Claims (10)

  1. Appareil frigorifique, par exemple appareil de congélation, combinaison de réfrigérateur et de congélateur ou similaires, qui présente un espace de congélation qui peut être fermé par une porte et qui est refroidi par des plans d'évaporateur (2) disposés au moins approximativement à l'horizontale et dont les parties d'extrémité latérale tournées vers la porte sont maintenues par des éléments de maintien (7) qui peuvent être engagés sur les parois latérales de l'espace de congélation, caractérisé en ce qu'en position de fixation, les éléments de maintien (7) repoussent les parties d'extrémité des plans d'évaporateur (2) contre des éléments d'appui prévus sur les parois latérales de l'espace de congélation.
  2. Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien (7) est configuré comme levier à deux bras dont le centre de rotation est formé par une partie de maintien qui coopère avec le plan d'évaporateur (2).
  3. Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier à deux bras présente un premier bras de levier qui coopère avec le logement prévu sur les parois latérales et un deuxième bras de levier sur lequel sont prévus des moyens d'encliquetage qui peuvent être engagés sur le plan d'évaporateur (2).
  4. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le levier à deux bras possède deux bras de levier de longueurs différentes, le bras de levier court coopérant avec le logement prévu sur les parois latérales.
  5. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le centre de rotation commun aux deux bras de levier du levier à deux bras est configuré comme découpe au moins sensiblement prismatique qui s'engage sur une partie du tube du plan d'évaporateur (2).
  6. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une autre découpe de type prismatique est prévue sur le plus long des deux bras de levier, cette autre découpe étant disposée symétriquement à la première découpe prismatique par rapport à un axe de symétrie qui sert d'axe central de l'élément de maintien (7).
  7. Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'encliquetage sont disposés au moins sensiblement au centre par rapport à l'axe central de l'élément de maintien (7).
  8. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien (7) est conçu, en section transversale, à la façon d'un profilé en U dont les ailes de profilé en U sont dotées sur leur partie d'extrémité libre des découpes prismatiques et des moyens d'encliquetage.
  9. Appareil frigorifique selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien (7) configuré en profilé en U se rétrécit sur ses deux côtés frontaux et est recouvert par une paroi de renfort.
  10. Appareil frigorifique selon l'une des revendications 3, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'encliquetage sont configurés comme crochets d'encliquetage qui peuvent être encliquetés sur les fils d'un plan d'évaporateur (2) configuré comme évaporateur à tubulaire à fils.
