Claims (12)
- Anordnung mit einem Injektor (1), der in einer Öffnung (5) einer Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7) in einem Zylinderkopf gehaltert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Injektor ein Adapter (3) fest verbunden ist, der die Öffnung der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7) verschließt und abdichtet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (3) einstückig mit einer Steckerumspritzung (5) des Injektors ausgeformt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialien des Adapters (1) und der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7) zumindest ähnliche Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in axialer Richtung zwischen dem Adapter (3) und der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7) ein Dichtungselement (11) angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in radialer Richtung zwischen dem Adapter (3) und der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7) ein Dichtungselement (11) angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (3) als Profilteil ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Adapter (3) und der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7) umfangsseitig in axialer Richtung eine Dichtfläche (12) ausgebildet ist, deren Erstreckung in axialer Richtung größer ist als die Stärke (s) der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7).
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Grundfläche des Adapters (3) größer ist als eine entsprechende Grundfläche des im Adapter gehalterten Injektors (1).
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter und die Öffnung der Abdeckung eine Kreisflächenform aufweisen, und dass der Injektor im Mittelpunkt des Adapters bzw. der Öffnung angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (3) eine ebene Oberfläche aufweist, die sich zumindest auf gleicher Höhe erstreckt wie die Oberfläche der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7).
- Adapter zur Verwendung in einer Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Verfahren zur Montage eines Injektors (1) in einer Öffnung einer Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7), wobei zunächst ein Adapter (3) fest mit dem Injektor (1) verbunden wird, anschließend der vormontierte Injektor am Zylinderkopf montiert wird, und danach die Zylinderkopfabdeckung (7) am Zylinderkopf montiert wird, wobei der Adapter die Öffnung (5) in der Abdeckung (7) dicht verschließt.
