- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen insbesondere einer Verpackungsvorrichtung, bei dem in eine in Vorschubrichtung bewegte erste Folienbahn (1) insbesondere Waren in Mulden dieser ersten Folienbahn (1) eingelegt werden, dann eine von einem Bahnvorrat (3) gegen den Widerstand einer Bremse abgezogene zweite Folienbahn (2) auf die erste Bahn (1) aufgelegt und mit dieser verbunden wird, wobei der Vorschub der zweiten Folienbahn (2) hinter dem Bahnvorrat (3) durch ein erstes Erkennungsmittel (4) erfasst und durch Variation der Bremskraft der Bremse (6) in Abhängigkeit des Signals des ersten Erkennungsmittels (4) eingestellt wird, so dass jeweils ein Rapport (7) als definierter Bereich der zweiten Folienbahn (2) auf der ersten Folienbahn (1), insbesondere auf den Mulden (8) zu liegen kommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über ein zweites Erkennungsmittel (5) die genaue Position des Rapportes (7) relativ zu der ersten Folienbahn detektiert wird und bei Maßabweichungen die Position des ersten Erkennungsmittels relativ zur Förderrichtung der zweiten Folienbahn verändert wird.
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen einer Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Folienbahn (2) mit Steuermarken versehen wird, die von dem ersten Erkennungsmittel (4) und dem zweiten Erkennungsmittel (5) erkannt werden.
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen einer Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Folienbahn (1) und die zweite Folienbahn (2) pro Rapport (7) jeweils mit wenigstens einer Steuermarke versehen wird und dass zur Bestimmung der relativen Lage der zweite Folienbahn (2) zur ersten Folienbahn (1) die Lageabweichungen der Steuermarken über das zweite Erkennungsmittel (5) ermittelt werden.
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen einer Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage der ersten Folienbahn (1) über das zweite Erkennungsmittel (5) anhand einer definierten Kante der Mulde (8) als Steuerkante, insbesondere eine optisch detektierbare Steuerkante ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen einer Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Verbinden von erster und zweiter Folienbahn eine Siegelstation vorgesehen ist und das zweite Erkennungsmittel vor oder nach der Siegelstation angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen einer Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Folienbahn unter Zugbeanspruchung mit der ersten Folienbahn verbunden wird.
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen einer Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maß der Positionskorrektur des ersten Erkennungsmittels der Maßabweichung, die durch das zweite Erkennungsmittel ermittelt wird, im Wesentlichen entspricht.
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen einer Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maß der Positionskorrektur des ersten Erkennungsmittels durch die Maßabweichung als Maximalwert begrenzt ist.
- Verfahren zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen einer Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionierungsverfahren periodisch durchgeführt wird, wobei die Periode länger ist als die Bearbeitungszeit, die vergeht während ein Rapport von dem ersten bis zu dem zweiten Erfassungsmittel gefördert ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung, insbesondere zum Durchführen eines Verfahrens zum Positionieren von Folienbahnen nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine erste Folienbahn (1) von einem Vorschub bewegt ist, und einer Abzugsvorrichtung zum Abziehen einer zweiten Folienbahn (2) aus dem Bahnvorrat (3) und einem im Bereich des Bahnvorrates (3) angeordneten ersten Erkennungsmittel (4) zum Aufnehmen der Bewegung der in einzelne Rapporte unterteilten zweiten Folienbahn (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Bereich hinter dem Auflegen der zweiten Folienbahn (2) auf die erste Folienbahn (1) ein zweites Erkennungsmittel (5) vorgesehen ist, das die genaue Position der Rapporte (7) relativ zu den Mulden (8) in der ersten Folienbahn (1) bestimmt, und eine Steuerung vorgesehen ist, die die Position des ersten Erkennungsmittels (5) relativ zur Förderrichtung der ersten Folienbahn verändert.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erkennungsmittel (4, 5) eine Photozelle ist, die auf von der Folienbahn (1, 2) reflektiertes oder transmittiertes Licht reagiert.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Erkennungsmittel mindestens zwei Sensoren, zum Beispiel Photozellen aufweist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erkennungsmittel (4) ein optisches Erkennungsmittel, eine Kamera, insbesondere eine Zeilenkamera ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 13 mit einer Schweißvorrichtung zum Verbinden der ersten Folienbahn (1) mit der zweiten Folienbahn (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißvorrichtung beziehungsweise die Siegelstation durch ein Signal des zweiten optischen Erkennungsmittels (5) triggerbar ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des Erkennungsmittels (4, 5) in Vorschubrichtung insbesondere entsprechend der Rapportlänge beziehungsweise des Abstandes zweier aufeinanderfolgender Mulden verstellbar beziehungsweise einstellbar ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Erkennungsmittel (4) schlittenartig auf einer Führungsbahn (10) gelagert ist, und die Steuerung auf einen Antrieb wirkt, welcher das erste Erkennungsmittel längs der Führungsbahn versetzt.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position des Erkennungsmittels (4, 5) in einer zur Vorschubrichtung rechtwinkligen Richtung verstellbar ist.
