Description

DISPOSITIF DE PREHENSION POUR DISTRIBUTEUR A POCHE SOUPLE
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de préhension pour un distributeur de produit liquide à poche souple.
Les distributeurs de ce type comprennent généralement un organe de prélèvement tel qu'une pompe sans reprise d'air, pourvu d'une tête de distribution et qui est monté sur la poche au moyen d'un raccord cylindrique. Cependant, avec de tels distributeurs, la prise manuelle de la poche crée une déformation qui s'accompagne d'une surpression interne. Or, cette compression entraîne une ouverture forcée du clapet d'admission de la pompe ce qui perturbe la distribution en provoquant un surdosage. La présente invention a pour but de résoudre ce problème technique en évitant à l'utilisateur tout appui manuel sur la poche.
Ce but est atteint selon l'invention au moyen d'un dispositif de préhension pour un distributeur sans reprise d'air du type comprenant un organe de prélèvement pourvu d'une tête de distribution et monté sur une poche souple au moyen d'un raccord cylindrique, caractérisé en ce que ledit raccord comporte, en partie supérieure sous le niveau de la tête un jeu d'ailettes dont les faces inférieures sont destinées à recevoir l'appui des doigts de l'utilisateur.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le jeu d'ailettes comprend deux ailettes latérales identiques et diamétralement opposées. Selon une caractéristique avantageuse, la face inférieure des ailettes a un profil ergonomique épousant la forme des doigts.
Selon une autre caractéristique, les ailettes sont réalisées, au moins sur leur pourtour, avec une matière plastique élastiquement déformable.
Selon encore une autre caractéristique, la section des ailettes délimite un bord saillant permettant la suspension de la poche et/ou la fixation d'un boîtier externe.
Selon une variante de réalisation lesdites ailettes est supérieure au diamètre extérieur du raccord de façon à former un épaulement de liaison. De préférence, la face inférieure desdites ailettes est reliée à la paroi latérale du raccord par un congé.
Selon une autre variante de réalisation, lesdites ailettes délimitent sur leur bord intérieur une cavité centrale dans laquelle vient se loger une collerette de verrouillage de l'organe de prélèvement.
Le dispositif de la présente invention offre, d'une part, une prise manuelle confortable du distributeur sans exercer de contrainte sur la poche susceptible de gêner le fonctionnement de la pompe et facilite, d'autre part, l'appui avec l'index sur la tête de distribution. Le dispositif de l'invention est particulièrement ergonomique et s'adapte à différentes tailles et formes de doigts, ce qui offre une grande souplesse d'utilisation.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels. La figure 1 représente une vue en coupe partielle d'un distributeur équipé d'un mode de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention.
La figure 2 représente une vue extérieure de profil du distributeur de la figure 1.
La figure 3 représente une vue en perspective du dispositif de l'invention associé à un organe de prélèvement.
Les figures 4A et 4B illustrent le mode de préhension du distributeur des figures 1 et 2 équipé du dispositif de l'invention, respectivement en phase de repos et en phase de pulvérisation.
Le distributeur représenté sur la figure 1 comprend un organe de prélèvement P tel qu'une pompe sans reprise d'air pourvue d'une tête de pulvérisation T formant bouton-poussoir et munie d'une buse b.
La pompe P est montée sur une poche souple R formant réservoir de produit liquide, au moyen d'un raccord cylindrique étanche 1.
Le distributeur comporte ici, en outre, une collerette C de verrouillage du corps de pompe dans le raccord 1. La pompe P conserve toutefois une liberté de rotation dans le raccord 1.
Le raccord 1 comporte, en partie inférieure, une douille 11 pourvue de nervures périphériques 10 destinées au scellage de la poche
R. En partie supérieure, sous le niveau de la tête T, le raccord 1 comporte un jeu d'ailettes 12 dont les faces inférieures sont aptes et destinées à recevoir l'appui des doigts de l'utilisateur en particulier lors de l'actionnement manuel de la tête T.
Dans le mode de réalisation représenté sur les figures, le jeu d'ailettes comprend deux ailettes latérales identiques 12a, 12b, diamétralement opposées par rapport à l'axe du distributeur (voir figures 4A et 4B).
A cet effet, la face inférieure des ailettes 12 a un profil ergonomique épousant la forme des doigts. En particulier, la face inférieure des ailettes 12 est reliée à la paroi latérale du raccord 1 par un congé 14 dont le profil est adapté à la configuration du pouce et du majeur.
Ainsi, lors de la prise du distributeur, les doigts de l'utilisateur viennent se positionner et se caler de façon naturelle entre la douille 11 et les ailettes 12 comme représenté sur la figure 4A, sans contact avec une zone déformable de la poche souple R.
De préférence, les ailettes 12 sont réalisées, au moins sur leur pourtour, avec une matière plastique élastiquement déformable de façon à l'adapter à différentes tailles et formes de doigts.
La plus grande largeur des ailettes est ici supérieure au diamètre extérieur du raccord. Les ailettes 12a, 12b se rejoignent donc autour de la partie centrale du raccord 1 en formant un épaulement de liaison 13. Le bord intérieur des ailettes 12 délimitent ainsi une cavité centrale dans laquelle vient se loger la collerette C de verrouillage.
La collerette C se prolonge ici transversalement par un collet D s' étendant de façon affleurante avec le bord intérieur des ailettes 12a, 12b.
Dans la variante des figures 4A et 4B, la collerette C est tronconique et le collet D est évasé pour supprimer toute discontinuité de profil entre la collerette C et les ailettes 12. La matière constitutive de la collerette C étant rigide, il est alors possible, et en particulier dans cette dernière variante, de réaliser les ailettes entièrement en matière élastomère.
La section des ailettes 12 et de l'épaulement 13 délimite un bord saillant d'épaisseur e (voir figure 2) permettant la suspension la poche R lors de son remplissage en phase de conditionnement du produit et/ou la fixation d'un boîtier externe (non représenté) dans lequel serait enfermé la poche R.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif de préhension pour un distributeur sans reprise d'air du type comprenant un organe de prélèvement (P) pourvu d'une tête de distribution (T) et monté sur une poche souple (R) au moyen d'un raccord cylindrique (1), caractérisé en ce que ledit raccord (1) comporte, en partie supérieure, sous le niveau de la tête (T), un jeu d'ailettes (12) dont les faces inférieures sont destinées à recevoir l'appui des doigts de l'utilisateur.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que le jeu d'ailettes (12) comprend deux ailettes (12a, 12b) latérales identiques et diamétralement opposées.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure des ailettes (12) a un profil ergonomique épousant la forme des doigts.
4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ailettes (12) sont réalisées, au moins sur leur pourtour avec une matière plastique élastiquement déformable.
5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section des ailettes (12) délimite un bord saillant permettant la suspension de la poche ® et/ou la fixation d'un boîtier externe.
6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plus grande largeur desdites ailettes (12) est supérieure au diamètre extérieur du raccord (1) de façon à former un épaulement de liaison (13).
7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure desdites ailettes (12) est reliée à la paroi latérale du raccord (1) par un congé (14).
8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailettes (12) délimitent sur leur bord intérieur une cavité centrale dans laquelle vient se loger une collerette (C) de verrouillage de l'organe de prélèvement (P).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette (C) se prolonge transversalement par un collet (D) s'étendant de façon affleurante avec le bord intérieur des ailettes (12).
