Claims (10)
- Mélangeur tubulaire avec un corps de garnissage (1) longitudinal, avec lequel un processus de mélange laminaire est susceptible d'être provoqué dans un milieu (A, B) traversant le mélangeur en un écoulement laminaire, caractérisé par le fait que le mélangeur tubulaire présente une structure hybride, ledit mélangeur tubulaire étant combiné en au moins deux tronçons longitudinaux présentant des structures de mélangeur (X, Q) différentes, à un premier tronçon ayant une première structure (X) étant susceptible d'être associé un filet d'écoulement résistant au mélange, obtenu lorsqu'on effectue un processus de mélange laminaire avec la première structure, insérée dans un mélangeur tubulaire, sachant qu'en outre, de manière correspondante, un autre filet d'écoulement résistant au mélange est susceptible d'être associé à un deuxième tronçon, voisin du premier tronçon et présentant une deuxième structure (Q), les filets d'écoulement résistant au mélange étant décalés transversalement les uns par rapport aux autres à transition entre les segments.

- Mélangeur tubulaire selon 1a revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tronçon présente une structure (Q), formée d'un faisceau de quatre filets d'écoulement enfermés dans des chambres, avec des chambres de mélange (18) qui s'étendent chacune entre deux extrémités (14a, 14b) fermées et qui sont disposées de façon décalée en direction longitudinale (11) par rapport aux chambres voisines, et en ce que la structure (Q) citée, dans le corps de garnissage (1), constitue une fraction, de préférence pondérante.
- Mélangeur tubulaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un tronçon (X) présente une structure (8) avec des nervures (81, 82) inclinées par rapport à la direction longitudinale (11), des nervures voisines étant disposées avec des orientations se croisant.

- Mélangeur tubulaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons présentent des structures de base régulières, modifiées structurellement par endroits.
- Mélangeur tubulaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le corps de garnissage (1) forme, en totalité ou en partie, un élément cohérent, cet élément comprenant une combinaison d'au moins deux tronçons longitudinaux et étant susceptible d'être fabriqué, de préférence, par un procédé de moulage.
- Mélangeur tubulaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le corps de garnissage (1) est monolithique en particulier est obtenu par moulage par injection à partir d'un matériau thermoplastique.
- Utilisation d'un mélangeur tubulaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, pour le mélange d'un composant (A) fortement visqueux avec au moins un autre composant (B), 1'autre composant (B) pouvant présenter une viscosité inférieure, d'un facteur de 10 à 1000, à celle du composant fortement visqueux (A), en ce que le débit masse de 1'autre composant (B) peut être de plusieurs fois inférieur au débit masse du composant (A) fortement visqueux, en ce que le mélangeur est utilisé dans un dispositif (100) comprenant un récipient (100a) à plusieurs chambres ou bien comprenant différents récipients pour recevoir séparément les composants (A, B), et en ce que les composants sont transportés dans le mélangeur, par refoulement sous pression avec des pistons ou au moyen de pompes, en particulier des pompes de dosage.
