Claims (20)

  1. Device for the continuous casting of metal melts, in particular steel melts, to form cast strip (B) with two counter-rotating casting rollers (2, 3) arranged with parallel axes, which delimit a casting gap (4) formed between them and are mounted in a stand (1) which can be moved on a guide track (23) from a casting position in which the casting gap (4) is located beneath a melt supply into a waiting position arranged next to the device (20), characterised in that the stand (1) carries a raising device which, for the casting operation, starting from a raised conveying position in which it can be moved freely, can deposit it into the casting position, and can raise it into the conveying position again for conveying, from which the stand (20) with the casting rollers (2, 3) can be moved into the waiting position by sliding or rolling.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the stand with the casting rollers is located, in its waiting position, in a device for the processing of the casting rollers.
  3. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the stand with the casting rollers is located, in its waiting position, in a device for changing the casting rollers.
  4. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the stand is mounted on rollers.
  5. Device according to Claim 4, characterised in that the rollers are guided on rails.
  6. Device according to one of Claims 4 or 5, characterised in that the raising device raises and lowers the stand via the rollers.
  7. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the stand is coupled to a drawing device (26), which moves it to and fro between the waiting position and the conveying position.
  8. Device according to Claim 7, characterised in that the stand is provided with a coupling device for detachable coupling of the stand to the drawing device.
  9. Device according to Claim 8, characterised in that the coupling device, when raised into the conveying position, couples itself automatically to a coupling device of the drawing device.
  10. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the guide track runs in a linear manner.
  11. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that two stands carrying in each case a pair of casting rollers are provided, of which in each case one is located in its waiting position in the device for processing the casting rollers, while the other is arranged in the casting position.
  12. Device according to Claim 11, characterised in that two devices are provided for processing the casting rollers, of which the first is arranged on one side of the casting position, and the other is arranged on another side.
  13. Device according to Claim 12, characterised in that the devices for processing the casting rollers are arranged on opposing sides of the casting position.
  14. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the stand is designed in the form of a frame.
  15. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that a lateral guide device is provided, which centres the stand in the conveying position during the movement in relation to the movement path.
  16. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the stand comprises devices for supplying fluids, signals, and/or energy, which are connected to coupling devices arranged at the stand, which, when the stand is lowered into the casting position, engage automatically with supply line connections in a stationary arrangement.
  17. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that a centring device is provided which centres the stand at least when lowering from the conveying position into the casting position.
  18. Device according to Claim 17, characterised in that the centring device comprises guide strips secured on the stand and guide strips arranged in a fixed-position interacting with the guide strips secured to the stand.
  19. Device according to Claim 18, characterised in that the position of the guide strips is adjustable.
  20. Device according to one of Claims 18 or 19, characterised in that the guide strips are arranged so as to be convergent.
