Claims (12)
- Anschlussklemme zum Verbinden eines elektrischen Leiters an einer einzelnen Stromschiene, mit einem ersten Klemmteil und einem zweiten Klemmteil, die in einem Befestigungszustand mit ihren jeweiligen Klemmflächen über ein seitlich neben der Stromschiene angeordnetes Verbindungselement an die Stromschiene angeklemmt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Klemmteil (4) und das Verbindungselement (6) derart ausgebildet sind, dass ausgehend von einem Vormontagezustand, in dem die Klemmteile (4, 5) lose an der Stromschiene (3) anliegen, durch Betätigen des Verbindungselementes (6) neben der Klemmbewegung mindestens des ersten Klemmteils (4) in Richtung der Stromschiene (3) eine Schwenkbewegung des ersten Klemmteils (4) in Richtung der Stromschiene (3) erreicht wird. - Anschlussklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verbindungselement (6) einen Gewindebolzen (7) aufweist, der durch eine Bohrung (20) in dem ersten Klemmteil (4) geführt ist.
- Anschlussklemme nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem ersten Klemmteils (4) eine Anschlussfläche (19) für den elektrischen Leiter (2) angeordnet ist und die Anschlussfläche (19) in einen um einen Winkel (a) von einem rechten Winkel abweichenden Winkel zur Längsachse (L) der Bohrung (20) in dem ersten Klemmteil (4) ausgerichtet ist.
- Anschlussklemme nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrische Leiter (2) als Flachschiene oder Kabelendschuh ausgebildet ist und über eine mit dem Gewindebolzen (7) zusammenwirkende Gewindemutter (8) an der Anschlussfläche (19) befestigbar ist.
- Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Klemmteil (4, 5) im wesentlichen L-förmig mit jeweils einem langen Schenkel (10, 22) und einem kurzen Schenkel (13, 24) sind und an den im Befestigungszustand einander zugewandten Seiten der langen Schenkeln (10, 22) Klemmflächen (12, 21) angeordnet sind, die im Befestigungszustand an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Stromschiene (3) anliegen.
- Anschlussklemme nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stromschiene (3) als Flachschiene mit rechteckigen Querschnitt und entsprechenden Stirnflächen (17, 28) und Seitenflächen (18) ausgebildet ist, im Befestigungszustand die Klemmflächen (12, 21) der ersten und zweiten Klemmteile (4, 5) an die Stirnflächen (17, 28) der Stromschiene (3) angeklemmt sind und an den kurzen Schenkeln (13, 24) sich rechtwinklig an die Klemmflächen (12, 21) anschließende Anlageflächen (14, 23) angeordnet sind, die im Befestigungszustand an der Seitenfläche (18) der Stromschiene (3) anliegen.
- Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmfläche (12) des ersten Klemmteils (4) parallel zur Anschlussfläche (19) ausgerichtet ist.
- Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindebolzen (7) und das zweite Klemmteil (5) einteilig ausgebildet sind und das der Gewindemutter (8) gegenüberliegende Ende des Gewindebolzens (7) in den kurzen Schenkel (24) des zweiten Klemmteils (5) übergeht.
- Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Befestigungszustand die Innenwandung (15) der Bohrung (20) um einen Winkel (a) zur Längsachse (L) des Gewindebolzens (7) verschwenkt ist und der Gewindebolzen (7) in den dem langen Schenkel (10) gegenüberliegenden Teil der Innenwandung (31) eingedrückt ist.
- Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (a) im Bereich von 5° bis 6° liegt und vorzugsweise 5° ist.
- Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Vormontagezustand das erste Klemmteil (4) nur im Bereich seines der Anlagefläche (14) abgewandten Endes auf der Stirnfläche (14) aufliegt, wobei der restliche Teil der Klemmfläche (12) und die Anlagefläche (14) von der Stirnfläche (17) bzw. Seitenfläche (18) der Stromschiene (3) beabstandet sind und die Innenwandung (15) der Bohrung (20) parallel zur Längsachse (L) des Gewindebolzens (7) verläuft.
- Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Klemmteil (4) als Warmpressteil aus Kupfer hergestellt ist.
