Claims (12)
- Kombination aus Platten (1, 2), Dämmmaterial und an Plattenenden oder Plattenaussparungen befestigten Seitenelementen (4), vorzugsweise Abdeckungen oder Rahmen, vorzugsweise Fensterund/oder Türrahmen, wobei zwischen zwei der Platten (1, 2) eine Dämmmaterialschicht (3) gegen die Übertragung von Wärme und/oder Schall und/oder mechanischen Belastungen angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenelemente (4) mit wenigstens einem Anker (5) mit den Platten (1, 2) verbunden sind, welchem wenigstens ein Befestigungsmittel für die Seitenelemente (4) zugeordnet ist.
- Kombination aus Platten (1, 2), Dämmmaterial und Seitenelementen (4) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten (1, 2) Betonplatten, vorzugsweise Fertigbetonplatten für feste Bauten sind.
- Kombination aus Platten (1, 2), Dämmmaterial und Seitenelementen (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese einen sandwichartigen Aufbau aus wenigstens einer Tragschale und wenigstens einer Vorsatzschale als Platten (1, 2) und dazwischen angeordneter Dämmmaterialschicht (3) aufweist.
- Kombination aus Platten (1, 2), Dämmmaterial und Seitenelementen (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Platten (1, 2) Klebeverbindungen und/oder Verbindungsmittel an den Grenzflächen zu der Dämmmaterialschicht (3) angeordnet sind.
- Kombination aus Platten (1, 2), Dämmmaterial und Seitenelementen (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Platten (1, 2) Verbindungsmittel zur Verbindung mit dem Anker (5), vorzugsweise Aussparungen, Sägezahnprofile und/oder Kerben vorgesehen sind.
- Anker (5) für eine Kombination aus Platten (1, 2), Dämmmaterial und Seitenelementen (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anker (5) wenigstens einen Schenkel zum Eingriff mit einer der Platten (1, 2) und/oder Verbindungsmitteln, vorzugsweise sägezahnartigen Profilen, wenigstens einer der Platten (1, 2) aufweist.
- Anker nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anker (5) wenigstens teilweise annährend U-förmig, vorzugsweise mit zwei gleichbeabstandeten Schenkeln, ausgebildet ist.
- Anker nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Schenkelenden abgespreizte Fortsätze (7) vorgesehen sind.
- Anker nach Anspruch 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel für die Seitenelemente (4) wenigstens eine selbstschneidende Schraube (6) ist.
- Anker nach Anspruch 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anker (5) wenigstens teilweise aus Metall, Stahl, beschichtetem Stahl oder Metall, verzinktem Stahl, eloxiertem Stahl, Aluminium Kunststoff und/oder oder deren Kombinationen ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kombination aus Platten (1, 2), Dämmmaterial und Seitenelementen (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anker (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, vorzugsweise an seinen abgespreizten Fortsätzen (7), wenigstens teilweise mit wenigstens einer der Platten (1, 2) vergossen wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kombination aus Platten (1, 2), Dämmmaterial und Seitenelementen (4) nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch, die folgenden Schritte:a) Gießen einer Betonschicht,b) Aufstecken mindestens eines Ankers auf die Stirnseite der Dämmmaterialschicht, wobei in der Dämmmaterialschicht diese durchdringende Haltemittel vorgesehen sind,c) Auflegen der Dämmmaterialschicht auf die gegossene Betonschicht unter Eindrücken der überstehenden Haltemittel,d) Wiederholen von Schritt a) unter Vergießen von Enden der Haltemittel und wenigstens eines abgespreizten Endes des Ankers.
