, so daß eventuelle Unsauberkeiten dieses Randbereiches beim Einbringen der Aussparung 6 nicht störend in Erscheinung treten können.
Grundsätzlich kann der Grundriß der Aussparung 6 und entsprechend der Grundriß des Gehäuses 7 nahezu beliebig gewählt sein. Bevorzugt wird aber ein Grundriß aus zumindest zwei sich überschneidenden kreisförmigen Bereichen, wobei der Durchmesser dieser kreisförmigen Bereiche dem Durchmesser von in der Möbelindustrie üblichen Scharniertöpfen entspricht.
Der Vorteil dieser Maßnahme liegt darin, daß mit vorhandenen Bohrern, die üblicherweise für das Einbringen von Ausnehmungen von Scharniertöpfen verwendet werden, die entsprechenden Aussparungen 6 erzeugt werden können.
Der guten Ordnung halber sei an dieser Stelle darauf hingewiesen, daß die Figuren 3a bis 3d zeigen, daß die Aussparungen 6 auch aus kreisförmigen Bereichen unterschiedlich großer Durchmesser bestehen können und daß auch mehr als zwei kreisförmige Bereiche sich überschneidend vorgesehen sein können. Dabei können die Mittelachsen der kreisförmigen Bereiche auch höhenversetzt zueinander angeordnet sein, was Figur 3d beispielhaft zeigt.
In jedem Falle ergibt sich eine formschlüssige Festlegung des Gehäuses 7 innerhalb der entsprechenden Aussparung 6.
Eine weitere Stabilisierung des Gehäuses 7 innerhalb der Aussparung 6 kann dadurch erzielt werden, daß das Gehäuse 7 in seinem Randbereich mit Widerhakenprofilen 26 versehen ist. Eine weitere Stabilisierung des Gehäuses 7 innerhalb einer Möbelseitenwand 5 kann dadurch erreicht werden, daß das Gehäuse 7 außenseitig mit vorstehenden Nasen 27 versehen ist, die in eine die Rückwand 21 aufnehmende Nut 28 jeder Möbelseitenwand 5 eingreifen.
Selbstverständlich ist die Möbelrückwand 21 im Bereich einer Aufhängevorrichtung 3 mit einer entsprechenden Ausklinkung 210 zu versehen, so wie dies Figur 5 deutlich zeigt.
Durch diese in die Nut 28 eingreifenden Nasen 27 wird ein hochbelastbarer Formschluß der Aufhängevorrichtung 3 gegenüber einer Möbelseitenwand 5 sichergestellt.
Die Stabilität des vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff gefertigten Gehäuses 7 kann durch im Inneren angeformte Versteifungsrippen 29 auf einfache und kostengünstige Art erhöht bzw. verbessert werden.
Grundsätzlich bedarf eine Aufhängevorrichtung 3 keiner zusätzlichen Befestigungsmittel zur Festlegung in einer Möbelseitenwand. Dies umso weniger, als durch die eingesetzte Rückwand 21 jede Aufhängevorrichtung 3 in ihrer Lage innerhalb der Aussparung 6 automatisch gesichert wird.
Die Figuren 14 und 15 zeigen alternative Beispiele zur Verwendung einer Höhenverstellschraube 10.
So ist in Figur 14 ein Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, bei dem der Aufhängehaken 8 von einem Exzenter 290 abgestützt ist, der eine stufenlose Höhenverstellung des Aufhängehakens 8 problemlos ermöglicht.
In Figur 15 ist eine weitere Variante für eine Höhenverstellung des Aufhängehakens 8 gezeigt, die aus einem kreisbogenförmigen Stützsegment 30 besteht, an welchem der Aufhängehaken 8 im Belastungsfall abgestützt ist und welches über eine Verstellschraube 31 betätigbar ist.
Die Verstellschraube 31 zur Betätigung des Stützsegmentes 30 verläuft in diesem Falle praktisch parallel zur Längenverstellschraube 9.
