Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Wandlung eines Zuführungsstromes (1) von flachen Gegenständen (8) zu einem Schuppenstrom (2, 3, 4, 5) mit einer wählbaren Gegenstandsanordnung, wobei im Zuführungsstrom (1) die flachen Gegenstände einzeln an je einer gegen oben gerichteten Kante gehalten gefördert werden und die Förderrichtung im wesentlichen quer zu den gehaltenen Kanten ausgerichtet ist und wobei die flachen Gegenstände (8) aus der gehaltenen Förderung mit vorlaufenden oder nachlaufenden, gehaltenen Kanten als Schuppenstrom auf einer Förderauflage (13) abgelegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände wahlweise an einer ersten Ablagestelle (I) oder an einer zweiten Ablagestelle (II) auf die Förderauflage (13) abgelegt werden, und dass die an der ersten Ablagestelle (I) abzulegenden oder abgelegten Gegenstände zusätzlich um 180° um die Förderrichtung gedreht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (8) an den Ablagestellen (I, II) wahlweise mit vorlaufenden oder nachlaufenden, gehaltenen Kanten abgelegt werden
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der ersten Ablagestelle (I) abgelegten Gegenstände (8) durch eine Drehung des abgelegten Schuppenstromes um seine Achse gedreht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der ersten Ablagestelle (I) abzulegenden Gegenstände (8) durch Drehen des Zuführungsstromes (1) oder eines durch eine Übergabe erstellten, weiteren Greiferstromes um seine Achse gedreht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Ablagestelle (I) in Förderrichtung der Förderauflage (13) vor der zweiten Ablagestelle (II) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (8) vor den Ablagestellen (I, II) von oben gegen die Förderauflage (13) gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderauflage (13) mindestens in den Ablagestellen (I, II) im wesentlichen dieselbe Geschwindigkeit hat wie die Greifer (11, 11'), so dass die Gegenstände (8) mit nachlaufenden, gehaltenen Kanten abgelegt werden, und dass für eine Ablage mit vorlaufenden, gehaltenen Kanten zwischen den Greifern (11, 11') und der Förderauflage (13) ein Hindernis (14) eingebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Wandlung eines Zuführungsstromes (1) von flachen Gegenständen (8) in einen Schuppenstrom (2, 3, 4, 5) mit einer wählbaren Gegenstandsanordnung, welche Vorrichtung ein Zufördermittel (10) mit Greifern (11) zur einzeln an je einer im wesentlichen quer zur Förderrichtung und gegen oben ausgerichteten Kante gehaltenen Zuführung der flachen Gegenstände (8) und ein Wegfördermittel (12) mit einer Förderauflage (13) für eine Wegförderung des Schuppenstromes (2, 3, 4, 5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer ersten und einer zweiten Ablagestelle (I, II) die Förderauflage (13) unterhalb der Greifer (11, 11') angeordnet und gleichgerichtet mit diesen angetrieben ist, Mittel (15) zum wahlweisen Deaktivieren der Greifer (11, 11') und Mittel zum Verschieben der unteren Kanten der von den Greifern (11, 11') gehaltenen Gegenstände (8) in eine gegenüber den gehaltenen Kanten vorlaufende oder nachlaufende Position angeordnet sind, und dass vor oder nach der ersten Ablagestelle (I) ein Mittel zum Drehen der an der ersten Ablagestelle (I) abzulegenden oder abgelegten Gegenstände um 180° um die Förderrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verschieben der unteren Kanten für eine wahlweise Verschiebung einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Drehen nach der ersten Ablagestelle (I) angeordnet ist und dass es eine Anordnung von verwundenen Förderbändern aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Drehen vor der ersten Ablagestelle (I) angeordnet ist und dass die Vorrichtung ferner ein Hilfsfördermittel (10') mit weiteren Greifern (11') aufweist, wobei das Hilfsfördermittel (10') derart ausgestaltet und angeordnet ist, dass es die Gegenstände vom Zufördermittel (10) an der der durch die Greifer (11) des Zufördermittels (10) gehaltenen Kante gegenüberliegenden Kante haltend übernehmen und an der zweiten Ablagestelle (II) auf der Förderauflage (13) des Wegfördermittels (12) ablegen oder um 180° drehen und in der ersten Ablagestelle (I) auf der Förderauflage (13) des Wegfördermittels (12) ablegen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zufördermittel (10) oder das Hilfsfördermittel (10') für die Drehung einen verwundenen Förderweg aufweist oder die weiteren Greifer (11') quer zur Förderrichtung schwenk- oder drehbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hilfsfördermittel (10') ein umlaufendes Förderorgan aufweist oder dass das Zufördermittel (10) einen verschlauften Verlauf aufweist, derart, dass ein Bereich davon die Funktion des Hilfsfördermittels (10') übernehmen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum wahlweisen Verschieben der unteren Kanten der durch die Greifer (11, 11') in die erste oder die zweite Ablagestelle (I, II) geführten Gegenstände (8) ein Hindernis (14) ist, das wahlweise zwischen Förderauflage (13) und Greifern (11, 11') eingebracht wird.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 oder der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14 zur Erstellung von Schuppenstromsektionen oder Schuppenströmen für in einer Stapelvorrichtung zu erstellende oder wahlweise in einer von zwei Stapelvorrichtungen mit entgegengesetzten Stapelrichtungen zu erstellende Stapel oder Kreuzstapel (6, 7).
