Claims (10)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung bestehend aus einer vorzugsweise U-förmigen Kastenschiene mit eingebautem Elektromotor (7), insbesondere für Jalousienantriebe, bei der der Elektromotor (7) in der Kastenschiene (1) mittels eines vorzugsweise U-förmigen Bügels (15, 15') gehalten wird, der die offene Seite der Kastenschiene (1) überbrückt und den Boden der Kastenschiene (1) umgreift oder in in der Nähe dieses Bodens vorgesehene Rastöffnungen einrastet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassam Elektromotor (7) zwei Befestigungsfüße (8, 9) vorgesehen sind, die langgestreckt ausgebildet, quer zur Motorlängsrichtung angeordnet und mit einer Länge versehen sind, die im Wesentlichen dem Abstand der freien U-Schenkel (3, 4) der Kastenschiene (1) entspricht,an den Enden (10, 11) der Befestigungsfüße für die Abstützung auf den Rändern (5, 6) der freien U-Schenkel vorgesehene, flexible Dämpfungskörper (12, 13; 60) anbringbar sind,der U-förmige Bügel (15, 15') an der Kastenscheine (1) zwischen den beiden Befestigugnsfüßen (8, 9) anbringbar ist unddie Bügelbasis (16, 16') starr ausgebildet ist und mit einem Druck auf den Elektromotor (7) ausübenden Klemmvorrichtung (19, 20) versehen ist. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Befestigungsfuß (8, 9) an seinen beiden Längsenden jeweils zwei Zinken (30, 31) und jeder Dämpfungskörper (12, 13) zwei Schlitze (28, 29) zum Aufstecken auf die Zinken (30, 31) aufweist. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Dämpfungskörper (12, 13) mehrere Typen mit unterschiedlichen Höhen vorgesehen sind. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Dämpfungskörper (12, 13) mit einem den Elektromotor (7) unterfassenden Körper (61) einstückig verbunden sind. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (15) aus Flachmaterial besteht und in der Bügelbasismitte eine kreisrunde Öffnung (19) als Teil der Klemmvorrichtung aufweist, dass die Klemmvorrichtung ferner durch einen Klemmkörper (20) mit einem ersten im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Klemmkörperteil (41), der auf seiner Oberseite eine den Durchmesser der Öffnung (19) überragende Fläche (42) hat, und mit einem zweiten auf dieser Oberfläche angeordneten und im Durchmesser an den der Öffnung (19) angepassten Klemmkörperteil (43) gebildet ist und dass der erste Klemmkörperteil (41) auf seiner Unterseite mit einer ersten konkaven Ausnehmung (48) und mit zwei zweiten, um einen rechten Winkel zur ersten Ausnehmung (48) versetzten, konkaven Ausnehmungen (49, 50) versehen ist, wobei die Höhe der zweiten Ausnehmungen (49, 50) geringer als die der ersten Ausnehmung (48) ist. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Klemmkörperteil (43) an seinem Umfang mit zwei gegenüberliegenden, vertikalen Federn (53, 54) versehen ist, an deren Enden die obere Fläche der Bügelbasis (16) hintergreifende Rückhaltenasen (55, 56) angeordnet sind. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Klemmkörperteil (43) auf seiner Oberseite mit einer Handhabe (57) zur Schraubendreher oder Schlüsselbetätigung versehen ist. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügelbasis (16) und der Klemmkörper (20) mit einer bei der Motorverriegelung wirksamen Rastvorrichtung (21, 22, 44, 45) versehen ist. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügelbasis (16) mit zwei seitlichen, zum Elektromotor (7) hin abgewinkelten Versteifungslaschen (37, 38) versehen ist. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügelbasis (16') in ihren Seitenbereichen mit zwei langgestreckten Versteifungssicken (37', 38') versehen ist.
