Definitions
- the present invention relates to a platform for raising the fasteners of a shoe of a user of a board for gliding on snow.
- the present invention also relates to a board for gliding on snow, such as than a ski, a monoski or a surf, equipped with a platform for raising shoe bindings.
- a platform for raising the bindings is added in the skate area a gliding board, at its upper surface.
- the platform is attached to the plank either directly by screws to obtain a rigid connection, or thanks to elastic return means in the form, for example, of a layer of material with damping properties.
- This platform is the lack of flexibility that can exist between the two uprights which are made fully mechanically coupled to the both by the central support elements and by the two rigid end plates.
- this type of platform arrangement is complex to assemble and has a relatively large weight.
- the object of the invention is to propose a board for gliding on snow with a platform that is lighter thanks to a choice of shape, and which allows in addition to separate the left and right supports, in order to transmit the forces applied by the user on the board and the forces generated more directly at the left edge or right edge.
- the platform according to the invention also makes it possible to give the board of slides a new aesthetic, very slender, which can allow to leave visible the protective and decorative layer of the gliding board.
- the platform according to the invention is also easy to manufacture and mount on the ski, because of its structure in one piece. In the present invention, the fasteners are mounted directly on the platform, without requiring the presence of a part solidary intermediary.
- a raising platform is intended to be mounted on the surface upper of a snow gliding board to receive and raise bindings fastening a user's shoe to the snow gliding board.
- the raising platform is characterized in that that it is divided into two longitudinal parts which are each directly laid on the upper surface of the snow gliding board and which are interconnected by at least one bridge.
- bridge is meant a central part physically located between the two longitudinal parts and interconnecting them.
- the bridge can be located under the shoe.
- the platform can include a bridge that we will position between the transmission lines of the support efforts of the skier's shoe on the platform.
- the platform may include a bridge located at the end front of the two longitudinal parts.
- the platform may include a bridge located at the rear end of the two longitudinal parts.
- the platform can preferably be carried out with one or more bridges, which can be in one piece with each of the two longitudinal parts.
- the bridge (s) can also be in a plane parallel to the gliding sole of the board sliding on snow.
- the bridge can have at least one recess.
- At least one of the two longitudinal parts of the platform may include at least one recess located at its contact face with the upper surface of the gliding board on snow.
- This or these recesses can be filled with one or more materials having elasticity and damping properties.
- a space may be provided between the two parts longitudinal. This spacing can be left free. This spacing can also be filled by a convex area of the snow gliding board, projecting by relative to the upper surface of the upper layer of protection and decoration of the snowboard. This space can also be filled by one or several materials with low stiffness in bending.
- At least one of the two parts longitudinal of the platform can itself be divided transversely into at minus two cross pieces.
- One or more spaces located between at least one of cross pieces separated from each other can be filled with one or several materials with elasticity and damping properties.
- the two longitudinal parts can, advantageously and in a third embodiment, be attached to a board for gliding on snow, which can have a thickness at the front portion of the platform mounting area greater than the thickness at the rear portion of the mounting area of the platform.
- At least one of the two longitudinal parts of the platform can favorably include two different anchoring zones.
- At least one first anchoring zone can allow fixed positioning in relation to the snow gliding board.
- At least one second anchoring zone different from the first zone can allow a positioning with sliding in relation to the snow gliding board.
- Moon anchoring zones can favorably be provided at the level of the bridge or bridges.

- the platform may have a asymmetry in the number of transverse parts between the two longitudinal parts.
- the platform may have asymmetry of structure and materials between the two longitudinal parts.
- the asymmetries mentioned above are intended improve the behavior of the two skis when cornering, the runner resting on his two skis.
- the asymmetries mentioned above are intended offer two types of behavior, if the skier puts his pair of skis left-right, or conversely right-left. This allows the average skier to benefit from two pairs of ski in one, that is to say a ski more specifically dedicated to large curves and a ski more specifically dedicated to short turns.
- a board for sliding on snow is equipped with a platform as described above.
- the gliding board can have on at least one of the two sides a lateral notch located above the edges and allowing positioning of the respective lateral portion of at least one of the two longitudinal parts of the platform.
- the upper surface of the snowboard can come substantially flush with the rigid upper face of at least one of the two longitudinal parts of the platform.
- the upper surface of the gliding board on snow can favorably include one or two ribs separated by a hollow central. The one or both ribs can be in the extension forward and towards the rear of the one or two longitudinal parts of the platform.
