Abstract
PURPOSE: To incinerate completely and quickly the wastes from butchery of livestocks by using fat parts obtained from solid/fluid separation as fuel on start-up, with almost no use of a combustion accelerator.
CONSTITUTION: Wastes are first crushed into pieces with a large type crusher 2 and a crusher 2', and then crushed wastes and small pieces of other waste internals are fed into a preheating furnace 3. Wastes processed in the preheating procedure are then fed to a solid/fluid separator 4 such as a centrifugal separator, where the wastes are separated into a solid part and a fluid part. Only said solid part is thrown into an incinerator 5. Separated fluid is virtually all fat and is fed into the incinerator 5 with the help of a pump 7. In the incinerator 5, it is spray-burnt to burn the solid part.
