- the free volume arranged on either side of the rail 2, in the upper part of the channel 4, is filled with a resin 5 such as a polyurethane, the latter adhering to the rails 2 and the edges 4a of the engraving 4, the attachment of the resin 5 being able advantageously be reinforced by the application of a primer on the concrete edges of the engraving 4 and on the sides of the rail 2.

Abstract
Description
- lors d'une étape supplémentaire c), remplissage, au moyen d'une résine, du volume libre situé dans la partie supérieure de l'engravure de part et d'autre du rail, ladite résine renforçant l'immobilisation du rail dans l'engravure
- préalablement à l'étape a), les rails d'une même file sont soudés bout à bout ;
- chaque engravure présente, au moins localement, une largeur diminuant du fond vers le haut de l'engravure ;
- les engravures possèdent une section trapézoïdale, la plus grande base de la section trapèze constituant le fond de l'engravure ;
- les bords de l'engravure sont inclinés de 3° à 15° par rapport au plan perpendiculaire au fond de l'engravure ;
- l'enveloppe recouvrant le patin des rails possède une forme présentant une surépaisseur de quelques millimètres par rapport à la forme complémentaire de l'engravure ;
- préalablement à l'étape c), un apprêt est disposé sur les bords de l'engravure et sur les côtés du rail de façon à favoriser l'accrochage de la résine ;
- la dalle de voie est obtenue par moulage d'une masse de béton frais en continu le long d'un parcours déterminé.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe transversale d'une portion de voie représentant schématiquement, au niveau de l'une des files de rails, une étape du procédé de construction selon un mode particulier de réalisation de l'invention ;

Claims (8)
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée sur une dalle de voie (1) en béton comportant des engravures (4) destinées à recevoir les rails (2) de la voie ferrée, caractérisé en ce que, après solidification du béton constituant la dalle de voie (1), il comprend au moins les étapes suivantes :a) mise en place des files de rails (2) au-dessus des engravures (4) de la dalle de voie (1), les rails comportant un patin (P) recouvert d'une enveloppe (3) en matériau résilient dont l'épaisseur est telle que le patin (P) recouvert de son enveloppe (3) est légèrement plus large que l'engravure (4) ;b) insertion en force du patin (P) recouvert de son enveloppe (3) dans l'engravure (4), la forme de l'engravure (4) étant adaptée pour assurer, sous les efforts de compression du matériau résilient de l'enveloppe (3), une force réactive tendant à maintenir le rail (2) au fond de l'engravure (4) ;c) remplissage, au moyen d'une résine (5), du volume libre situé dans la partie supérieure de l'engravure (4) de part et d'autre du rail (2), ladite résine (5) assurant l'étanchéité du dispositif.
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que préalablement à l'étape a), les rails (2) d'une même file sont soudés bout à bout.
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque engravure (4) présente, au moins localement, une largeur diminuant du fond (4b) vers le haut de l'engravure (4).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites engravures (4) possèdent une section trapézoïdale, la plus grande base du trapèze constituant le fond (4b) de l'engravure.
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les bords (4a) de l'engravure sont inclinés de 3° à 15° par rapport au plan perpendiculaire au fond (4b) de l'engravure (4).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (3) recouvrant le patin (P) des rails (2) possède une forme présentant une surépaisseur de quelques millimètres par rapport à la forme complémentaire de l'engravure (4).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que préalablement à l'étape c), un apprêt est disposé sur les bords (4a) de l'engravure (4) et sur les côtés du rail (2) de façon à favoriser l'accrochage de la résine (5).
- Procédé de construction d'une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la dalle de voie (1) est obtenue par moulage d'une masse de béton frais en continu le long d'un parcours déterminé.
