Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bodendüse für Staubsauger mit
einem Saugkopf, der eine unterseitige Gleitsohle mit einem quer zur Arbeitsrichtung sich erstreckenden Saugmund und einen in den Saugmund mündenden Saugkanal aufweist,
einem Saugrohranschlusselement, das um die horizontale Achse eines Kippgelenkes beweglich in den Saugkanal eingesetzt ist,
einer Laufrollenanordnung am rückwärtigen Ende des Saugkanals
einem innerhalb des Saugkopfes angeordneten vertikal verstellbaren Träger. - An den Träger ist eine Dichtungsleiste angeschlossen, die in Saugrichtung vor der Gleitsohle angeordnet ist. Ferner weist der Träger in Saugrichtung hinter der Gleitsohle eine auf Glattböden wirksame Arbeitsfläche auf, die beispielsweise als Polierfläche ausgebildet sein kann. Die vordere Dichtungsleiste und die hintere Arbeitsfläche sind mit einem Stellhub des Trägers zusammen an der Unterseite des Saugkopfes ausfahrbar.
- Eine Bodendüse mit den beschriebenen Merkmalen ist aus
DE 299 00 713 U1 bekannt. Die Laufrollenanordnung besteht aus Laufrollen, die an der Außenseite des Saugkanals mit Abstand zum Saugkopf hinter diesem angeordnet sind. Die Achse des Kippgelenkes und die Achse der Laufrollenanordnung fallen zusammen oder liegen zumindest dicht beieinander. Vertikalkräfte, die mittels eines mit dem Saugrohranschlusselement verbundenen Saugrohres bei hin- und hergehenden Saugbewegungen eingeleitet werden, werden von der Laufrollenanordnung aufgenommen. Der Saugkopf liegt kippbeweglich nur unter seinem Eigengewicht und einer Andruckkraft, die aus dem im Saugmund herrschenden Unterdruck resultiert, auf der zu saugenden Bodenfläche auf. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die Bodendüse mit geringen Schiebekräften vor- und zurückbewegt werden kann. Querbewegungen beim Saugen sind dagegen nur schlecht möglich. Dies ist vor allem beim Saugen von Glattböden nachteilig, denn Bewegungen, wie sie mit einem Wischmop möglich sind, sind ausgeschlossen. Die unzureichende Querbeweglichkeit der Bodendüse erschwert ferner die Saugreinigung an Kanten und in Ecken. - Die nachveröffentlichte Druckschrift
EP 1 238 620 A1 offenbart eine Bodendüse für Staubsauger, bei der hinter dem Saugmund mehrere absenkbare, rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnete Borstenleisten angeordnet sind. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Handhabung sowie die Gebrauchseigenschaften der Bodendüse auf Glattböden zu verbessern.
- Gegenstand der Erfindung und Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist eine Bodendüse für Staubsauger mit
einem Saugkopf, der eine unterseitige Gleitsohle mit einem quer zur Arbeitsrichtung sich erstreckenden Saugmund und einen in den Saugmund mündenden Saugkanal aufweist,
einem Saugrohranschlusselement, das um die horizontale Achse eines Kippgelenkes beweglich in den Saugkanal eingesetzt ist,
einer Laufrollenanordnungdie in einer am rückwärtigen Ende des Saugkanals vorgesehenen Vertiefung mittig unter dem Saugkanal angeordnet ist,
einem innerhalb des Saugkopfes angeordneten, vertikal verstellbaren Träger,
wobei an den Träger eine Dichtungsleiste angeschlossen ist, die in Saugrichtung vor der Gleitsohle angeordnet ist, wobei der Träger in Saugrichtung hinter der Gleitsohle eine auf Glattböden wirksame Arbeitsfläche aufweist, die zwischen der Gleitsohle und der Laufrollenanordnung verläuft und sich an beiden Seiten der Laufrollenanordnung nach hinten erstreckt, und wobei die vordere Dichtungsleiste und die hintere Arbeitsfläche mit einem Stellhub des Träger zusammen an der Unterseite des Saugkopfes so weit ausfahrbar sind, dass die Laufrollenanordnung bei einem Saugbetrieb auf Glattböden keinen Bodenkontakt hat und der Saugkopf auf der Arbeitsfläche des Trägers und der vorderen Dichtungsleiste abgestützt ist. - Der Träger ist mittels eines Schalters, z.B. eines an der Oberseite des Saugkopfes angeordneten Fußschalters, zwischen den Funktionsstellungen "Träger angehoben" und "Träger abgesenkt" verstellbar. In der Funktionsstellung "Träger angehoben" kann