Claims (10)

  1. Un paquet de type à couvercle à charnière rigide contenant des produits à base de tabac, d'aspect essentiellement parallélépipédique et comprenant un contenant (3) avec une ouverture (4) qui définit un bord supérieur libre (3a), également un couvercle (5) relié par charnière au contenant (3) le long d'un axe de charnière (6) correspondant et présentant un bord inférieur (5a) correspondant qui, quand il occupe une position fermée en contact avec le bord supérieur libre (3a) de l'ouverture (4) présentée par le contenant (3), définit un axe de fermeture (15) dont au moins une partie, coïncidant avec au moins la face avant (2a) du paquet (1), décrit un parcours déviant au moins partiellement d'un parcours parallèle à l'axe de charnière (6), caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une zone en évidence (21) située le long d'au moins une partie de l'axe de fermeture (15) et servant à accentuer ledit axe de fermeture (15).
  2. Le paquet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone en évidence (21) s'étend sur toute la longueur de l'axe de fermeture (15).
  3. Le paquet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone en évidence (21) est présentée par le couvercle (5).
  4. Le paquet selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone en évidence (21) est imprimée.
  5. Le paquet selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone en évidence (21) est réalisée par gaufrage de façon à obtenir une surface rugueuse.
  6. Le paquet selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone en évidence (21) est réalisée en appliquant une couche (22) de substance présentant un coefficient de frottement élevé de façon à obtenir une surface rugueuse.
  7. Le paquet selon les revendications 1 à 6, présentant des angles (23) biseautés.
  8. Le paquet selon les revendications 1 à 6, présentant des angles (24) arrondis.
  9. Le paquet selon les revendications 1 à 8, réalisé sous forme d'un paquet (2) de cigarettes.
  10. Le paquet selon les revendications 1 à 8, réalisé sous forme de carton (25) contenant une pluralité de paquets (2) de cigarettes.
