Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Schnellwechsler zur Verbindung von Arbeitsgeräten an Arbeitsmaschinen unter gleichzeitigem Verbinden von Hydraulikleitungen.The invention relates to quick couplers for connecting tools Machines with simultaneous connection of hydraulic lines.
Bei Bagger- und Laderarbeiten ist der Austausch von diversen Arbeitsgeräten
z.B. Schwenklöffeln, Hochkippschaufeln, Traggabelausrüstungen, Fräsen,
Hydraulikhämmern oder Kombischaufeln immer mehr üblich geworden. Es
ist oft notwendig, diese Arbeitsgeräte mehrmals am Tag zu wechseln, was den
Fahrer zwingt, entweder die dazugehörigen Hydraulikschläuche manuell zu
verbinden und zu lösen, oder einen Schnellwechsler mit gleichzeitigem
Hydraulikschlauchkuppler zu verwenden. Solche Systeme sind z.B. aus den
Patentschriften DE 69210405 T 2 und WO 97/30231 bekannt.
Nachteilig an diesen Schnellwechslern ist die aufwendige Bauweise der
Hydraulikkupplungsorgane, welche auf die bewegbaren Schnellwechslerverriegelungsteile
angebracht sind. Die Hydraulikkupplungsorgane sind bei
dieser Anbauweise, durch Baustellenschmutz und äußeren Beschädigungen
in ihrer Funktion gefährdet. Die Probleme des Verkanntens und Verklemmens
während des Ver- und Entriegelungvorganges durch die paralell aufgebauten
und verlaufenden Bewegungen sind nachteilig. Baustellenschmutz, der sich
hauptsächlich auf den Hydraulikkupplungsorganen der Anbaugeräte absetzt
kann beim Kuppeln derselben in das Hydrauliksystem der Arbeitsmaschine

Ausgehend hiervon liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde die Hydraulikkupplungsorgane in den Verriegelungsteilen des Schnellwechslers zu integrieren, und somit eine gleichzeitig sichere, geschützte und zentrierte Kupplung von Arbeitsgerät und Hydraulikleitungen zu gewährleisten. Die Verriegelungsteile bilden somit einen äußeren Schutz gegen Schmutz und Beschädigung der Hydraulikkupplungsorgane und führen zwangsweise zu einer korrekt positionierten Zusammenführung derselben im Laufe des Verriegelungsweges. Pro Verriegelungsteil können eine oder mehrere Hydraulikkupplungen und Leitungen integriert sein. Der Schnellwechsler kann ein oder mehrere Verriegelungsteile aufweisen. Die Form und der Anbringungsplatz der Verriegelungsteile im Schnellwechsler sind beliebig. Die Hydraulikkupplungsorgane des Schnellwechslers und der Anbaugeräte können fix, elastisch oder gefedert gelagert sein. Die Hydraulikkupplungsorgane entsprechen üblichen zusammenpassenden männlichen / weiblichen Kupplungsteilen. Der abgebildete Schnellwechsler 1 für Lademaschinen ist durch Zylinder 4
hydraulisch verriegelbar, er kann aber auch mechanisch oder
elektromagnetisch betätigbar sein. Sobald ein Arbeitsgerät, z.B. eine
Hochkippschaufel mit dem Schnellwechsler 1 aufgenommen werden soll,
ergreift man mit der oberen Schnellwechsleraufnahme 3 die Haken 15 der
Schaufelaufnahme 2. Die zur Anlage gebrachten Teile werden daraufhin
durch den Hydraulik-zylinder 4 verriegelt, indem sich die
Verriegelungsbolzen 5 zunächst in die Verriegelungsöffnungen 13 bewegen.
Derart positioniert und zentriert stoßen die innenliegenden (weibl.)
Hydr. - kupplungsorgane 24 der sich weiterbewegenden Verriegelungsbolzen
5 auf die passenden Gegenkupplungsorgane 25 (männl.) der
Kupplungseinheit 18 des Anbaugerätes. Der Weg der Verriegelungsbolzen 5
wird durch den Anschlag 39 begrenzt. Das Gegenkupplungsorgan 25 wird mit
Federkraft 26 ständig gegen den Verriegelungsbolzen 5 gepreßt, so daß auch
ein auftretendes Bewegungsspiel zwischen Anbaugerät und Schnellwechsler
ausgeglichen wird. Die Gegenkupplungsorgane können auch ohne
Federkraftlagerung, fix oder flexibel gelagert sein. Die Hydraulikverbindung
ist somit sicher geschlossen. Durch die innenliegende Bauweise der
Hydraulikkupplungsorgane ist eine äußere Beschädigungsgefahr minimiert
und ein zentriertes Zusammenfahren gewährleistet.
In der Regel reichen bei einem Lader ein Zufluß 17 und ein Abfluß 16 für
eine hydraulische Arbeitsfunktion des Anbaugerätes. Es können jedoch auch
Verriegelungsteile (Fig.6, Fig.7) mit Mehrfachkupplungen verwendet
werden, um mehrere hydraulische Arbeitsfunktionen zu ermöglichen. Es
können auch mehrere Verriegelungsteile mit Einfachkupplungen verwendet
werden.The
