Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour déverrouiller à distance une porte d'entrée (2) d'un bâtiment (1) avec un ascenseur (3), selon lequel la porte d'entrée (2) du bâtiment (1) est équipée d'un système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10), étant précisé que le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10) est actionné depuis la cabine d'ascenseur (8), que l'on peut appeler de l'aide à l'extérieur du bâtiment (1) depuis la cabine (8) à l'aide d'un dispositif d'appel à l'aide à distance (13), caractérisé en ce que le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10) est apte à être actionné depuis la cabine (8) dès qu'une communication vocale est établie par l'intermédiaire du dispositif d'appel à l'aide à distance (13).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10, 101) est apte à être actionné temporairement depuis la cabine d'ascenseur (8).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou les deux, caractérisé en ce que le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10) est apte à être actionné depuis la cabine d'ascenseur (8) dès qu'un dispositif d'actionnement (19, 191) pour déverrouiller ledit système de fermeture et de verrouillage électrique (10) est activé.
  4. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10, 101) est ouvert ou déverrouillé grâce à l'actionnement d'une touche (19) installée dans la cabine d'ascenseur (8) ou à l'entrée d'une combinaison de touches des éléments de commande de cabine (21).
  5. Dispositif pour déverrouiller à distance une porte d'entrée (2) d'un bâtiment (1) comportant un ascenseur (3), étant précisé que l'ascenseur (3) comporte une commande d'ascenseur (20), une cabine d'ascenseur (8) et un dispositif d'actionnement (19, 191) disposé dans la cabine (8), que la porte d'entrée (2) du bâtiment (1) est équipée d'un système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10), d'un dispositif (19, 20, 191, 201) pour actionner à distance le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10) depuis la cabine (8), que la cabine (8) comporte un dispositif d'appel à l'aide à distance (13, 15) pour appeler de l'aide à l'extérieur du bâtiment (1), caractérisé en ce que le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10) est apte à être actionné depuis la cabine (8) dès qu'une communication vocale est établie par l'intermédiaire du dispositif d'appel à l'aide à distance (13).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (19, 20, 191, 201) pour l'actionnement à distance est intégré dans le tableau de commande de cabine (21).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'actionnement (19, 191) prévu dans la cabine d'ascenseur (8) coopère par l'intermédiaire d'un bus de commande avec le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (19, 20) pour l'actionnement à distance coopère par radio avec le système de fermeture ou de verrouillage électrique (10).
