Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ultraschallsensor mit einer topfförmigen Membrane, die einen schwingungsfähigen Membranboden und eine den Membranboden wenigstens abschnittsweise umgebende Membranwandung aufweist.
Die Erfindung kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass die Membranwandung wenigstens abschnittsweise eine schaumartige Struktur aufweist.
