Abstract

Ein Küchenspülbecken (1) weist eine in dessen Boden angeordnete Ablauföffnung (1a) und eine Überlauföffnung (1b) auf sowie eine darauf seitlich verlagerbar angeordnete Arbeitsplatte und einen umlaufenden Spülbeckenrand (1e). Das Küchenspülbecken (1) weist innerhalb des Spülbeckenrands (1e) eine verschließbare Müllabwurföffnung (1h) auf, deren Rand höher als die Ablauföffnung (1a) und die Überlauföffnung (1b), jedoch niedriger als das Niveau des Spülbeckenrandes (1e) angeordnet ist.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Küchenspülbecken nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Bei derartigen Küchenspülbecken sind die Arbeitsplatten auf den Küchenspülbecken verlagerbar, üblicherweise seitlich verschiebbar. Die Abdeckungen bestehen aus wasserfesten Materialien, wie geölten Hölzern, Glas oder Kunststoffen und können nach Gebrauch sofort gereinigt werden.
Es ist ferner bekannt, unterhalb von Küchenarbeitsplatten Abfallbehälter anzuordnen, in die Abfall über eine in der Arbeitsplatte angeordnete Abwurföffnung eingeworfen werden kann. Bei dieser Konstruktion kann man Küchenabfälle ohne Öffnung irgendeines Schranks direkt von der Arbeitsfläche in den Abfallbehälter schieben. Das Reinigen der Küchenarbeitsplatte ist bei einer solchen Abwurföffnung unter Umständen mühsam. Es kann die Küchenarbeitsplatte nicht einfach mit einer Handbrause gereinigt werden, sondern die Reinigung muß im wesentlichen trocken erfolgen, damit kein Reinigungswasser in den Abfallbehälter einläuft oder von der Arbeitsplatte herunterläuft.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Küchenspülbecken der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art so auszubilden, daß es nicht nur zur Verwendung als Arbeitsbereich ausgebildet ist, sondern auch ein Abwerfen von Küchenabfällen ermöglicht sowie eine einfache und schnelle Reinigung des Abwurfbereichs.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt bei einem Küchenspülbekken der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art dadurch, daß es innerhalb des Spülbeckenrands eine verschließbare Müllabwurföffnung aufweist, deren Rand höher als die Ablauföffnung und als die Überlauföffnung, jedoch niedriger als das Niveau des Randes angeordnet ist.
Eine derartige Lösung integriert die Abwurföffnung für den Abfall in das Spülbecken und schafft eine besonders einfache und leichte Reinigungsmöglichkeit der Fläche neben der Abwurföffnung. Es kann die Ablagefläche neben der Abwurföffnung leicht und zuverlässig sogar mit einer Handbrause gereinigt werden.
Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung im einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen:

die Spüle gemäß Figur 1 mit der aufgelegten Arbeitsplatte.
Das Küchenspülbecken 1 wird von einem umlaufenden Rand le umrahmt. Es besitzt eine von der Frontseite zur Rückseite hin abfallende Bodenteilfläche 1d, die in einer Bodenrinne 1c endet. In der Bodenrinne 1c befindet sich eine Ablauföffnung 1a. In der Rückwand des Beckenbereichs ist eine Überlauföffnung 1b vorgesehen.
Im gemäß Figuren 1 und 2 rechten Bereich ist eine Abwurföffnung 1h vorgesehen, über die Abfall in einen unterhalb des Spülbeckens angeordneten Behälter 3 abgeworfen werden kann. Die Abwurföffnung ist über einen entnehmbaren Deckel 1g verschließbar. Der Rand der Abwurföffnung 1h ist waagerecht und liegt in einer waagerechten Fläche 1f. Sowohl die waagerechte Fläche 1f als auch der Rand der Müllabwurföffnung 1h liegen unterhalb des Niveaus des Spülbeckenrandes 1e, jedoch höher als die Überlauföffnung 1b und höher als die Ablauföffnung 1a. Dies hat zur Folge, daß kein Wasser aus dem gefüllten Beckenbereich in die Müllabwurföffnung 1h eintreten kann, weil diese höher liegt als der maximal mögliche Wasserspiegel.

Claims (6)

  1. Küchenspülbecken (1) mit einer in dessen Boden angeordneter Ablauföffnung (1a) und einer Überlauföffnung (1b) sowie einer darauf seitlich verlagerbar angeordneten Arbeitsplatte sowie mit einem umlaufenden Spülbeckenrand (1e),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es innerhalb des Spülbeckenrands (1e) eine verschließbare Müllabwurföffnung (1h) aufweist, deren Rand höher als die Ablauföffnung (1a) und die Überlauföffnung (1b), jedoch niedriger als das Niveau des Spülbeckenrandes (1e) angeordnet ist.
  2. Küchenspülbecken nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand der Müllabwurföffnung (1h) waagerecht angeordnet ist.
  3. Küchenspülbecken nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand der Müllabwurföffnung (1h) in einer waagerechten Bodenteilfläche (1f) des Küchenspülbeckens (1) angeordnet ist.
  4. Küchenspülbecken nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine Bodenfläche teilweise durch einen nach hinten
    abfallend geneigten Bereich (1d) und einen rückwärtigen Rinnenbereich (1c) gebildet ist.
  5. Küchenspülbecken nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nach hinten abfallend geneigte Bereich (1d) an seiner Frontseite bis auf das Niveau des Spülbeckenrandes (1e) ansteigt und daran anschließt.
  6. Küchenspülbecken nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Müllabwurföffnung (1h) mittels eines Deckels (1g) verschließbar ist.
