Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Vliesen, bei dem insbesondere faserförmiges Vliesmaterial (1) mit insbesondere körnigem Bindemittel (2) und eventuell anderen Zusatzstoffen auf einem inbesondere bandförmigem Transportorgan (4) ausgebreitet wird und einer Verpreßstation zuführbar ist, in der das Gemisch aus Vliesmaterial (1) und Bindemittel (2) und gegebenenfalls Zusatzstoffen insbesondere im erwärmten Zustand zu einer Vliesbahn oder Vliesmatte verpreßt wird, bei dem das Vliesmaterial (1) und das Bindemittel (2) in Anwesenheit eines Gasstromes, der eine Strömungskomponente (A) in gleicher Richtung wie die Bewegung des Vliesmaterials (1) aufweist, vermischt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vliesmaterial (1) in Form einer Schicht (5) vorwärts bewegt wird,
daß der Gasstrom mit dem Bindemittel (2) zu einem Bindemittel-Gas-Strom (6) gemischt wird,
daß der Bindemittel-Gas-Strom (6) auf und/oder in die Vliesmaterialschicht (5) geblasen wird,
und daß die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Bindemittel-Gas-Stroms (6) so hoch gewählt wird, daß Bindemittel (2) in die Vliesmaterialschicht (5) hineingerißen wird und sich dadurch die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Vliesmaterials (1) erhöht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bindemittel-Gas-Strom (6) unter hohem Druck in einen Bereich der ausgebreiteten Vliesmaterialschicht (5) eingeblasen wird, der eine geringe Schichtdicke (D) zwischen etwa 0,1 und 30 cm aufweist, und daß anschließend der Druck wesentlich vermindert wird, ehe sich das Gemisch aus Bindemittel (2) und Vliesmaterial (1) auf einem Transportorgan (4) ausbreitet. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Bindemittel-Gas-Stroms (6) zwischen 20 und 70 m/sec gewählt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anstellwinkel α zwischen der Förderrichtung (F) der Vliesmaterialschicht (5) und dem Bindemittel-Gas-Strom (6) an der Stelle von dessen Zusammentreffen mit der Vliesmaterialschicht (5) bis zu 20° gewählt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des Bindemittels (2) in Bezug zum Vliesmaterial (1) durch Steuerung der Bindemittelzugabe zum Gasstrom dosiert wird. - Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Vliesen mit einem Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem Zufuhrorgan (11) für Vliesmaterial (1), mit einem Zufuhrorgan (12) für Bindemittel (2) und eventuellen anderen Zusatzstoffen, mit einer Düse (8) zum Zuführen eines Gasstroms und mit einem Transportorgan (4), mit dem das Gemisch des Vliesmaterials (1) und des Bindemittels (2) und gegebenenfalls anderer Zusatzstoffe insbesondere bandförmig einer Verpreßstation zuführbar ist, in der das Gemisch zu einer Vliesbahn oder Vliesmatte gegebenenfalls unter Erwärmung verpreßbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Förderorgan (3) eine Schicht (5) des Vliesmaterials (1) in Richtung zur Düse (8) fördert, daß die Düse (8) einen Bindemittel-Gas-Strom (6) mit einer Strömungskomponente (A) unter einem Anstellwinkel α von bis zu 60° zur Bewegungsrichtung (F) der Vliesmaterialschicht (5) in einem Mischaggregat (13) zum Vermischen mit dem Vliesmaterial (1) in die Vliesmaterialschicht (5) einbläst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Förderorgan (3) als Förderwalze ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (8) im Eingangsbereich einer Mischkammer (10) angeordnet ist, deren Querschnitt sich vom Düsenbereich ausgehend insbesondere kontinuierlich bis zu einem Vorschuborgan (14) vergrößert, daß das Gemisch aus dem Vliesmaterial (1) und dem Bindemittel (2) und gegebenenfalls anderen Zusatzstoffen als Band (7) auf dem Transportorgan (4) ausbreitet. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel (2) über eine Dosierschnecke (18) und/oder eine Dosierbandwaage (19) dosiert in ein Zyklonaggregat (20) mit dem unter Druck stehenden Gas mischbar ist und von dort unter Druck zum Zufuhrkanal (9) gelangt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Düsen (8) über die Breite der Vliesmaterialschicht (5) verteilt sind.
