Claims (7)
- Kollisionsschutzeinrichtung für Schienenfahrzeuge ohne stirnseitig, seitlich angeordnete Seitenpuffer in Bauart und Anordnung wie bei Vollbahnen, insbesondere für die Enden von Regionalstadtbahnen, Triebzügen, Triebwagen und Steuerwagen, bestehend aus stirnseitig im üblichen Bereich von Seitenpuffern von Vollbahnen angeordneten Energieabsorptionselementen, die zur Beaufschlagung durch die Pufferteller der Seitenpuffer eines zweiten Schienenfahrzeugs geeignet sind, wobei die Energieabsorptionselemente an einer insbesondere längsbelastbaren Fahrzeugstruktur in Längsrichtung abgestützt sind und wobei die Energieabsorptionselemente beim Zusammenstoß mit dem zweiten Schienenfahrzeug im Bereich der eindringenden Pufferteller verformbar sind und nach Aufzehren des Energieabsorptionsvermögens mindestens eine weitere Stufe zur Absorption von Deformationsenergie in Längsrichtung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Energieabsorptionselement (1) als nach vorn in Stoßrichtung offener Topf (1a) ausgebildet ist, der mit energieabsorbierendem Werkstoff (4) gefüllt ist, dass der Topf (1a) fest mit einem Druckstück (5) verbunden ist, welches seinerseits längsverschieblich gegenüber dem Wagenkasten (6) mit diesem über die zweite Stufe (7) zur Absorption von zusätzlicher Deformationsenergie verbunden ist und dass an dem Druckstück (5) die Einrichtungen für den Fahrzeugführer einschließlich Fahrzeugführersitz (8) befestigt sind, die zusammen mit dem Druckstück (5) ins Fahrzeuginnere längsverschiebbar sind.
- Kollisionsschutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Topf (1a) einen belastbaren Mantel (10) aufweist, derart, dass eine Längsführung gebildet ist und ein Querausweichen eines eindringenden Seitenpuffers 2 verhindert ist.
- Kollisionsschutzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (10) als Teilmantel ausgebildet ist, derart dass lediglich ein Mantelabschnitt an der der Fahrzeuginnenseite zugewandten Seite des Topfes (1a) als Längsführung vorgesehen ist.
- Kollisionsschutzeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Topf (1a) eine Leitvorrichtung (9) als Einführhilfe aufweist.
- Kollisionsschutzeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Werkstoff (4) zur Energieabsorption für den Topf (1a) ein fester Werkstoff verwendet wird, der passend aus dem Vollen geschnitten und im Topf (1a) bzw. an seinem Mantel (10) befestigt ist.
- Kollisionsschutzeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Topf (1) bzw. sein Werkstoff 4 zur Energieabsorption in Stoßrichtung einen sich vergrößernden Querschnitt aufweist.
- Kollisionsschutzeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb der Öffnungsfläche des Energieabsorptionselementes 1 bzw. des Topfes(1a) ein Leuchtmittel angeordnet ist.