die Bodendüse zum Saugen von Teppichböden und Teppichen eingesetzt werden. Sie ist auf der Laufrollenanordnung abgestützt und der Saugkopf liegt schwenkbeweglich nur unter seinem Eigengewicht und unter der Wirkung des im Saugmund herrschenden Unterdrucks auf der Bodenfläche auf, so dass die Bodendüse mit geringer Schiebekraft über den Boden geführt werden kann. Zum Saugen von Glattböden, also Stein-, Parkett- oder Kunststoffböden, werden durch einen Stellhub des Trägers in die Funktionsstellung "Träger abgesenkt" die Arbeitsfläche des Trägers sowie die vordere Dichtungsleiste ausgefahren. In der Funktionsstellung "Träger abgesenkt" hat die Laufrollenanordnung keinen Bodenkontakt. Die Bodendüse ist in dieser Funktionsstellung an der Arbeitsfläche sowie der vorderen Dichtungsleiste abgestützt. Diese Elemente gleiten auf der Bodenfläche, so dass Längs- und Querbewegungen sowie insbesondere auch Bewegungen, die bei der Handhabung eines Wischmops üblich sind, möglich sind. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Arbeitsfläche ergibt sich eine für die Reinigung von Glattböden günstige Krafteinleitung. Die bei Saugbewegungen über das Saugrohr ausgeübten Kräfte werden im Wesentlichen von der Arbeitsfläche aufgenommen, wodurch eine gute mechanische Wirkung der Arbeitsfläche auf dem Bodenbelag erzielt wird. Daneben dichtet die unterseitig vorstehende Arbeitsfläche ebenso wie vordere Dichtungsleiste den unterhalb der Gleitsohle liegenden Saugbereich ab, so dass sich ein saugwirksamer Unterdruck einstellen kann.
- Die vordere Dichtungsleiste ist zweckmäßig als Borstenleiste ausgebildet. Andere Ausführungen, z.B. Leisten aus Gummi oder Schaumstoff, sollen nicht ausgeschlossen sein.
- Für die Ausgestaltung der auf einem Glattboden wirksamen Arbeitsfläche bestehen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, deren Auswahl sich nach dem Anwendungsfall richtet, für den die Bodendüse bevorzugt ausgelegt wird. Eine Ausführungsform sieht vor, dass die Arbeitsfläche des Trägers mit Borstenbüscheln besetzt ist. Die Borstenbüschel sind vorzugsweise ein- oder mehrreihig am Umfang des Trägers angeordnet. Eine Ausstattung mit harten Borsten erweitert die Anwendung der Bodendüse für Räume mit höherem Verschmutzungsgrad, z.B. Kellerräume oder Garagen. Die Arbeitsfläche des Trägers kann ferner einen weichen, zum Polieren von glatten Bodenbelägen geeigneten Belag aufweisen, z.B. für Haushalte mit überwiegendem Glattbodenanteil. Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist die Arbeitsfläche mit einem abnehmbaren Tuch bestückt. Bei dem Tuch kann es sich um ein trockenes oder feuchtes Bodentuch handeln. Das Tuch kann als Einwegtuch oder waschbares Tuch ausgebildet sein. Ferner liegt es im Rahmen der Erfindung, Trockentücher mit einem guten Staubaufnahmevermögen, z.B. aus einem Mikrofasergewebe, einzusetzen.
- Weitere Ausgestaltungen der erfindungsgemäßen Bodendüse sind in den nachgeordneten Ansprüche 7 bis 9 beschrieben.
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung erläutert. Es zeigen schematisch

- Die in den Figuren dargestellte Bodendüse besteht in ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau aus einem Saugkopf 1, der eine unterseitige Gleitsohle 2 mit einem quer zur Arbeitsrichtung sich erstreckenden Saugmund 3 und einen in den Saugmund mündenden Saugkanal 4 aufweist, einem Saugrohranschlusselement 5, das um die horizontale Achse 6 eines Kippgelenkes beweglich in den Saugkanal 4 eingesetzt ist, einer Laufrollenanordnung 7 am rückwärtigen Ende des Saugkanals 4 und einem innerhalb des Saugkopfes 1 angeordneten, vertikal verstellbaren Träger 8. In den Ausführungsbeispielen besteht die Laufrollenanordnung 7 aus einer breiten Laufrolle, die in einer am rückwärtigen Ende des Saugkanals vorgesehenen Vertiefung mittig unter dem Saugkanal 4 angeordnet ist. Die Achsen 6 der Laufrollenanordnung und des Kippgelenkes fallen zusammen oder liegen zumindest eng beieinander. Der Abstand 1 zwischen der Achse 6 der Laufrollenanordnung 7 und dem Saugmund 3 beträgt mehr als 50 mm.
