In particular, it should withstand high container pressures, without failing. Another concern of the invention is it, a liquid container with leak monitoring as well Leak monitoring method of a liquid container for To make available.
The invention solves this problem by a training or disguise
according to claim 1, a liquid container according to
The core of the invention is the use of a lining of a Liquid container with a net-like spacer layer crosswise arranged individual filaments in connection with a cushioning layer of foam. The spacer layer serves to ensure a fluid-permeable gap or an intermediate layer between the actual Seal and the container bottom or the container wall and thus to check the tightness of both of films existing seal as well as the container bottom or -wandung. The use of foam padding between the foil seal and the spacer layer prevents that the film at high pressure and long-term stress in the Intermediate spaces of the spacer layer pressed and thereby kurzoder can be destroyed in the long term.
The lining according to the invention can be used in particular for lining the tank bottom, possibly also the tank inner walls used However, it can also be used for the outer lining of a Liquid container can be used in case of any Leakage of the tank wall a reliable separation between the emerging dangerous goods and z. For example, rainwater to reach. As far as in this application the term lining is used, it is also an outer lining a liquid container, for example a tank, includes.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention the reticulated spacer layer of two crosswise to each other arranged levels of monofilaments, the monofilaments basically a same thread thickness of particular 1 to 5 mm can have. Preference is given to the individual levels from monofilaments, however, from different thickness individual threads formed, wherein according to a particularly preferred embodiment the invention of the cushion layer facing plane Threads with a diameter between about 1 to 2 mm, the individual threads having a pitch of 2.5 to 5 mm are arranged. The free space between two threads is preferably 0.5 to 4 mm, in particular 1 to 2.5 mm. at appropriate selection of the foam for the cushion layer is thus reliably ensured that the foam does not penetrate so far into the reticulate spacer layer, that this is completely closed. It is for the assurance but not harmful to the verifiability of the lining, if the foam material of the cushion layer in some Dimension penetrates into the reticulated spacer layer without them however, to close completely. In the tank bottom or the tank wall facing the plane have the individual threads a thickness of about 1.5 to 3.5 mm, in particular 2 to 3 mm, at a pitch of 4 to 8 mm, in particular 5 to 7 mm. The individual threads of this level thus preferably have one greater thickness and a greater distance from each other than the threads the level of the spacer layer adjacent to the foam.
The individual threads in each of the two levels run approximately parallel to each other, while the threads of a plane to the threads the other plane at an angle of 40 to 90 ° to each other. In particular, for manufacturing reasons, the Angle thereby deviate from 90 °.
The threads of the net-like spacer layer are preferably made made of thermoplastic material, in particular of polyolefins. Particularly preferred are polypropylene and in particular PE-HD, their low creep under stress sufficient Ensures long-term stability. PE-HD has the most favorable compromise between good manageability (flexibility) and low creep on. In some circumstances, too a networking of threads be useful. The monofilaments of both planes arranged crosswise to one another are preferred interconnected, in particular, welded together to to ensure better handling and shifting to prevent the threads from each other. You can basically also be interwoven with each other.
As a cushion layer for the lining according to the invention a crosslinked polyolefin foam of a density between 120 and 350 kg / m 3 is preferably used. Crosslinked polyolefin foams, for example commercially available under the trademark Trocellen®, have an excellent long-term compressive behavior with low tendency to creep, so that a reliable lining is ensured even with high pressure stresses of the lining by a high liquid column with the appropriate selection of reticular layer. The bulk density is particularly preferably between 180 and 250 kg / m 3 , since in this area, on the one hand, a sufficient stability of the cushion layer is ensured and, on the other hand, a satisfactory protection of the cushion layer over the actual sealing is ensured. The preferred thickness of the cushioning layer is between 3 and 5 mm, with larger thicknesses providing only a small additional protective effect.
The actual liquid-tight foil seal is made - As the average expert basically known - from thermoplastic material, in particular soft PVC. Eg can the fuel oil tank foil Mipoplast® R 9625/6 from Sika-Trocal GmbH be used.
The lining according to the invention may optionally be in the individual Layers are successively mounted in or on the tank, so First, the net-like spacer layer of crosswise to each other arranged monofilaments, then the padding layer Foam and finally the liquid-tight foil seal. However, it is preferred to use a composite sheet, consisting of the spacer layer and the cushion layer or from all three, interconnected Layers.
Particularly preferred is the use of a two-ply Layer of spacer layer and cushion layer of foam, wherein both are joined together by thermal welding are applied while the foil seal is applied separately becomes. The foil seal consists of individual geomembranes, which are welded overlapping each other. The fluid-tight seal against the container bottom or the Tank wall is done in the average person skilled in principle known manner, in particular by clamping rails, bonding o. The like. The leak monitoring is done in the expert known manner in particular by applying negative pressure the space between the cushion layer and the actual Wall or the bottom of the tank. In case of a leak the liquid container reduces this negative pressure and with a pressure-dependent control alarm can be triggered.
The lining according to the invention is suitable for tanks and others Container with large filling heights, z. Up to about 20 to 25 m, as well as arbitrary diameters. Possibly. can with large diameters the liquid container of the interstitial space is divided appropriately be targeted to individual segments in case of leakage to be able to rehabilitate.
As storage materials, depending on the used sealing film media the danger classes AI, AII, AIII and B according to § 3 of the VbF be stored.
An important advantage of the system according to the invention common solutions is the flexibility of the entire structure. So existing unevenness of the ground, z. B. of the steel floor, to be bridged. There are no additional costs Tensions and forces, which on the existing Steel structure act and could cause damage.

in zwei Ebenen verlaufenden Einzelfäden 6, 6'. In jeder
For the lining of a
The
On this multilayer layer is then known in per se
