Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Behandlung von Schlachthausabfällen, das die Schritte des Reduzierens, Entwässerns und Verbrennens der Schlachthausabfälle umfasst, mit den folgenden Schritten:i) Zuführen der Schlachthausabfälle zu einem Pufferbehälter (2) nach ihrer Reduzierung,ii) Zuführen des Inhalts des Pufferbehälters zu einem Abscheider (3),iii) Bewirken einer Trennung in eine Trockenfraktion und eine Nassfraktion im Abscheider (3),
wobei das Verfahren durch die folgenden Schritte gekennzeichnet ist:iv) Beaufschlagen der in Schritt iii) erhaltenen Nassfraktion mit einem zusätzlichen Trennschritt (4), um eine Wasserfraktion und eine Fettfraktion zu erhalten,v) Vermischen der Fettfraktion aus Schritt iv), der Wasserfraktion aus Schritt iv) und der Trockenfraktion aus Schritt iii) in dem gewünschten Verhältnis in einem Mischer (5),vi) Zuführen des im Mischer (5) aus Schritt v) erhaltenen Flusses zu einem Verbrennungsofen (6). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gemäß Schritt i) die Schlachthausabfälle nach ihrer Reduzierung erwärmt und anschließend dem Pufferbehälter (2) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der Nassfraktion aus Schritt iii) direkt dem in Schritt v) verwendeten Mischer (5) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der Fettfraktion aus Schritt iv) abgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der Wasserfraktion aus Schritt iv) abgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der Nassfraktion aus Schritt iii) abgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer oder mehrere zusätzliche Flüsse (10, 11, 12), die aus der aus Fleischmehl, Blut und Schlamm oder einem Gemisch davon bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt sind, dem in Schritt v) verwendeten Mischer (5) zugeführt werden können.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pufferbehälter (2) mit Mitteln zur Verhinderung der Ablagerung von reduzierten Schlachthausabfällen versehen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Wirbelschichtverbrennungsofen in Schritt v) verwendet wird, der möglicherweise mit einer stromabwärts davon angeordneten Rauchgasreinigungsanlage (8) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Behandlung von Schlachthausabfällen, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Nass-/Trocken-Abscheider sowie die erforderlichen Pumpen, Rohrleitungen, Ventile und Steuerelemente und eine Vorrichtung zur Reduzierung von Schlachthausabfällen umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zur Reduzierung von Schlachthausabfällen mit einem stromabwärts davon angeordneten Pufferbehälter (2) verbunden ist, wobei der Pufferbehälter (2) mit dem stromabwärts davon angeordneten Abscheider (3) verbunden ist, wobei der Abscheider (3) eine Trennung in eine Nassfraktion und eine Trockenfraktion bewirkt, wobei die Nassfraktion einer stromabwärts davon angeordneten Vorrichtung (4) zum Trennen der Nassfraktion in eine Fettfraktion und eine Wasserfraktion zugeführt wird, wobei die Trockenfraktion einem stromabwärts davon angeordneten Mischer (5) zugeführt wird, wobei der Mischer (5) des Weiteren mit einem Rohr zum Empfang der Wasserfraktion und einem Rohr zum Empfang der Fettfraktion verbunden ist, wobei in dem Mischer (5) die Wasserfraktion, die Fettfraktion und die Trockenfraktion gemäß einem bestimmten Verhältnis vermischt werden, wobei der Mischer (5) schließlich mit einem stromabwärts davon angeordneten Verbrennungsofen (6) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zum Erwärmen der reduzierten Schlachthausabfälle zwischen der Vorrichtung zum Reduzieren von Schlachthausabfällen und dem Pufferbehälter (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mischer (5) des Weiteren eine oder mehrere Zuführungsanordnungen (10, 11, 12) für Fleischmehl, Blut und Schlamm oder ein Gemisch davon umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbrennungsofen (6) ein Wirbelschichtverbrennungsofen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 - 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rauchgasreinigungsanlage (8) stromabwärts des Verbrennungsofens (6) angeordnet ist.
