Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Aufhängevorrichtung für einen Wandschrank, umfassend eine im Rückwandbereich eines Wandschrankes festlegbare Basisplatte, einen daran vertikal verschiebbar geführten Schieber, eine in ein Gewinde des Schiebers eingedrehte und lotrecht zur Basisplatte verstellbare Horizontalverstellschraube mit einem Kopf zum Hintergreifen eines gebäudewandseitigen Tragelementes und eine Vertikalverstellschraube, mittels derer der Schieber längs der Basisplatte verstellbar ist.
  • Aufhängevorrichtungen der gattungsgemäßen Art sind an sich bekannt.
  • Zum Aufhängen eines Wandmöbels werden zwei der gattungsgemäßen Aufhängevorrichtungen benötigt, wobei eine Aufhängevorrichtung benachbart der rechten und eine weitere benachbart der linken Seitenwand eines Wandschrankes an dessen Rückseite oder besser gesagt an dessen Rückwand befestigt werden. Gebäudewandseitig wird beispielsweise ein Tragelement in Form einer Tragschiene montiert, auf welche dann, die beiden Horizontalverstellschrauben der schrankseitig montierten Aufhängevorrichtungen abgestützt werden, wobei die Köpfe dieser Horizontalverstellschrauben die Tragschiene hintergreifen und ein Abrutschen des abgestützten Wandschrankes verhindern.
  • Über die Verstellmöglichkeiten der beiden Schieber der Aufhängevorrichtungen ist dann eine vertikale Justierung ebenso möglich wie eine horizontale Justierung des aufgehängten Wandschrankes.
  • Die Verstellschrauben sind dabei durch eine Durchtrittsöffnung im Bereich der Rückwand des Wandschrankes von dessen Innenseite her zugänglich.
  • Eine Aufhängevorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art ist beispielsweise aus der EP 0 707 815 A2 bekannt.
  • Mit der dort gezeigten und beschriebenen Aufhängevorrichtung sind die vorstehend beschriebenen Funktionen und Justiermöglichkeiten gegeben und gewährleistet.
  • Nachteilig an der vorbekannten Aufhängevorrichtung ist deren relativ komplizierter Aufbau, außerdem ist die Belastbarkeit der vorbekannten Aufhängevorrichtung konstruktiv bedingt relativ gering.
  • Die Vertikalverstellschraube greift bei einer Aufhängevorrichtung gemäß dem vorgenannten Stand der Technik in das Gewinde zweier aus der Basisplatte heraus abgewinkelter Laschen ein. Diese Art des Gewindeeingriffes ist nicht sehr hoch belastbar und kann durch Verformungen der abgewinkelten Laschen bei hoher Belastung zu schwerwiegenden Störungen führen. Beim bekannten Stand der Technik ist der die Vertikal- und die Horizontalverstellschraube tragende Schieber zweiteilig ausgebildet, was ebenfalls mit dem Nachteil nur geringer Belastbarkeit verbunden ist. So können sich bei sehr hohen Belastungen die beiden Hälften des Schiebers voneinander entfernen, so daß die Gewinde außer Eingriff geraten können.
  • Außerdem ist die Montage der zahlreichen Einzelteile der Aufhängevorrichtung gemäß dem vorgenannten Stand der Technik recht aufwendig und demzufolge auch teuer.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Aufhängevorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, die aus relativ wenigen Einzelteilen besteht, leicht montierbar und hoch belastbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Vertikalverstellschraube in mindestens eine aus der Basisplatte herausgeprägte und mit Gewinde versehen Sicke eingeschraubt und der Schieber als einstückiges Bauteil ausgebildet ist.
  • Durch die mindestens eine aus der Basisplatte herausgeprägte Sicke ist die darin eingeschraubte Vertikalverstellschraube äußerst hoch belastbar abgestützt, da im Gewindebereich nahezu ausschließlich in Achsrichtung des Gewindes verlaufende Kräfte auftreten können im Gegensatz zu Biegemomenten, die bei aus der Basisplatte abgewinkelten Laschen zwangsweise auftreten. Durch die einstückige Ausbildung des Schiebers kann diese auch bei hohen Kräften nicht aufgespreizt werden, so daß auch der Schieber selbst ein hoch belastbares Bauteil ohne konstruktive Schwächungen bildet.
  • Insgesamt besteht die erfindungsgemäße Aufhängevorrichtung aus einem Minimum an einzelnen Bauteilen, nämlich aus der Basisplatte, den beiden Verstellschrauben und dem Schieber, und läßt sich demzufolge auch leicht und preiswert montieren.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den beigefügten Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben.

