Claims (7)
- Combinaison de plaques (1, 2), de matériau isolant et d'éléments latéraux (4), de préférence des éléments de recouvrement ou des cadres, de préférence des cadres de fenêtre et/ou de porte, fixés aux extrémités de plaques ou dans des évidements de plaques, une couche de matériau isolant (3) étant disposée entre deux des plaques (1, 2), contre la transmission de chaleur et/ou de bruit et/ou les charges mécaniques, les éléments latéraux (4) étant reliés aux plaques (1, 2) par au moins un ancrage (5), auquel est attribué au moins un moyen de fixation pour les éléments latéraux (4), les plaques (1, 2) étant des plaques en béton préfabriquées pour constructions fixes, avec une structure du genre sandwich, constituée d'au moins une paroi de support et d'au moins une paroi extérieure en tant que plaques (1, 2), avec le matériau isolant (3) disposé entre les deux, l'ancrage (5) comportant au moins une branche pour l'engagement avec l'une des plaques (1, 2) et/ou des moyens d'assemblage d'au moins une des plaques, et étant formé au moins partiellement quasiment en U, de préférence avec deux branches équidistantes, caractérisé en ce que des prolongements (7) écartés, coulés avec les plaques, sont prévus aux extrémités des branches, et en ce que l'ancrage ne recouvre qu'une fraction de la couche de matériau isolant (3).
- Combinaison de plaques (1, 2), de matériau isolant et d'éléments latéraux (4) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur les plaques (1, 2), des assemblages par collage et/ou des moyens d'assemblage sont disposés sur les surfaces limitrophes à la couche de matériau isolant (3).
- Combinaison de plaques (1, 2), de matériau isolant et d'éléments latéraux (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que sur les plaques (1, 2), des moyens d'assemblage sont prévus pour l'assemblage avec l'ancrage (5), de préférence des évidements, des profils en dents de scie et/ou des entailles.
- Ancrage (5) pour une combinaison de plaques (1, 2), de matériau isolant (3) et d'éléments latéraux (4) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que l'ancrage (5) comporte au moins une branche pour l'engagement avec l'une des plaques (1, 2) et/ou des moyens d'assemblage, de préférence des profilés du genre dents de scie, d'au moins une des plaques (1, 2), l'ancrage (5) étant conçu au moins partiellement quasiment en forme de U, de préférence avec deux branches équidistantes, des prolongements (7) écartés étant prévus aux extrémités des branches. - Ancrage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fixation pour les éléments latéraux (4) consiste en au moins une vis autotaraudeuse (6).
- Ancrage selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ancrage (5) est au moins partiellement constitué de métal, d'acier, d'acier ou de métal revêtu, d'acier zingué, d'acier anodisé, d'aluminium, de plastique et/ou de combinaisons de ceux-ci.
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'une combinaison de plaques (1, 2), de matériau isolant (3), d'éléments latéraux (4) et d'un ancrage (5) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, l'ancrage étant, sur ses prolongements écartés (7), coulé au moins partiellement avec au moins l'une des plaques (1, 2), caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) Coulage d'une couche de bétonb) Fixation d'au moins un ancrage sur le côté frontal de la couche de matériau isolant, des éléments de maintien traversant la couche de matériau isolant étant prévus dans celle-ci,c) Disposition de la couche de matériau isolant sur la couche de béton coulé, en enfonçant l'élément de maintien saillant,d) Répétition de l'étape a) avec coulage des extrémités des éléments de maintien et d'au moins une extrémité écartée de l'ancrage.
