Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Montieren des Seitenteils (2) einer Kabeltrommel (1), das aus einer Gruppe von Sektoren (2A) aus Holz, die zu einer Scheibe aneinandergesetzt sind, und aus einem U-förmigen Umfassungsteil (4) besteht,
wobei dieses Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass zum Bilden des Seitenteils (2)- das Umfassungsteil (4) geschlossen wird,- die Sektoren (2A) nacheinander so positioniert werden, dass das äußere Ende in die Nut des Umfassungsteils eingreift,- vor Einführen des letzten Sektors eine Kraft in der Ebene der Scheibe auf sämtliche montierten Sektoren ausgeübt wird, um die Sektoren zusammenzudrücken und einen Freiraum freizulegen, der im Winkel größer ist als der des einzuführenden Sektors,- das äußere Ende des letzten Sektors in die Nut des Umfassungsteils und dann das innere Ende eingeführt wird, und- frühestens nach Eingreifen des äußeren Endes des letzten Sektors die Druckkraft abgebaut wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessung der Sektoren so bestimmt wird, dass die Summe der Winkel der genannten Sektoren größer als 2 π ist, um nach Einführen der genannten Sektoren eine Klemmwirkung zu erzielen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck auf die montierten Sektoren dadurch ausgeübt wird, dass auf die Seitenflächen der den letzten Freiraum umrandenden Sektoren gedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Dicke der beiden Sektoren, welche den Raum umranden, in welchem der letzte Sektor eingefügt werden soll, eine Bohrung (15) hergestellt wird und in jede der Bohrungen ein Zapfen eingeführt wird und die Zapfen so gespreizt werden, dass ein Raum freigegeben wird, der zum Einführen des letzten Sektors ausreicht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden den Freiraum umrandenden Sektoren eingeklemmt und gespreizt werden.
- Mittel zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie enthalten:- ein vorab verschlossenes U-förmiges Umfassungsteil (4),- eine Stützauflage (10) und- Mittel (100), um eine Kraft in der Ebene der Scheibe auf sämtliche montierten Sektoren auszuüben, um die Sektoren zusammenzudrücken und einen Freiraum freizulegen, der im Winkel größer ist als der des einzuführenden Sektors.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Stützauflage (10) aus zwei Sektoren (10A, 10B) gebildet ist, die um eine Achse herum beweglich sind, die mit der des Seitenteils zusammenfällt, wobei jeder Sektor (10A, 10b) von einem Winkel kleiner als 180° definiert wird,- jeder Sektor (10A, 10b) der Auflage einen Anschlag (11) trägt, an welchem sich beispielsweise die Kante des Sektors abstützt, der den Raum umrandet, in welchen der letzte Sektor eingefügt werden soll, und- ein Antriebsmittel (12) die Annäherung und Entfernung der Anschläge bewirkt.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (100) somit zwei Zapfen und ein Antriebsmittel zum Entfernen der beiden Zapfen enthalten.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Anschlag (11) aus der einen von zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten eines Streifens (13) gebildet ist, der an der Stützauflage befestigt ist.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (100) zum Ausüben einer Kraft zwecks Zusammendrückens der Sektoren zwei Klemmen (110) enthalten, die dazu bestimmt sind, die endseitigen Sektoren zu ergreifen, sowie ein Mittel (120) zum Verlagern zumindest einer Klemme bezüglich der anderen, um diese voneinander zu entfernen.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerung der Klemmen relativ zueinander über einen Kraftzylinder (120) erfolgt, der sich an jedem unteren Schenkel abstützt, welche die Klemme aufweist.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Klemmen (110) jeweils aus zwei Backen bestehen, nämlich einer unteren (110A) und einer oberen (110B),- die eine Backe (110A) von einem Zylinder (130) getragen wird und die andere von einem zweiten Zylinder (140), der koaxial zum ersten verläuft, wobei die Zylinder zueinander drehbeweglich gelagert sind.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede obere Backe mit einem (115) ihrer Enden (115, 116) an der entsprechenden unteren Backe so angelenkt ist, dass sie sich zum Zusammenziehen des Seitenteils abspreizen kann.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlenkung (118) der oberen Backe (110B) mit dem distalen Ende der unteren Backe (110A) erfolgt.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Ende (116) ein Mittel zur Schnellkopplung zumindest mittelbar mit dem unteren Schenkel enthält.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellkopplung mit einem koaxial zu den Zylindern verlaufenden Mittelteil (119) erfolgt.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Schnellkopplung das Ende der entsprechenden oberen Backe ein scheibenförmiges Teil (121) enthält, das um einen Riegel (122) herum angeordnet ist.
- Seitenteil einer Kabeltrommel gemäß dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5.
