Definitions

  • the present invention generally relates to the lining of walls for insulation or aesthetic purposes. It relates more particularly to a bracing accessory placed transversely between the wall to be lined and a lining partition to keep the latter at a distance from the wall to be lined.
  • a lining partition (against partition or false ceiling) is attached to a lining frame which is itself fixed to structural elements of the wall to be lined, at a given distance from it.
  • a thermal and/or acoustic insulation lining (often called an insulation complex) is inserted between the wall to be lined and the lining partition.
  • the insulation packing typically includes, on the one hand, one or more layers of fibrous insulating material such as mineral wool and, on the other hand, at least one wind or vapor barrier membrane. This membrane is most often interposed between the layer of fibrous material and the lining partition, typically attached to the partition, optionally interposed between two layers of fibrous material.
  • bracing accessories comprises a main body in the form of a rod extending transversely to the wall to be lined and to the lining partition, one end of which is provided with means for fixing it cantilevered to a structural element. of the wall to be lined and the other end of which is provided with means for its assembly with the dubbing frame.
  • a spacer accessory is for example known from the document WO2006/061538 .
  • the insulation gasket is generally hooked onto the rods of the bracing accessories, which causes a hole multiple layers of fibrous material and, where appropriate, the membrane.
  • This piercing is particularly detrimental with regard to the membranes, because their sealing function, permanent or selective, is then altered.
  • the piercing of the membrane can also constitute a tear initiator likely to spread if a tension is exerted on the membrane.
  • Fixing the lining partition to the lining framework involves piercing the membrane with the fixing elements (staples, screws, nails, etc.), which is detrimental, although to a lesser extent, to the watertightness. of the diaphragm.
  • the positioning of the membrane in front of the lining frame raises another technical problem: it leaves no interstitial space between the membrane and the lining partition.
  • various cables or pipes in particular for the water, ventilation, electricity or communication network.
  • the cables could in fact only be suitably fixed by means of openings provided in the membrane.
  • An object of the present invention is to offer a technical solution allowing the installation of a membrane without breaking its integrity and its sealing performance.

  • a mechanism for adjusting the length (L) of the rod in steps by relative sliding of the first part 121 and of the second part 123 is used to allow the first part 121 and the second part 123 to slide relative to each other in the axial direction. • the first part 121 includes at least one opening. This opening of the first part 121 is identical to the openings of the second part 123.
  • the two parts 121, 123 are arranged so that by sliding one inside the other, the opening of the first part 121 is found opposite an opening of the series of the second part 123.
  • This facing of the openings allows a tenon to be inserted into the two openings facing each other to lock the position of the second part 123 with respect to the first part 121.
  • This tenon is placed on an elastic blade arranged on the first part. This allows the user to act on the elastic blade to remove the tenon from the openings, adjust the length by aligning an opening of the second part with an opening of the first part and releasing the elastic blade so that the tenon locks the set position.

These lugs 19b are arranged to have a shape and dimensions allowing said lugs to insert it into the space between the flanges of the C-section profile. Preferably, the flanges are re-entrant, pointing towards each other. In this case, the lugs 19b are arranged to have a free end or leading edge facilitating insertion into the space between the edges of the C-section profile. For this, the free end has a shape having a tapering end such as a rounded/circular shape or bevelled shape.
  • This thinned shape advantageously makes it possible to press on the edges and to spread them apart in order to facilitate the insertion of the tab. Once inserted into the rim, the lug(s) are held in place by the edges of the profile which tend to return to their initial position and therefore operate a tightening.
  • the second jaw 17 acts as a connecting piece 20.
  • the lower face 172a of the second jaw 17 is the face on which the assembly means 19 are arranged as visible at figure 17 .
  • the coupling means 16 of the second jaw on the first jaw are designed so that the amplitude of the rotation to be applied to the second jaw for its assembly with the first jaw is limited.
  • This limitation is such that this amplitude of the rotation is at most 90°.
  • this amplitude is at most 45°.
  • This limitation of the rotation of the second jaw 17 with respect to the first jaw 15 for their assembly makes it possible to limit the stresses applied to the membrane M and thus to limit the wrinkling of this membrane. Such crumpling is representative of weathering.
  • the limitation of the rotation of the second jaw with respect to the first jaw for their assembly thus makes it possible to limit this alteration and therefore to reduce the risks of perforations of the membrane.
  • means may also be provided for ensuring a seal between at least one of said jaws of said spacer accessory and the stem of the latter.
  • the panels of insulating materials are at least partially supported by the spacer devices according to the invention. More particularly, the first jaw 15 and its lower face 152a interact with the insulating panel(s). Indeed, in the case of a wall or a roof, the insulating panel is placed so as to rest on the lower face 152a of the first jaw. This is all the more true in the case of a roof where the insulating panels are retained only by the lower face 152a of the first jaw of each bracing device.
  • said lower face 152a of the first jaw optionally comprises teeth or barbs extending orthogonally to said lower surface. These teeth or pins are used to fit into the insulation panel to improve its retention.
  • the central portion 11 can thus be in the form of a plate or a tube or a profile.