Für alle dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele gilt, daß die gesamte Aufhängevorrichtung 3 einen einfachen und preiswerten Aufbau aufweist und sich ebenso einfach und preiswert montieren läßt. Darüber hinaus kann die Aufhängevorrichtung durch einfaches Eintreiben in die dafür vorgesehene Aussparung 6 einer Möbelseitenwand mit dem Wandmöbel verbunden werden.
Es sind also weder zusätzliche Verbindungsmittel noch aufwendige Werkzeuge zur Montage der Aufhängevorrichtung und deren Bauteile noch für das Einbringen der Aufhängevorrichtung in eine Möbelseitenwand erforderlich.
Im eingebauten Zustand steht die Aufhängevorrichtung nicht oder nur unwesentlich über die Innenfläche einer Möbelseitenwand hinaus vor, so daß sich ein gefälliges optisches Äußeres des Möbelinnenraumes ergibt. Auch für die Reinigung des Möbelinnenraumes ist eine derartige Bauweise äußerst vorteilhaft.

Claims (16)

  1. Aufhängevorrichtung für Wandmöbel, umfassend ein möbelseitig festlegbares Gehäuse und einen daran mittels einer Verstelleinrichtung in zwei Koordinatenrichtungen verstellbar befestigten Aufhängehaken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) verbindungsmittelfrei form- und kraftschlüssig in eine dem Grundriß des Gehäuses (7) entsprechende Aussparung (6) einer Möbelseitenwand (5) einsetzbar ist und daß die den Aufhängehaken (8) haltenden Bauteile der Verstelleinrichtung innerhalb des Gehäuses (7) ausschließlich kraft- und formschlüssig gehalten sind.
  2. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung eine im Gehäuse drehbar, axial aber unverschiebbar gelagerte Längenverstellschraube (9) aufweist, welche in ein Gewinde (12) des Aufhängehakens (8) eingreift.
  3. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung eine im Gehäuse (7) drehbar, axial aber unverschiebbar gelagerte und den Aufhängehaken (8) im Bereich eines Langloches durchtretende Höhenverstellschraube (10) aufweist, die eine im Aufhängehaken (8) verdrehsicher angeordnete Mutter (13) durchtritt.
  4. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhenverstelleinrichtung aus einem den Aufhängehaken (8) abstützenden Exzenter (290) besteht.
  5. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhenverstelleinrichtung aus einem den Aufhängehaken (8) unterseitig abstützenden, kreisbogenförmigen Stützsegment (30) besteht, welches über eine Verstellschraube (31) bewegbar ist.
  6. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längenverstellschraube (9) und die Höhenverstellschraube (10) kraft- und formschlüssig in dafür vorgesehenen Klammern (19, 20) des Gehäuses (7) fixiert sind.
  7. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufhängehaken (8) in seinem rückseitigen Bereich mit einem abgekröpften Aufhängekopf (22) versehen ist.
  8. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufhängekopf (22) mit zwei nach unten gerichteten und zueinander beabstandeten Anschlagstegen (24) ausgestattet ist.
  9. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längenverstellschraube (9) und die Höhenverstellschraube (10) mit stirnverzahnten Schraubenköpfen (15 bzw. 16) versehen sind, welche durch Werkzeugzugangsöffnungen (17, 18) des Gehäuses (7) zugänglich sind.
  10. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) mit zwei vorspringenden Nasen (27) ausgestattet ist, welche im montierten Zustand in eine zur Aufnahme einer Rückwand (21) vorgesehenen Nut (28) einer Möbelseitenwand (5) eingreift.
  11. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) außenseitig mit Widerhakenprofilen (26) ausgestattet ist.
  12. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  13. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) durch einstückig angeformte Versteifungsrippen verstärkt ist.
  14. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) außenseitig mit einem vorstehenden Abdeckrand (25) ausgestattet ist.
  15. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundriß des Gehäuses (7) aus zwei oder mehreren sich überschneidenden Kreisabschnitten besteht.
  16. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der sich überschneidenden Kreisabschnitte dem Durchmesser von in der Möbelbranche genormten Scharniertöpfen entspricht.