  • In Figur 1 ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 ein lediglich in seinem rückwärtigen Bereich in teilweiser Schnittdarstellung gezeigter Wandschrank bezeichnet, der mittels einer erfindungsgemäßen Aufhängevorrichtung 2 an einem Traglement in Form einer Tragschiene 3 aufgehängt ist, wobei die Tragschiene 3 an einer Gebäudewand 4 fest montiert ist.
  • Die Aufhängevorrichtung 2 umfaßt eine Basisplatte 5, die fest im Bereich einer Rückwand 6 des Wandschrankes 1 befestigbar ist, einen längs der Basisplatte 5 vertikal verschiebbar geführten Schieber 7 sowie eine Vertikalverstellschraube 8 und eine Horizontalverstellschraube 9 mit einem Kopf 10, welcher das Tragelement in Form einer Tragschiene 3 hintergreift und auf dieser Tragschiene 3 aufliegt.
  • Die Horizontalverstellschraube 9 ist in den Schieber 7 eingeschraubt.
  • Die Vertikalverstellschraube 8 ist mit einem Kronenkopf 8a ausgestattet, wobei der Gewindebereich der Vertikalverstellschraube 8 in zwei mit Abstand zueinander aus der Basisplatte 5 herausgeprägte Sicken 11 eingreift und der Kronenkopf 8a im Bereich einer Auswölbung 12 des Schiebers 7 liegt.
  • Der vom Schraubenschaft der Vertikalverstellschraube 8 durchtretene untere Bereich weist, was aus den Figuren 5 und 6 anschaulich hervorgeht, eine Verengung 13 auf, durch welche der Schraubenschaft der Vertikalverstellschraube 8 unter einem gewissen Kraftaufwand in seine eigentliche Aufnahmeposition eingepreßt werden kann. In dieser Vormontagestellung bilden Vertikalverstellschraube 8 und Schieber 7 eine Montageeinheit.
  • Der Schieber 7 ist innerhalb eines Längsschlitzes 14 der Basisplatte 5 durch die Vertikalverstellschraube 8 verschiebbar geführt.
  • Um den Schieber 7 in diesen Längsschlitz 14 einführen und gleichzeitig unverlierbar in diesem Längsschlitz 14 führen zu können, ist der Schieber 7, wie aus Figur 12 und 13 besonders anschaulich zu erkennen, mit einem Führungsansatz 15 versehen, dessen Breite der Breite des Führungsschlitzes 14 entspricht und außerdem weist dieser Führungsansatz 15 zwei Führungsnasen 16 auf, welche in etwa um die Materialstärke der Basisplatte 5 gegenüber einem sich an den Führungsansatz 15 anschließenden Flansch 17 versetzt angeordnet sind. Im Bereich des Längsschlitzes 14 ist die Basisplatte 5 entsprechend der Geometrie der Führungsnasen 16 mit Ausklinkungen 19 ausgestattet, welche das Einführen des Führungsansatzes 15 in den Bereich des Längsschlitzes 14 ermöglichen. Eine Längsverschiebung des Schiebers 7 führt nun dazu, daß die Führungsnasen 16 einerseits und der Flansch 17 andererseits den Schieber 7 lotrecht zur Basisplatte 5 fixieren.
  • Um zu verhindern, daß der Schieber 7 nach dem Einsetzen in den Längsschlitz 14 ungewollt wieder in eine Position gebracht werden kann, in der auch das Herausnehmen dieses Schiebers 7 aus dem Längsschlitz 14 möglich wäre, ist der Schieber 7 an seinem oberen kopfseitigen Ende mit einer Nase 18 ausgestattet, welcher eine Ausklinkung 19a am oberen Ende des Längsschlitzes 14 zugeordnet ist, wobei diese obere Ausklinkung 19a nach dem Einführen des Schiebers 7 durch Zurückbiegen eines Materialsteges 20 wieder verschlossen werden kann, so wie Figur 2 dies besonders deutlich zeigt. Damit wird verhindert, daß der Schieber 7 so weit nach oben geschoben werden kann, daß die beiden Führungsnasen 16 in den Bereich der Ausklinkungen 19 gelangen können. Eine Demontage des Schiebers 7 ist also ungewollt nicht mehr möglich.
