Description
Claims (10)
- Dispositif de pulvérisation nasale de produit fluide comportant un corps (1), un réservoir de produit (3) contenant deux demi-doses de produit, chaque demi-dose étant destinée à une narine respective, un orifice de distribution (30) et des moyens de distribution (5, 6, 7, 8, 9). pour distribuer respectivement une demi-dose de produit à chaque actionnement des moyens de distribution, lesdits moyens de distributions étant réalisés de telle sorte que les deux demi-doses de produit peuvent être distribuées lors de deux actionnements successifs des moyens de distribution, lesdits deux actionnements successifs pouvant être réalisés d'une seule main par l'utilisateur du dispositif, le dispositif de pulvérisation nasale comportant des moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (50, 51, 55) adaptés à accumuler de l'énergie dans la main de l'utilisateur, ladite énergie étant libérée brusquement à partir d'une force prédéterminée exercée par la main de l'utilisateur sur lesdits moyens de distribution, assurant ainsi la pulvérisation totale de chaque demi-dose respective, les moyens de distribution comportant un organe de distribution (8), tel qu'un piston, coulissant dans ledit réservoir (3) pour distribuer le produit, et des moyens de fractionnement de doses (7, 12) pour distribuer une demi-dose de produit à chaque actionnement, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de distribution comportent en outre un élément d'actionnement (5) mobile entre une position de repos et une position d'actionnement, sur lequel l'utilisateur exerce une force d'actionnement pour déplacer ledit organe de distribution (8) dans ledit réservoir (3), ledit élément d'actionnement étant déplaçable dans une direction environ transversale à la direction de déplacement de l'organe de distribution (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de fractionnement de doses (7, 12) sont solidaires dudit organe de distribution (8), et sont formés par une première projection (7) coopérant avec l'élément d'actionnement (5) lors du premier actionnement pour distribuer la première demi-dose de produit, et une seconde projection (12) adapté à s'écarter lors de la distribution de la première demi-dose de produit, ladite seconde paire de projection (12) coopérant avec ledit élément d'actionnement (5) après distribution de la première demi-dose, pour distribuer la seconde demi-dose lors de l'actionnement suivant du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdits moyens de fractionnement de doses (7, 12) coopèrent avec ledit élément d'actionnement (5) pour le ramener vers sa position de repos après la distribution de la première demi-dose.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit élément d'actionnement (5) comporte une surface de came (6) coopérant avec ledit organe de distribution (8), de préférence par l'intermédiaire desdits moyens de fractionnement (7, 12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (50, 51, 55) sont exempts de ponts de matière sécables.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie comportent un élément élastiquement déformable (50) qui se déforme lorsqu'il est soumis à ladite force prédéterminée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie comportent une patte élastiquement déformable (50) prévue sur l'un parmi deux éléments (5, 1 ; 8, 1 ; 5, 8) se déplaçant l'un par rapport à l'autre lors de l'actionnement du dispositif, ladite patte élastique (50) coopérant avec l'autre desdits deux éléments se déplaçant l'un par rapport à l'autre pour empêcher ce déplacement jusqu'à l'application d'une force prédéterminée adaptée à déformer ladite patte élastique (50).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (50, 51, 55) sont prévus entre ledit élément d'actionnement (5) et ledit corps (1) du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (50, 51, 55) sont prévus entre ledit organe de distribution (8) et le corps (1) du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'accumulation d'énergie (50, 51, 55) sont prévus entre ledit élément d'actionnement (5) et ledit organe de distribution (8).
