Claims (7)
- Seitenkanalpumpe mit zwei parallelen Pumpkanälen (24a,24b), mit
einem Pumpenrad (12) mit zwei durch eine Kanaltrennwand (34) voneinander getrennten, parallelen Halbkanälen (28a,28b), die jeweils in Umfangsrichtung hintereinander mehrere Pumpkammern (32a,32b) aufweisen, die durch Schaufelwände (30) gebildet und voneinander getrennt sind, wobei
die Pumpkammern (32a,32b) beider Halbkanäle (28a,28b) durch Druckausgleichsöffnungen (36) in der Kanaltrennwand (34) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei durch die Druckausgleichsöffnungen (36) ein Druckausgleich von der Pumpkammer (32a) des einen Halbkanals (28a) zu der Pumpkammer (32b) des anderen Halbkanals (28b) erfolgt,
jede Druckausgleichsöffnung (36) ausschließlich in der in Drehrichtung vorderen Hälfte der Kanaltrennwand (34) vorgesehen ist, wobei die hintere Hälfte der Kanaltrennwand (34) öffnungsfrei ausgebildet ist, und
die Öffnungslänge (a) der Druckausgleichsöffnung (36) kleiner als 2/5 der Kanaltrennwandlänge (b) ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaufelwände (30) um mindestens 10° zur Luvseite (40) geneigt angeordnet sind. - Seitenkanalpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungsbreite (c) der Druckausgleichsöffnung (36) kleiner als 2/5 der Kanaltrennwandbreite (d) ist.
- Seitenkanalpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Fläche der Kanaltrennwand (34) zu der Fläche der Druckausgleichsöffnung (36) kleiner als 0,3 ist.
- Seitenkanalpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Fläche der Kanaltrennwand (34) zu der Fläche der Druckausgleichsöffnung (36) ungefähr 0,15 beträgt.
- Seitenkanalpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckausgleichsöffnung (36) annähernd in der Mitte der Kanaltrennwandbreite (d) angeordnet ist.
- Seitenkanalpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckausgleichsöffnung (36) an die Leeseite (38) der vorderen Schaufelwand (30) angrenzend angeordnet ist.
- Seitenkanalpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaufelwände (30) öffnungsfrei ausgebildet sind und die gesamte Querschnittsfläche des jeweiligen Halbkanals (28a,28b) verschließen.
