Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a container for contain liquid food, especially beer, likely to be released, already full, in volumes individual, in the field of distribution food, for a use which can be unique and possibly recyclable.
Currently, the most used containers in this purpose are cylindrical metal boxes known as the name of the cans. however, these significant disadvantages. In particular, the surfaces intended to receive the drinker's lips are not protected from dirt, especially when the container is transported in isolation, without its collective packaging. On the other hand, the trivialization of its format limits the identification of its content in the drawings affixed to its peripheral wall. Another disadvantage is the impossibility of being able to close the container if only partially drank its contents, which, in addition to risk of spilling remaining liquid, may cause a loss of taste quality of the same liquid especially if it is gaseous like a soda or a beer. An additional disadvantage is the narrowness of the opening made by its cover, not very suitable for frothy drinks.
Research has been done to alleviate some disadvantages of cans. So to guarantee good hygiene, document EP0870685 discloses a spout disposable adaptable on cans. the document WO94 / 12402 discloses a container incorporating a straw to suck up the liquid it contains, device unsuitable for beers; the document FR2696720, proposes as for wrapping the container in an enclosure rigid and tearable. As for the possibility of filling up the can, the state of the art offers auxiliary devices independent of the container, such as those disclosed by documents WO94 / 13545 and WO94 / 07755. To ensure sufficient opening of the bobbin, the document WO99 / 03742 describes a large cover cut.
However, none of the means described by these documents alone is able to resolve all of the aforementioned problems, it is generally not provided with the container and none calls into question the standard of the container.
The object of the invention is therefore to propose a container incorporating in itself means for solving problems already cited, while retaining, if necessary, lightness and ease of storage of cans.
The container for containing a liquid food includes a tank, surfaces for contact with the lips of a drinker in the immediate vicinity a mouth of the tank, and means for plugging the recipient.

position basse. In a first embodiment, the container
according to the invention here takes the form of a mug of beer
1 comprising two main parts, the
In addition to the second thread, the
In the example of Figure 2 a strip of
chope. When the cap is in the low position, as
shown in Figure 1, some of its arrangements
bring new benefits. The cap includes a
To hold the mug, the
34, ici 34a et 34b, ménagé dans le corps de valve 35.In the example in Figures 5 and 6, in order to better
protect the
At the end of filling,
principaux 24a,24b.Transport and storage conditions for steins
of beer requires storing a large number in a
volume as small as possible. The handles and
other accessories, such as caps, containers
schematically shown in Figures 7a and 7b are
designed to allow the storage of at least two
intérieur 44 du réservoir.FIG. 8 shows a
Of course, the invention is not limited to examples described and shown. So among the industrially produced and susceptible drinks to be sold in individual volumes, beer represents a significant market share. Otherwise, cultural fashions and strong traditions are associated with beer in general, and with each type of beer in particular. So like some others beers, beers, when sold in bulk, are served in glasses or mugs easily identifiable by amateurs, and of which certain forms and characteristics favor the diffusion of perfumes, color, or the formation of foam. The blow molding the container can allow it give many other aspects. So instead of having the shape of a mug it can take the shape of a glass specific to a brand, a quality of beer or any other drink it is intended to contain. he can still have a more generally cylindrical shape closer to that of the cans and do not understand handle. All or part of the container can be, for example example, plastic, glass, metal, cardboard or any other material. The tank can thus be produced in a transparent material, possibly colored, and / or protecting its content from degrading agents.
In addition, the rim of the cap can also fill the role of the cap lip, or, if the cap is wider than the base of the mug, the width of the cap may be enough to stabilize the mug without the cap includes a rim.
As for the valve, being for single use, it can be simplified so as not to generate prohibitive additional cost. So the residual pressure can suffice to close the valve without using a spring; The constitutions of the closure part and the plug may be sufficient to guarantee watertightness, without having use of a specific sealing part; The piece of closure can be linked or glued to the cap by a flexible connection making the valve body unnecessary, link can have a reminder effect replacing that spring; The valve may include means for making vacuum before filling the tank or evacuating to during filling the gas already present in the tank; The means of sealing the cap, by example a strip of adhesive paper, can also be used sealing the valve after filling; The valve can still be sealed with edible wax.
The sealing means, instead of being a strip of paper, can be part of the cap and permanently dissociate during the first opening.
