Claims (12)

  1.   5. Apparatus according to at least one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the mechanically sensing feeler (15) reaches beyond at least that side of the suction pipe (10) which faces the web (3).
  6. Apparatus according to at least one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the mechanically sensing feeler (15) is held on the outside of the suction pipe (10).
  7. Apparatus according to at least one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the sensor (25) converts the displacement of the mechanically sensing feeler (15) into an electrical signal.
  8. Apparatus according to Claim 7, characterized in that the sensor (25) is an electric switch or an inductive or capacitive proximity sensor.
  9. Apparatus according to at least one of Claims 1 to the 8, characterized in that the sensor (25) is operatively connected to at least one warning apparatus (30, 31).
