Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of sliding or rolling machines comprising a board.
- a gliding or rolling machine comprises a board which has a length measured in a longitudinal direction between a first end and a second end, a width measured in a transverse direction between a first edge and a second edge, a height measured between a sliding or rolling face and a reception face, as well as a first and a second reception area for the feet of a user.
- the impulses given by the user cause deformations of the board, in particular in bending along a transverse axis and in torsion along an axis longitudinal.
- a central zone of the sectional board substantially triangular, the base of which is the sliding or rolling face, and the apex of which is towards the middle of the receiving face.
- a structure makes it possible to increase the flexural strength along a transverse axis and reduce the torsional strength along a longitudinal axis of the board.
- this structure makes the board easy to drive, especially on flat and hard surfaces.
- the reception areas of the feet have a surface relatively flat. This allows the placement of a shoe on the receiving face, whether either directly or via a base.
- the base is part of a device for shoe retention.
- the base has a flat bearing face which bears on the face board reception in a reception area.
- the user is able to easily transmit pulses of driving with your feet to drive the board.
- the latter bends or twists in correlation with impulses.
- the reception areas do not participate in determining the mechanical characteristics of the board, in particular with regard to the deformation in bending along a transverse axis and / or twisting along a longitudinal axis.
- the object of the invention is in particular to involve the reception areas of the feet in the determination of the mechanical characteristics of the board.
- the invention provides a gliding or rolling machine comprising a board, the board having a length measured in a longitudinal direction between a first end and a second end, a width measured in a transverse direction between a first edge and a second edge, a height measured between a sliding face or taxiing and a receiving face, as well as a first and a second reception area for feet of a user.
- the device according to the invention is characterized in that at least one of the reception areas has a relief which varies transversely, by the fact that the machine comprises at least one wedge which has a bearing face opposite to a face for receiving the wedge, the bearing face of the shim having a shape complementary, at least in part, to the receiving face the board as defined in a reception area, and by the fact that the hold is subject to the reception area.
- the transverse variation of the relief of a reception area of the board gives the area of given mechanical characteristics.
- the wedge by its complementary shape to the receiving face of the board in an area home, mounts stably on the board. Consequently a shoe or the base of a fixation stably presses on the board in the reception areas, and the wedge provided by its receiving face a determined support area, preferably flat, for the shoe or the mounting base.
- the use of one or more wedges has the advantage of giving freedom of design for the structure of the board, without hindering the reception of a shoe or base on the board.
- a gliding apparatus 1 comprises a plate 2.
- the latter has a length measured in a longitudinal direction L1 between a first end 3 and a second end 4.
- Plate 2 also has a width measured in a transverse direction between a first lateral edge 5 and a second lateral edge 6, as well as a height measured between a sliding face 7 and a receiving face 8.
- transverse direction is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L1, and parallel to the sliding face 7.
- the board 2 comprises in the direction of its height, by example, a stack of a sliding layer 9, a first reinforcement 10, a core 11, a second reinforcement 12 and a protective layer 13.
- Plate 2 also shows, from the first end 3 to second end 4, a first end zone 20, a first line contact W1, a first intermediate zone 21, a first reception zone 22, a zone central 23, a second reception area 24, a second intermediate area 25, a second contact line W2 and a second end zone 26.
- Each reception zone 22, 24 is intended to respectively receive a device for retaining a foot of a user. For reasons of convenience, the devices are not shown.
- each reception area 22, 24 may be provided in each reception area 22, 24 a means of anchoring the detention.
- This anchoring means is represented in the form of a set of threaded holes 27.
- any other structure, such as a groove widened at its base, could be suitable.
- At least one of the reception areas 22, 24 of the board 2 has a relief which varies transversely.
- the height of the plate 2 is more important towards the middle than at the edges 5, 6.
- the receiving face 8 is formed by two sides 35, 36, which meet towards the middle of the plate 2 to form a vertex 37.
- the latter is represented as a slightly rounded edge, but it could be constituted by a sharp edge, or on the contrary by a wider band. In this case strip could be parallel to or form an angle with the sliding face 7.
- Each panel 35, 36 is shown in the form of a substantially planar face, but it could have been convex, concave, or even have a relief itself such as a ripple, streaks, or any other form of recess or protrusion.
- the gliding apparatus 1 comprises a first wedge 40 disposed in the first reception area 22, and a second wedge 41 disposed in the second reception area 24.