  • Die Horizontalverstellschraube 9 ist an ihren im montierten Zustand dem Inneren eines Wandschrankes 1 zugewandten Stirnseite mit einem Kreuzschlitz 21 ausgestattet. Somit kann die Horizontalverstellschraube 9 von der Schrankinnenseite her durch ein geeignetes Werkzeug, vorzugsweise durch einen KreuzschlitzSchraubendreher 22, betätigt werden.
  • Gleiches gilt für den ebenfalls von der Schrankinnenseite her zugänglichen Kronenkopf 8a der Vertikalverstellschraube 8, wobei die Ausbuchtung 12 in welcher der Kronenkopf 8a liegt, bevorzugt so ausgebildet ist, daß ein KreuzschlitzSchraubendreher 22 sich in dieser Ausbuchtung 12 abstützt und ein Drehen dieses Werkzeuges dann zu einer entsprechenden Drehung der Vertikalverstellschraube 8 führt.
  • Die gesamte Aufhängevorrichtung 2 besteht, wie sich aus der vorstehenden Beschreibung ergibt, aus lediglich vier Einzelteilen. Diese Einzelteile sind robust undleicht montierbar und in ihrem funktionellen Zusammenwirken auch hoch belastbar.
  • Der guten Ordnung halber sei noch erwähnt, daß im Bereich der Sicken 11, in welche die Vertikalverstellschraube 8 eingeschraubt ist, entsprechende Gewindegänge 23 eingeprägt sind, welche dem Außengewinde der Vertikalverstellschraube 8 entsprechen.
  • Der insgesamt einstückige Schieber 7 ist bevorzugt als Druckgußteil hergestellt.
  • Die Basisplatte 5, die ebenfalls insgesamt einstückig ausgebildet ist, wird bevorzugt als Stanz-Präge-Teil hergestellt.

Claims (9)

  1. Aufhängevorrichtung (2) für einen Wandschrank (1), umfassend eine im Rückwandbereich eines Wandschrankes (1) festlegbare Basisplatte (5), einen daran vertikal verschiebbar geführten Schieber (7), eine in ein Gewinde des Schiebers (7) eingedrehte und lotrecht zur Basisplatte (5) verstellbare Horizontalverstellschraube (9) mit einem Kopf (10) zum Hintergreifen eines gebäudewandseitigen Tragelementes (3) und eine Vertikalverstellschraube (8), mittels derer der Schieber (7) längs der Basisplatte (5) verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertikalverstellschraube (8) in mindestens eine aus der Basisplatte (5) herausgeprägte und mit Gewinde versehene Sicke (11) eingeschraubt und der Schieber (7) als einstückiges Bauteil ausgebildet ist.
  2. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertikalverstellschraube (8) mit einem Kronenkopf (8a) versehen und in den Bereich einer Auswölbung (12) des Schiebers (7) kraftschlüssig eingesetzt ist.
  3. Aufhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) im Bereich seiner Auswölbung (12) mit einer Verengung (13) versehen ist, durch welche der Schraubenschaft der Vertikalverstellschraube (8) in seine bestimmungsgemäße Position einpreßbar ist.
  4. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) innerhalb eines Längsschlitzes (14) der Basisplatte (5) längsverschiebbar geführt ist.
  5. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) mit einem sich an einen Flansch (17) anschließenden Führungsansatz (15) versehen ist, wobei die Breite des Führungsansatzes (15) der lichten Breite des Längsschlitzes (14) der Basisplatte (5) entspricht und daß in einem Abstand zum Flansch (17) am Führungsansatz (15) Führungsnasen (16) angeformt sind, welche durch Ausklinkungen (19) im Randbereich des Längsschlitzes (14) für die Montage des Schiebers (7) hindurchgeführt werden können.
  6. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) an seinem oberen stirnseitigen Ende mit einer Nase (18) ausgestattet ist, welche durch eine Ausklinkung (19a) am oberen Ende des Längsschlitzes (14) zu Montagezwecken hindurchführbar ist und daß die obere Ausklinkung (19a) nach erfolgter Montage durch einen Materialabschnitt (20) der Basisplatte (5) wieder verschließbar ist.
  7. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswölbung (12) des Schiebers (7) derart ausgebildet ist, daß durch diese Auswölbung (12) eine Abstützung eines Werkzeuges, vorzugsweise eines Kreuzschlitz-Schraubendrehers (22) zur Betätigung der Vertikalverstellschraube (8) über deren Kronenkopf (8a) gebildet ist.
  8. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) als Druckgußteil ausgebildet ist.
  9. Aufhängevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisplatte (5) als einstückiges Bauteil, vorzugsweise als Stanz-Präge-Teil ausgebildet ist.
