Claims (18)
- Anordnung zur Steuerung des Kühlfluidstroms in Kompressoren, insbesondere in Rotationsverdichtern, wie Schraubenkompressoren, wobei die Anordnung umfasst:einen Kühlfluideingang (11) für aus dem Kompressor (12) abgegebenes Kühlfluid und einen Kühlfluidausgang (13) zur Rückführung des Kühlfluids in den Kompressor (12),einen Fluidkühler (14), über den bedarfsweise ein Teil des Kühlfluids geführt und abgekühlt werden kann,wobei ein Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) den Anteil des über den Fluidkühler (14) geführten Teilstroms an Kühlfluid anhand von Systemparametern, insbesondere anhand der Temperatur des Kühlfluids über eine Fluidsteuereinrichtung steuert,
dass bei Aktivierung des Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) der Teilstrom des über den Fluidkühler (14) geführten Kühlfluids durch ein Fluidsteuermittel (19) erhöht bzw. verringert wird. - Anordnung zur Steuerung des Kühlfluidstroms in Kompressoren, insbesondere in Rotationsverdichtern, wie Schraubenkompressoren, wobei die Anordnung umfasst:einen Kühlfluideingang (11) für aus dem Kompressor (12) abgegebenes Kühlfluid und einen Kühlfluidausgang (13) zur Rückführung des Kühlfluids in den Kompressor (12),einen Fluidkühler (14), über den bedarfsweise ein Teil des Kühlfluids geführt und abgekühlt werden kann,wobei ein Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) die Einspritzmenge an Kühlfluid anhand von Systemparametern, insbesondere anhand der Temperatur des Kühlfluids über eine Fluidsteuereinrichtung steuert,
dass bei Aktivierung des Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) die Einspritzmenge an Kühlfluids durch ein Fluidsteuermittel (19) erhöht bzw. verringert wird. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) ein manuelle Betätigungseinrichtung, beispielsweise einen Handhebel (17) umfasst, über die bzw. über den sich der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) betätigen insbesondere zwischen zwei Positionen umschalten lässt. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) eine Betätigungswelle (22) mit einem Exzenter (23) umfasst, wobei der Exzenter (23) über ein Steuerelement (24) auf das Fluid-Steuermittel (19) einwirkt. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) mit einem Außenluftthermoelement (18) in Wirkverbindung steht, das in Abhängigkeit von der Außentemperatur den Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) aktiviert. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) mit einem Thermosensor in Wirkverbindung steht, der in Abhängigkeit von der Außentemperatur den Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) aktiviert. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) mit einem Fluid-Thermoelement (29) in Wirkverbindung steht, das in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur des Kühlfluids den Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) aktiviert. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) mit einem Thermosensor in Wirkverbindung steht, der in Abhängigkeit von der Fluidtemperatur des Kühlfluids oder unter Berücksichtigung anderer bzw. weiter Systemparameter den Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) steuert. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) und der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) mit einem gemeinsamen Fluidsteuermittel (19) in Wirkverbindung stehen, wobei das Fluidsteuermittel (19) den über den Fluidkühler (14) gerührten Teilstrom des Kühlfluids einstellt und wobei die Wirkverbindung des Systemsteuer-Aktuators (15) mit dem Fluidsteuermittel (19) bei Betätigung des Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuators (16) in Richtung auf eine Sommerposition ganz oder teilweise aufgehoben wird. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) und der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) axial zueinander angeordnet sind. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) und der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) relativ zueinander so angeordnet sind, dass die von ihnen aufbringbaren Steuerkräfte in einer gemeinsamen, im wesentlichen zueinander axialen Wirkrichtung liegen. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) in einem Bereich zwischen dem Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) und dem Fluidsteuermittel (19) angeordnet ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein verschieblich gelagertes das Steuerelement (24) und das Fluidsteuermittel (19) einstückig als Steuerzylinder (25) ausgebildet sind. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Systemsteuer-Aktuator (15) am, vorzugsweise im Steuerelement (24) befestigt ist und sich mit einem Verstellkolben (27) gegen eine gegenüber allen vorgesehenen Positionen des Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuators (16) feststehende Anlagefläche (26) abstützt. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sommer-/Winterbetriebs-Aktuator (16) mit einem Verstellkolben (28) direkt oder indirekt auf das Steuerelement (24) zur Verstellung des Fluidsteuermittels (19) einwirkt. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluidsteuermittel (19) an einem Knotenpunkt zwischen einer den Fluidkühler (14) überbrückenden Bypass-Leitung (20) und einer dem Fluidkühler (14) zugeordneten Kühlleitung (21) angeordnet ist, derart,
dass mit Erhöhung des über den Fluidkühler (14) geführten Kühlfluidstroms gleichzeitig der über die Bypass-Leitung (20) geführte Fluidstrom verringert wird. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluidsteuermittel (19) zwischen einer die Bypass-Leitung (20) im wesentlichen absperrenden ersten Endstellung und einer die Kühlerleitung (21) im wesentlichen absperrenden zweiten Endstellung kontinuierlich veränderbar ist. - Verfahren zur Steuerung des Kühlfluids in Kompressoren, insbesondere in Rotationsverdichtern, wie beispielsweise Schraubenkompressoren, zur Einstellung der Temperatur eines Prozessfluids, beispielsweise Druckluft, vorzugsweise mit einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei aus dem Kompressor abgegebenes Kühlfluid bedarfsweise über einen Fluidkühler geführt und abgekühlt werden kann, wobei die Einspritzmenge an Kühlfluid und/oder der Anteil des über den Fluidkühler (14) geführten Teilstroms an Kühlfluid zunächst anhand von Systemparametern, insbesondere der Temperatur des Kühlfluid gesteuert bzw. geregelt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verhinderung von Kondensation und/oder Eisbildung in den angeschlossenen Verbrauchern bzw. Verbraucherzuleitungen bei niedrigen Außenlufttemperaturen, insbesondere bei Unterschreiten einer bestimmten Außenlufttemperatur TG, die Einspritzmenge an Kühlfluid verringert bzw. der über den Fluidkühler geführte Teilstrom des Kühlfluids verringert oder unterbrochen wird.