- An den Träger 8 ist eine Dichtungsleiste 9 angeschlossen, die in Saugrichtung vor der Gleitsohle 2 angeordnet ist. Ferner weist der Träger 8 in Saugrichtung hinter der Gleitsohle 2 eine auf Glattböden wirksame Arbeitsfläche 10 auf, die zwischen der Gleitsohle 2 und der Laufrollenanordnung 7 verläuft und sich an beiden Seiten der Laufrollenanordnung 7 nach hinten erstreckt. Der Träger 8 ist mittels eines Schalters 11 zwischen zwei Funktionsstellungen vertikal verstellbar. In der Funktionsstellung "Träger angehoben" kann die Bodendüse zum Saugen textiler Beläge eingesetzt werden. Bei dieser Funktionsstellung des Trägers ist die Bodendüse an der Laufrollenanordnung 7 abgestützt und liegt die Gleitsohle 2 des um die horizontale Achse 6 des Kippgelenkes schwenkbeweglichen Saugkopfes 1 auf der Bodenfläche auf. Zum Saugen von Glattböden wird der Träger 8 durch Betätigung des Schalters 11 abgesenkt. Die vordere Dichtungsleiste 9 und die hintere Arbeitsfläche 10 sind mit dem Stellhub des Trägers 8 zusammen an der Unterseite des Saugkopfes 1 so weit ausfahrbar, dass die Laufrollenanordnung 7 bei einem Saugbetrieb auf Glattböden keinen Bodenkontakt hat und der Saugkopf 1 auf der Arbeitsfläche 10 des Trägers 8 und der vorderen Dichtungsleiste 9 abgestützt ist.
- In den Ausführungsbeispielen ist die vordere Dichtungsleiste 9 als Borstenleiste ausgebildet und ist an den Träger 8 eine Dichtungslippe 12 angeschlossen, die in Saugrichtung hinter der Gleitsohle 2 angeordnet ist und sich parallel zu dieser erstreckt.
- In dem in
Fig. 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Arbeitsfläche 10 des Trägers mit Borstenbüscheln 13 besetzt, die am Umfang des Trägers 8 angeordnet sind. - Bei dem in
Fig. 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Arbeitsfläche mit einem abnehmbaren Tuch 14 bestückt. Als Tücher kommen Trockentücher zur Staubaufnahme, z.B. aus einem Mikrofasergewebe, auswaschbare Tücher oder Einwegtücher in Betracht. Insbesondere können auch feuchte Bodentücher eingesetzt werden.

wobei an den Träger (8) eine Dichtungsleiste (9) angeschlossen ist, die in Saugrichtung vor der Gleitsohle (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufrollenanordnung (7) in einer am rückwärtigen Ende des Saugkanals (4) vorgesehenen Vertiefung mittig unter dem Saugkanal (4) angeordnet ist, dass der Träger (8) in Saugrichtung hinter der Gleitsohle (2) eine auf Glattböden wirksame Arbeitsfläche (10) aufweist, die zwischen der Gleitsohle (2) und der Laufrollenanordnung (7) verläuft und sich an beiden Seiten der Laufrollenanordnung (7) nach hinten erstreckt, und dass die vordere Dichtungsleiste (9) und die hintere Arbeitsfläche (10) mit einem Stellhub des Trägers (8) zusammen an der Unterseite des Saugkopfes (1) so weit ausfahrbar sind, dass die Laufrollenanordnung (7) bei einem Saugbetrieb auf Glattböden keinen Bodenkontakt hat und der Saugkopf (1) auf der Arbeitsfläche (10) des Trägers (8) und der vorderen Dichtungsleiste (9) abgestützt ist. - Bodendüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordere Dichtungsleiste (9) als Borstenleiste ausgebildet ist.
- Bodendüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsfläche (10) des Trägers (8) mit Borstenbüscheln (13) besetzt ist.
- Bodendüse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borstenbüschel (13) ein- oder mehrreihig am Umfang des Trägers (8) angeordnet sind.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsfläche (10) des Trägers (8) einen weichen, zum Polieren von glatten Bodenbelägen geeigneten Belag aufweist.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsfläche (10) mit einem abnehmbaren Tuch (14) bestückt ist.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Träger (8) eine Dichtungslippe (12) angeschlossen ist, die in Saugrichtung hinter der Gleitsohle (2) angeordnet ist und sich parallel zu dieser erstreckt.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (6) der Laufrollenanordnung (7) und des Kippgelenkes zusammenfallen oder eng beieinander liegen.
- Bodendüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (a) zwischen der Achse (6) der Laufrollenanordnung (7) und dem Saugmund (3) mehr als 50 mm beträgt.
