Claims (26)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von stabförmigen Gegenständen aus einem Materialstrang, insbesondere der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie, mit
einer Umhüllungseinrichtung (23) mit einem umlaufenden Förder- oder Formatband (22) zur Umhüllung des Materialstranges mit Hüllmaterial (21),
einer Erwärmungseinrichtung (28) zur Erwärmung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände und
einer ersten Transporteinrichtung (22) zum Transport des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände durch die vorgenannten Einrichtungen, vorzugsweise in längsaxialer Richtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erwärmungseinrichtung (28) Mikrowellen zur Erwärmung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände erzeugt und, in Transportrichtung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände betrachtet, hinter dem Förder- oder Formatband (22) der Umhüllungseinrichtung (23) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, mit einer Schneideeinrichtung (27) zum Schneiden des Materialstranges in stabförmigen Gegenstände,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideeinrichtung (27) zwischen der Umhüllungseinrichtung (23) und der Erwärmungseinrichtung (28) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einer zweiten Transporteinrichtung (31) zum Abtransport der stabförmigen Gegenstände, vorzugsweise in queraxialer Richtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Transporteinrichtung (31), in Transportrichtung der stabförmigen Gegenstände betrachtet, hinter der Erwärmungseinrichtung (28) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei welcher die zweite Transporteinrichtung (31) in einem Gehäuse (40) untergebracht ist,
gekennzeichnet durch eine das Gehäuse (40) umgebende Wärmeisolierung (40a) und/oder eine Einrichtung zur Klimatisierung des Gehäuses (40). - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erwärmungseinrichtung (28) eine Führungseinrichtung (60) aufweist, entlang derer der Materialstrang oder die daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände durch die Erwärmungseinrichtung (28) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (60) relativ zur Bewegung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände stationär angeordnet und zur passiven Führung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (60) ein bahnförmiges Führungsmittel (61, 62, 63) zur beweglichen Aufnahme des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsmittel (61, 62, 62) eine untere Sektion (61, 62) zur beweglichen Auflage des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände und eine obere Sektion (63) aufweist und der Abstand zwischen der unteren Sektion (61, 62) und der oberen Sektion (63) entsprechend der Dicke des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände bemessen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Sektion eine im Querschnitt konkave Auflagefläche bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Sektion mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Auflageelemente (61, 62) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageelemente (61, 62) eine im wesentlichen punktförmige oder in Bewegungsrichtung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände lineare Auflage für die stabförmigen Gegenstände bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Sektion (63) eine im wesentlichen punktförmige oder in Bewegungsrichtung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände lineare Anlage für die stabförmigen Gegenstände bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bahnförmige Führungsmittel (61, 62, 63) eine längliche Form aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageelemente sich in Bewegungsrichtung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände, vorzugsweise parallel zueinander, erstreckende Stäbe (61, 62) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 sowie 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Sektion mindestens einen sich in Bewegungsrichtung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände erstreckenden Stab (63) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 und/oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Stäbe einen runden Querschnitt besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bahnförmige Führungsmittel (61, 62, 63) zur Führung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände in längsaxialer Richtung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querabstand der Auflageelemente (61, 62) kleiner als die Dicke oder der Durchmesser des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsmittel (61, 62, 63) aus einem hitzebeständigen, vorzugsweise keramischen, Werkstoff besteht.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (50) das Führungsmittel (61, 62, 63) angeordnet ist und das Gehäuse (50) einen zu öffnenden Abschnitt (50a) aufweist, der so ausgebildet ist, daß beim Öffnen des Gehäuses (50) das Führungsmittel (61, 62, 63) im wesentlichen freigelegt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zu öffnende Abschnitt einen Deckel (50a) des Gehäuses (50) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zu öffnende Abschnitt (50a) um eine Schwenkachse (53a) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schwenkachse (53a) im wesentlichen in Bewegungsrichtung des Materialstranges oder der daraus hergestellten stabförmigen Gegenstände erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 sowie nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Sektion (63) des Führungsmittels am zu öffnenden Abschnitt (50a) des Gehäuses (50) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 25, gekennzeichnet durch eine Sicherheitsschaltung (54), die beim Öffnen des Gehäuses die Erwärmungseinrichtung (28, 34) deaktiviert.
