Claims (7)
- Kettenaufzug (1) mit einem in die Gelenkglieder (7) einer Gelenkgliederkette (3) eingreifenden Antrieb (2) zum Heben und Senken eines mit der Gelenkgliederkette (3) verbundenen Lastaufnahmemittels (4), und einem Überlastbegrenzer (20) mit einem Auslenkelement (21)und einem Schaltelement (22), welche bei unzulässig grosser Last (FL) miteinander zusammenwirken um ein Signal zum Stillsetzen des Antriebs (2) zu erzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überlastbegrenzer (20) direkt an der Gelenkgliederkette (3) angeordnet ist.
- Kettenaufzug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kettenglied (7.2) der Gelenkgliederkette (3) mittels Auslenkelement (21) in Abhängigkeit der an der Gelenkgliederkette (3) angreifenden Last (FL) relativ zur Förderrichtung (11) der Gelenkgliederkette (3) ausgelenkt ist, und dass bei Erreichen einer der unzulässigen Last (FL) entsprechenden Relativlage von Auslenkelement (21) und Schaltelement (22) das Signal zum Stillsetzen des Antriebs (2) erzeugt wird.
- Kettenaufzug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslenkelement (21) in Förderrichtung (11) an der Gliedergelenkkette festgelegt ist.
- Kettenaufzug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslenkelement (21) in die Gelenkgliederkette (3) eingehängt ist.
- Kettenaufzug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslenkelement (21) elastisch biegbar ist und an mindestens zwei in Förderrichtung (11) beabstandeten Stellen (26.2,26.2) auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Gelenkgliederkette (3) an der Gelenkgliederkette (3) anliegt.
- Kettenaufzug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaltelement (22) an einem oder mehreren Gelenkgliedern (7) festgelegt ist.
- Kettenaufzug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslenkelement (21) ein Betätigungselement (21.2) ausbildet, welches in einem Winkel zur Förderrichtung (11) absteht und mit dem Schaltelement (22) zusammenwirkt.
Kettenaufzug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslenkelement (9) als L-förmige Blattfeder (21) mit einem langen Schenkel (21.1) und einem kurzen Schenkel (21.2) ausgebildet ist und der lange Schenkel (21.1) im wesentlichen parallel zur Förderrichtung () auf einer ersten Seite an mehreren Kettengliedern (7) anliegt und zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgende Gelenkglieder (26.2,26.2) durch die Ebene der Gelenkgliederkette (3) hindurchragt und auf einer zweiten Seite der Gelenkgliederkette (3) an mindestens einem Kettenglied (7.2) anliegt.
