Once the threaded spindle 14 is screwed into the internal thread 25 of the female thread member 24, a relative displacement between ferrule 12.2 and second terminal profile element 28 is possible.

Claims (11)

  1. Clamping device (10), in particular shuttering clamp, with
    - a clamping support (12, 12.1),
    - a threaded spindle (14) which is mounted rotatably on the clamping support (12, 12.1) and meshes in an internally threaded element (24, 24.1),
    - a first limb (20) designed to be a fixed limb during the clamping operation, and
    - a second limb (22) which is mounted displaceably on the clamping support (12, 12.1), and the position of which can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the clamping support (12, 12.1) by rotation of the threaded spindle (14), wherein
    - the clamping support (12) is designed as a profile which surrounds the threaded spindle (14) at least on three sides and has an open side,
    - the first limb (20) is connected to the clamping support (12, 12.1),
    - the second limb (22) is connected in a longitudinally displaceable manner to the clamping support (12) via a second connecting profile element (28) which surrounds the clamping support (12), in a form-fitting manner at least in some regions in cross section, and
    - the internally threaded element (24) is connected to the second connecting profile element (28) via the open side of the clamping support (12),
    characterized in that
    - the second connection profile element (28) has a recess (30) which is present in the open region of the clamping support (12, 12.1) and in which the internally threaded element (24) is mounted in a form-fitting manner against rotation and longitudinal displacement relative to the second connecting profile element (28), and
    - the second limb (22) is connected to the second connecting profile element (28) in the non-open region of the clamping support (12, 12.1).
  2. Clamping device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first limb (20) is connected to the clamping support (12, 12.1) via a first connecting profile element (26) which surrounds the clamping support (12, 12.1) in a form-fitting manner at least in some regions in cross section.
  3. Clamping device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the clamping support (12) is designed as a U- or C-profile, and the first and/or second connecting profile element (26, 28) have/has a square hollow-profile cross section, the clear internal dimensions of which are slightly larger than the clear external dimensions of the clamping support (12).
  4. Clamping device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the internally threaded element (24) has a square circumferential contour with a square cross section, and the recess (30) of the second connecting profile element (28) has a corresponding square cross-sectional recess (30).
  5. Clamping device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the internally threaded element (24.1) has a hexagonal circumferential contour.
  6. Clamping device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first and/or second connecting profile element (26, 28) have/has end side edges (40) which are inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis of the clamping support (12), i.e. have/has a parallelogram-like circumferential contour, seen in side view.
  7. Clamping device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    - the clamping support (12) has grid-type recesses (32) which are arranged in the manner of a grid,
    - the first connecting profile element (26) is mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner on the clamping support (12), and
    - there is a fixing element (34) on the first connecting profile element (26), which fixing element can be brought releasably into engagement with a particular grid-type recess (32).
  8. Clamping device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the fixing element (34) is acted upon by a spring element (36).
  9. Clamping device according to Claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the fixing element (34) is designed as a hook-shaped fixing pin with a hook region (46) and a stem region (48), and the stem region (48) is mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner in a holding sleeve (38) connected to the first connecting profile element (26) and the hook region (46) can be brought releasably into engagement with a particular grid-type recess (32).
  10. Clamping device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first and/or second limb (20, 22) have/has a T-shaped profile, and the flange of the T-profile forms the contact pressing surface.
  11. Clamping device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clamping device is composed of steel, aluminium or plastic.
