Denn wenn ein gegenüber dem Blattblock 1 wesentlich dünnerer Blattblock 1a durch die Klemmmittel 4, 7 fixiert wird, und der frei nach unten herausragende Blockabschnitt 3a die identische Länge von 70mm wie die freie Länge des Blockabschnittes 3 des dicken Blattblockes 1 aufweist, wird bei einem Schrägrichten des Blockabschnittes 3a parallel zum alternativ einspannbaren Blattblock 1 der Blockrücken 2a um wenige Millimeter parallel oberhalb der Ebene des Blockrückens 2 ausgerichtet sein. Würde die Klebstoffauftragswalze 11 in ihrer Position verbleiben, in der sie zur Beleimung des Blockrückens 2 des dicken Blattblockes 1 war, so würde die Klebstoffauftragswalze 11 mit dem Blockrücken 2a nicht in Berührung gelangen können, so dass auch kein Klebstoffauftrag erfolgen könnte. Durch die zwangsläufige Nachführung der Klebstoffauftragswalze 11, indem in einfacher Weise der gesamte Ausgleichstisch 18 um einen Differenzbetrag X zwischen dem dicken Blattblock 1 und dem dünnen Blattblock 1a - relativ zu einer für beide Blattblöcke 1, 1a identischen Mittellängsebene gesehen - verfahren wird, wird automatisch die gleiche Ausrichtung der Klebstoffauftragswalze 11 für den dünneren Blattblock 1a erzielt, die die Klebstoffauftragswalze 11 zuvor für den dickeren Blattblock 1 hatte. Da die Bewegungsebene der Klebstoffauftragswalze 11 entsprechend der geneigten Schlittenführung ansteigt, ergibt sich relativ zum vorherigen schrägen Bewegungsweg der Klebstoffauftragswalze 11 für den Blattblock 1 eine geringfügige Höhenverlagerung gemäß der strichpunktierten Darstellung nach Fig. 4, die den sicheren Klebstoffauftrag auch bei dem dünnen Blattblock 1a bewirkt. Durch eine einfache Horizontalverlagerung der gesamten Klebstoffauftragsvorrichtung wird somit in verblüffender Weise die entsprechende Anpassung an die geänderte Höhe des Blockrückens 2a erzielt. Der Ausgleichstisch 18 wird in einfacher Weise so lange horizontal verfahren, bis der Stützanschlag 27 des zugeordneten Steges 26 an der Anschlagfläche 28 des zugeordneten Klemmbackens 7 erneut auf Block fährt. Claims (10)

  1.   4. Gluing station according to claim 3, characterised in that the tightening means are provided with linear actuators (6) that are respectively connected in their front face area with the coordinated securing jaws (5).
  5. Gluing station according to claim 4, characterised in that at least one linear actuator (6) is aligned at an acute angle relative to an outer side of the sheet block (1, 1a) in the direction of the block spine (2).
  6. Gluing station according to claim 1, characterised in that the tightening means (5, 6) are movable such that the block spine (2, 2a) can be positioned into two oppositely inclined slanted positions.
  7. Gluing station according to claim 1, characterised in that a roller drive (13) is assigned to the at least one glue application roller (11), by means of which the glue application roller (11) can be driven in different directions of rotation.
  8. Gluing station according to claim 1, characterised in that the seesaw (16) bearing the carriage track (15) is arranged on a horizontally movable adjusting platform (18).
  9. Gluing station according to claim 8, characterised in that an alignment device (26, 27) is assigned to the adjusting platform (18), which device (26, 27) matches the horizontal path of the adjusting platform (18) to differences in thickness of different sheet blocks (1, 1a).
