Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抓取具有软容器的液体布洒器的操作装置。
背景技术
这种类型的布洒器通常包括引出部件，如无空气泵，该引出部件有一布洒头且通过圆柱形接头安装到容器上。
可是，用这样的布洒器抓住容器会使其产生变形，同时也提高了内压。这种压力将开启泵的进液阀，会影响布洒，使流出的液体流量大于所需的量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决此种技术问题，不需使用者以手压在袋处。
本发明目的的实现是靠一种抓取无空气布洒器的装置，这种装置包括一引出部件，它具有布洒头且用一圆柱形接关安装到软容器上。该装置的特征在于，在接头的顶部、布洒头下面的位置上，设有一套翅板，其底面用于放置使用者手指且手指可按住它。
在一具体实施方案中，该套翅板包括两个沿直径对置的相同的翅板。
根据另一特征，翅板底面形状是符合人机工程学的，与手指形状匹配。
根据另一特征，翅片至少在其外部是用可弹性变形的塑料制造的。
根据又一特征，每一翅板横截面形成有一凸起端，使之能悬吊容器及/或安装外壳。
在一不同的实施方案中，每一翅板最宽处的尺寸大于接头的外径，因而形成一连接凸缘。
翅板底面最好通过凸肩连接到接头的侧壁。
在另一不同实施方案中，每一翅板绕其内缘形成一中央凹腔，可容纳用于锁定引出部件的锁定套管。
本发明的装置首先可舒适地将布洒器拿在手中，无需施力于容器上而对泵的工作产生不利作用，其次容易用食指按在布洒头上。
本发明的装置特别符合人机工程学，可与各种大小和形状的手指匹配，使用时灵活性好。

具体实施方式
图1为一局部剖视图，图中所示布洒器包括一引出部件P，如装上布洒头T的无空气泵，布洒头形成有按钮且有一喷嘴b。
泵P通过气密性圆柱形接头1安装到成为贮液器的软容器R上。
在此实例中，布洒器还有一套管C，可将泵体锁定到接头1中。泵P在接头1内可自由转动。
接头1的下端有一衬套11，其上的环形凸缘10可与容器R密封。
接头1的上端在布洒头T下方有一套翅板12，其底面适合于并用作放置使用者的手指且可被手指按住，尤其在布洒头T被手推动时。
在附图所示实施方案中，该套翅板包括有二个相同的侧向翅板12a、12b，它们在布洒器轴线相反两侧分布(见图4和4B)。
为此，翅板12的底面形状符合人机工程学，与手指形状匹配。具体地讲，翅板12的底面通过凸肩14与接头1的侧壁连接，其形状与大拇指及中指形状匹配。
因此，抓住布洒器时，使用者手指就位，自然地在衬套11和翅板12之间贴合，如图4A所示，不会与软容器R的可变形部位接触。
翅板12至少在其边缘周围最好用可弹性变形的塑料制造，以便能与各种大小形状的手指配合。
在本例中翅板最宽处大于接头外径。因此翅板12a，12b在接头1的中央部分周围相交，形成连接凸缘13。翅板12的内缘形成中央凹腔，可容纳锁定套管C。
法兰D从套管C横向伸出，引伸到与翅板12a，12b的内缘平接。
在图4A及4D所示变体中，套管C是截头圆锥形的，法兰D是漏斗式的，因而排除了套管C和翅板12之间在形状上的不连续。
由于套管C用刚性材料制作，因此有可能，特别在图4A、4B所示的变体中，使翅板全部用合成橡胶材料制造。
翅板12和凸缘13的横截面形成一厚度为e的凸出端(见图2)，使其能悬吊在包装阶段装满液体时的容器R，及/或将封装容器R的外壳(未示)固定。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于握住无空气布洒器的操作装置，包括一引出部件(P)，其上有一布洒头(T)且通过圆柱形接头(1)安装到软容器(R)上，该装置的特征在于，接头(1)的顶部，布洒头(T)下面位置上，设有一套翅板(12)，其底面用来放置使用者的手指并可被手指按住。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置，共特征在于：该套翅板(12)是二个同样的沿直径对置的侧面翅板(12a，12b)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置，共特征在于：翅板(12)的底面形状符合人机工程学，与手指形状匹配。
4.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于：翅板(12)至少在其边缘部分是用可弹性变形的材料制造的。
5.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于：每一翅板(12)的横截面形成一凸出端，使其能悬吊容器(R)及/或固定外壳。
6.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于：每一翅板(12)的最大宽度大于接头(1)的外径，因而形成一连接凸缘(13)。
7.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于：翅板(12)的底面通过凸肩(14)连接接头(1)的侧壁。
8.如上述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于：翅板(12)环绕其内缘形成一中央凹腔，其中可容纳用于锁住引出部件(P)的锁定套管(C)。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置，其特征在于：法兰(D)从套管(C)横向伸出，伸到与翅板(12)的内缘平接。
