Abstract

Die Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung weist für für jeden Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine eine Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) und ein mit dieser verbundenes Kraftstoffeispritzventil (12) auf. Ein Pumpenkolben (18) der Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) wird durch die Brennkraftmaschine in einer Hubbewegung angetrieben und begrenzt einen Pumpenarbeitsraum (22), der mit einem Druckraum (40) des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils (12) verbunden ist, das ein Einspritzventilglied (28) aufweist, durch das wenigstens eine Einspritzöffnung (32) gesteuert wird und das durch den im Druckraum (40) herrschenden Druck gegen eine Schließkraft in einer Öffnungsrichtung (29) bewegbar ist. Durch eine erste Steuerventileinrichtung (62), wird eine ungedrosselte Verbindung (59) und eine Verbindung (60) über eine Drosselstelle (58) des Pumpenarbeitsraums (22) mit einem Entlastungsraum (24) gesteuert und durch eine zweite Steuerventileinrichtung (70) wird eine Verbindung (68) eines mit dem Pumpenarbeitsraum (22) verbundenen Steuerdruckraums (52) des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils (12) mit einem Entlastungsraum (24) gesteuert, wobei das Einspritzventilglied (28) durch den im Steuerdruckraum (52) herrschenden Druck in Schließrichtung beaufschlagt ist.
