Claims (35)

  1.   2. Support de données selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3) représente des caractères alphanumériques, des éléments graphiques ou des images en demi-teinte, de préférence un portrait.
  3. Support de données selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'en plus de la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3) est présente de manière alignée par rapport au repérage, au moins une zone colorée (5) réalisée en taille douce en creux au trait et en ce que la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3) et la zone colorée (5) sont espacées l'une de l'autre.
  4. Support de données selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'espace entre la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3) et la/les zone(s) colorée(s) s'élève au moins à 1 mm, de préférence à 3mm.

  12. Support de données selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la surimpression de fond (4) est imprimée au moyen de la sérigraphie, de l'impression offset ou de la typographie indirecte.
  13. Support de données selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la surimpression de fond (4) est une couche à effets.
  14. Support de données selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la couche à effets est composée de métal, d'une encre métallique ou d'une encre contenant des pigments de couche interférentielle.
  15. Support de données selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la couche à effets est de couleur bronze, or ou argent.

  18. Support de données selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le motif de la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3) est prévu plusieurs fois sur le support de données et suivant des techniques différentes.
  19. Support de données selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'en plus de la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3), sont présents un filigrane (14) et un autre élément complémentaire imprimé, le filigrane (14), l'élément complémentaire et la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3) présentant le même motif.
  20. Support de données selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'élément complémentaire (13) est imprimé au moyen de la technique de la taille douce en creux.
  21. Support de données selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3) comprend des zones partielles de rugosité différente qui occasionnent une réflexion lumineuse discernable à l'oeil.
  22. Support de données selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la gravure à froid en demi-teinte est recouverte, au moins dans des zones partielles, de sous-structures qui influencent son apparence visuelle et qui comprennent une orientation différente dans des zones partielles séparées.
  23. Procédé de fabrication d'un support de données avec un élément de sécurité, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) préparation d'un matériau pour support de données,
    b) fabrication d'une plaque d'impression en taille douce en creux, un relief tridimensionnel étant gravé dans la surface de la plaque d'impression et
    c) impression à froid du matériau pour support de données au moyen de la plaque d'impression en taille douce fabriquée à l'étape b).
  24. Procédé selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que le relief tridimensionnel représente des caractères alphanumériques, des éléments graphiques ou des images à demi-teintes, de préférence un portrait.
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 23 ou 24, caractérisé en ce que, à l'étape b), en plus du relief tridimensionnel, au moins une autre zone de gravure est gravée dans la surface de la plaque d'impression, cette zone étant disposée de manière alignée du repérage par rapport au relief tridimensionnel et remplie d'encre d'impression, et en ce qu'ensuite, à l'étape c), l'encre d'impression est transférée de la zone de gravure supplémentaire au matériau pour support de données, en même temps que la gravure à froid en demi-teinte (3).
  26. Procédé selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que la gravure à froid en demi-teinte est disposée au centre par rapport à la zone de gravure conduisant l'encre.
  27. Procédé selon la revendication 25 ou 26, caractérisé en ce que les zones colorées sont réalisées en tant que bordure de la gravure à froid.
  28. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 26 à 27, caractérisé en ce que les zones colorées représentent des guillochis.
  29. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 20 à 24, caractérisé en ce que, après l'étape a), une surimpression de fond, non réalisée suivant le procédé de taille douce en creux, est appliquée sur le matériau pour support de données et en ce que, à l'étape c), la gravure à froid est entièrement appliquée au niveau de la surimpression de fond.
  30. Procédé selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce que la surimpression de fond est imprimée au moyen de la sérigraphie, de la typographie indirecte ou de l'impression offset.
  31. Procédé selon la revendication 29 ou 30, caractérisé en ce que les zones colorées recouvrent la surimpression de fond au moins dans une zone partielle.
  32. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 29 à 31, caractérisé en ce que la zone colorée est réalisée de telle sorte qu'elle comporte une zone centrale à recouvrement élevé et une zone interne et/ou externe à recouvrement plus faible et en ce que la zone à recouvrement élevé est disposée sur le bord de la surimpression de fond (4).
  33. Plaque d'impression en taille douce pour la fabrication d'une impression à froid à demi-teintes (3) avec au moins une zone gravée dans la surface de la plaque d'impression, caractérisée en ce que la zone gravée comprend un relief gravé tridimensionnel, avec une évolution continue de la profondeur de gravure.
  34. Plaque d'impression en taille douce selon la revendication 33, caractérisée en ce que la gravure comprend des zones partielles de rugosité différente.
  35. Plaque d'impression en taille douce selon la revendication 33 ou 34, caractérisée en ce que le profil tridimensionnel en profondeur est recouvert, au moins dans des zones partielles, de sous-structures qui présentent une orientation différente dans différentes zones partielles.
