Claims (14)

  1. Procédé pour alimenter une presse (3) à plateaux à l'aide d'un groupe de pièces (4) constitué de plusieurs couches empilées les unes sur les autres, notamment en vue de la production de panneaux de particules revêtus extérieurement, la position dudit groupe de pièces (4) étant détectée préalablement au pressage, puis comparée à une position de référence, après quoi, pour corriger d'éventuels écarts de positionnement, l'assignation mutuelle, avec positionnement correct, est instaurée entre ledit groupe de pièces (4) et ladite presse (3) ; et ledit groupe de pièces (4) étant introduit dans ladite presse (3) à l'aide d'un dispositif d'alimentation (1),
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la position du groupe de pièces (4) est détectée et corrigée seulement après son introduction dans la presse (3) ; et par le fait qu'un repère effectif de référence (7a, 7b), situé sur la presse (3) et notamment sur la tôle d'estampage (7) de cette dernière, est utilisé en tant que position de référence.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la position du groupe de pièces (4) est détectée et corrigée seulement après son transfert et son dépôt sur la presse.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que, en vue de corriger les écarts de positionnement, le groupe de pièces (4) est respectivement décalé sur le plateau inférieur (3b) de la presse, ou sur la tôle de pressage (3b') de celui-ci.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que, en vue de corriger les écarts de positionnement, le plateau inférieur (3b) de la presse, et/ou sa tôle inférieure de pressage (3b'), est (sont) décalé(e)(s) conjointement au groupe de pièces (4) qui y repose.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que, en vue de corriger les écarts de positionnement, la tôle supérieure d'estampage (7) est décalée en variante ou en plus.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la presse se referme dès le stade de la correction des écarts de positionnement.
  7. Dispositif de chargement et de pressage de groupes de pièces (4) constitués de plusieurs couches empilées les unes sur les autres, notamment en vue de la production de panneaux extérieurement revêtus d'incrustations ornementales, comprenant des moyens pour détecter les positions du groupe de pièces (4) préalablement au pressage, et des moyens pour effectuer une comparaison avec une position de référence (7a, 7b), de manière à instaurer l'assignation mutuelle souhaitée entre la presse (3) et le groupe de pièces (4), sachant que ledit groupe de pièces (4) est déposé, par un dispositif d'alimentation (1), sur le plateau inférieur (3b) de la presse ou sur une tôle de pressage (3b') de ladite presse, située sur ledit plateau, en particulier pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les moyens de détection des positions du groupe de pièces (4) sont conçus de façon telle que la détection des positions dudit groupe de pièces (4), et l'assignation de ce dernier vis-à-vis de la presse (3), en particulier de la tôle supérieure d'estampage (7) de cette dernière, aient lieu lorsque ledit groupe de pièces (4) est introduit dans la presse ; et par le fait que les moyens de comparaison avec une position de référence sont conçus de telle sorte que ladite position de référence soit constituée d'un repère effectif de référence (7a, 7b) situé sur ladite presse, en particulier sur la tôle supérieure d'estampage (7) de celle-ci.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les moyens de détection des positions du groupe de pièces (4), et les moyens de comparaison avec une position de référence (7a, 7b), sont conçus de telle sorte que la détection des positions dudit groupe de pièces (4) et de ladite position de référence (7a, 7b) ait lieu grâce à des moyens optiques, en particulier à l'aide d'au moins une caméra numérique (8, 10).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'au moins un repère respectif de référence (4a, 4b ; 7a, 7b) est ménagé sur le groupe de pièces (4) et sur la position de référence, en vue de détecter leurs emplacements.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que le dispositif d'alimentation (1), et/ou la presse, présente(nt) des organes de préhension (7) ou des organes coulissants (11) mobiles horizontalement, dans l'environnement du plateau inférieur de pressage (3b), en vue de faire varier la position du plateau inférieur de pressage (3b) ou de la tôle de pressage (3b') qui y repose, voire uniquement du groupe de pièces (4).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la presse comporte une tôle supérieure d'estampage (7) montée réglable dans le sens horizontal.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la tôle supérieure d'estampage (7) est retenue, par ses bords, dans des éléments de support réglables, à leur tour, dans le sens horizontal.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'au moins un organe coulissant (12), mobile horizontalement, vient en prise avec la tôle d'estampage (7) ou avec ses éléments de support.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, 12 ou 13,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les organes de préhension (5), les organes coulissants (11, 12) ou, respectivement, les éléments de support, sont raccordés à un calculateur de commande (9) qui établit et corrige l'écart de positionnement entre la tôle d'estampage (7) et le groupe de pièces (4).
