Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively economize energy, by simultaneously incinerating urban garbage and dehydrated cake without consuming heavy oil and kerosine by kneading urban garbage and dehydrated cake, by forming spontaneous combustion property to kneaded matters and by incinerating them in one fluidization layer furnace.
CONSTITUTION: Urban garbage 1a is carried to a disposal plant, and charged into a garbage pit 1. Sludge cake 2a is also charged into a sludge cake hopper 2. Coarse matters in urban garbage are crushed by means of a crusher 3, thus ensuring easy kneading. Crushed garbage 3a is separated into combustibles 4a and incombustibles 4b by means of a selector 4. Sludge cake 2a and combustible garbage 4a are each controlled about their compounding ratios by means of flow rate regulators 2c, 5b by conveyors, and charged into a kneader 6, and a fixed quantity of kneaded matters 6b are fed to a fluidization layer furnace 7 and burnt. In this case, the formation of NOx and sexivalent chromium is controlled by controlling combustion air 8. That is, wastes can be burnt without consuming heavy oil, kerosine, etc.
