Description
Claims (9)
- Verpackungsmaschine (1), wobei zumindest eine Unterfolie von einer Rolle abgezogen wird, und Verpackungsprodukte zwischen der Unterfolie (5) und einer Oberfolie (6) mittels einer Siegelvorrichtung eingeschlossen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer oder beiden Seiten der Folienbahn eine Anheft-Vorrichtung (2) zum Anheften von Folienanfängen angeordnet ist, welche ein Schweißteil (3) und zumindest eine Gegenlage (4) umfasst und das Schweißteil (3) aufheizbar ausgestaltet ist, Schweißteil (3) und Gegenlage gegeneinander bewegbar sind, um Ober- (6) und Unterfolie (5) zwischen Schweißteil (3) und Gegenlage (4) mittels Zusammenführen von Schweißteil (3) und Gegenlage (4) zu verschweißen.
- Verpackungsmaschine mit Anheft-Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schweißteil (3) und/oder die Gegenlage (4) schwenkbar und aufeinander mit dazwischengelegter Unterfolie (5) und Oberfolie (6) absenkbar ausgeführt sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine mit Anheft-Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenlage (4) aus einem elastischen Material besteht und vorzugsweise mit der Unterfolie (5) zumindest zeitweilig in Berührung steht.
- Verpackungsmaschine mit Anheft-Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anheft-Vorrichtung (2) eine Rückfedereinrichtung (12) aufweist, die das in Schweißposition geschwenkte Schweißteil (3) und/oder die Gegenlage (4) selbsttätig aus der Schweißposition nach oben bzw. nach unten schwenkt.
- Verpackungsmaschine mit Anheft-Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anheft-Vorrichtung (2) vor der Siegelvorrichtung an beiden Seiten der Folienbahn (7) angebracht ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine mit Anheft-Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schweißteile (3) den linken und den rechten Folienrand der Ober- (6) und Unterfolie (5) entlang eines Streckenabschnittes im Bereich des Folienanfanges der Oberfolie miteinander verschweißen und nachfolgend Ober- (6) und Unterfolie (5) freigeben und diese der Siegelstation zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren zum Anheften von Folien, wobei zumindest eine Unterfolie von einer Rolle abgewickelt wird, und in einer Verpackungsmaschine (1) Verpackungsprodukte zwischen der Unterfolie (5) und einer Oberfolie (6) mittels einer Siegelvorrichtung eingeschlossen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassbei Produktionsstart oder bei Rollenwechsel, die Unterfolie (5) in die Maschine eingefahren ist und eine neue Oberfolie (6) in Richtung des Siegelwerkzeuges eingefädelt und auf der Unterfolie (5) parallel ausgerichtet wird, undanschließend Ober- (6) und Unterfolie (5) mittels der aufgeheizten Schweißteile (3) einer Anheft-Vorrichtung (2) an einer oder beiden Laufseiten der Folienbahn durch Zusammenführen von Schweißteil (3) und Gegenlage (4) und Hitzeeinwirkung miteinander verschweißt werden und die Anheft-Vorrichtung (2) die Folien nach dem Anheften für den Weitertransport freigibt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißteile (3) für ca. 1 bis 2 Sekunden auf die Ober- (6) und Unterfolie (5) einwirken, wobei das Schweißteil (3) beim Schweißen vorzugsweise mit der Oberfolie in Berührung steht.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schweißteil (3) oder Gegenlage (4) manuell gegen die Ober- (6) und Unterfolie (5) gedrückt wird.
