Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung, insbesondere Beschichtung, von Werkstücken (3). Erfindungsgemäß wird eine zulässige Anzahl von Werkstückaufnehmem (9) auf eine umlaufende Transporteinrichtung (10); vorzugsweise einem Rundtisch, in Abhängigkeit von der pro Werkstück erforderlichen/möglichen Anzahl von Behandlungen (Trocknen) und/oder Bearbeitungen (Beschichtungen) bestimmt, indem die zulässige Anzahl der Werkstückaufnahmen aus einem gemeinsamen Vielfachen der Anzahl möglicher Behandlungen und/oder Bearbeitungen bestimmt und dann vorgesehen wird, daß ein hieraus und aus der Anzahl der vorgesehenen/möglichen Bearbeitungen bestimmter Quotient ganzzahlig ist. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren und die zugehörige Vorrichtung wird es möglich, hochwertige Mehrfachbeschichtungen innerhalb einer vergleichsweise kurzen Taktzeit zu realisieren.