- the gliding board can advantageously include a recess of height between the front portion of the platform mounting area and the portion rear of the platform mounting area. In this way, the thickness of the plank of sliding on snow in the front portion of the platform mounting area can be greater than the thickness of the snow gliding board in the rear portion of the platform mounting area.
- a classic snow gliding board such as an alpine ski (1), comprises a front zone comprising a spatula, a zone middle called skate area (2), a back area, an upper surface (3) formed by an upper protective and decorative layer (4), and a sliding sole (5).
- a platform (61) is positioned at the level of the skate area (2). heightening of the fastening elements. The platform (61) is placed on the surface higher. Therefore and contrary to the state of the art, this platform (61) has no need for supports or holding parts.
- (A) denotes the front of the platform (61) oriented towards the spatula, that is to say the part or area towards which is more particularly located the front stop (7) of the fixing of the ski boot (1).
- the platform (61) is divided into two along the median longitudinal axis of the ski (1), and therefore comprises two rigid longitudinal parts (9 and 10).
- a bridge (11) connects the two parts rigid longitudinal (9 and 10) in their middle zone.
- the platform (6) comprises two slots made at its median longitudinal axis, that is to say also at the level of the median longitudinal axis of the ski (1), and opening out forward (A) and back.
- the bridge (11) is positioned in a portion outside of the joining of the elements of the fixing (7 and 8). In order to allow a transmission of forces between one of the longitudinal parts (9) and the square (31) associated therewith, the bridge (11) will be located between the force transmission zones (F) (see Figure 5) of the skier on the platform (61), that is to say between the front and rear supports of the ski boot. The transmission of forces (F) takes place in part through the fixing screws of fastening elements (7 and 8).
- the bridge (11) is placed under the shoe. This bridge (11) is thus placed relatively centrally with respect to the length of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10).
- the platform (61) seen from above will present the shape of a cross or a regular X with four branches substantially similar length.
- both longitudinal parts (9 and 10) are clearly separated transversely one of the other, with a distance between them.
- This chosen separation means that the platform (6) gains in lightness due to the virtual absence of material and the weight loss at center of the two front (A) and rear ends.
- the platform (61) is screwed directly onto the upper surface (3) of the ski (1). Screws go through holes crossing formed through each of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10), thus than across the bridge (11).
- the platform (61) includes four different anchoring zones (see Figures 4 and 6).
- Two first anchoring zones or joining means allow a fixed positioning of the platform (61) relative to the ski (1).
- These first two anchoring zones consist of round holes (12). With these round holes (12), dimensioned and having a diameter substantially equal to the diameter of the screw joining, no movement of the platform (61) relative to the rest of the ski (1) is not possible.
- a round hole (12) has thus been provided towards the front third of each of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) and two other round holes (12) have been provided at the rear of the bridge (11).
- Two second anchoring zones or securing means allow a positioning with sliding of the platform (61) relative to the ski (1).
- These two second anchoring zones are formed by elongated holes (13). With those elongated holes (13), having a width substantially equal to the diameter of the screw joining, and dimensioned in length to be able to allow a travel of the platform (61), only a sliding in the longitudinal direction of the platform (61) compared to the rest of the ski (1) is possible. Two elongated holes (13) were thus provided towards the two front and rear ends of each of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 10).
- the two fixed anchoring zones (12) add stiffness to the proper stiffness of the ski (1).
- the ski (1) is thus free to deform without undergoing stresses from the platform (61).
- the same platform (61) therefore makes it possible to obtain different behaviors, by a simple adjustment made by the end user.
- the platform (62) includes two rigid and separate longitudinal parts (9 and 101), as well as the bridge (11) connecting them. However, this platform (62) has a shape asymmetry between the two longitudinal parts (9 and 101).
- the first longitudinal part (9) has a length corresponding to the length of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) of the first embodiment.
- the second longitudinal part (101) has a length shorter than that of the first longitudinal part (9).
- the first part longitudinal (9), the longest, is preferably on the side of the internal edge (31) skiing (1).
- the second longitudinal part (101), the shortest, is preferably mounted on the side of the outer edge (31) of the ski (1). Both skis, internal and external by relative to the bend, bend differently and thus achieve bend radii different.
- the platform (63) includes two rigid and separate longitudinal parts (92 and 102), as well as the bridge (11) connecting them. However, this platform (63) has a shape asymmetry between the two longitudinal parts (92 and 102).
- the first longitudinal part (92) has a width greater than that of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) of the first embodiment.
- the second longitudinal part (102) has a width less than that of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) of the first embodiment production.
- the second longitudinal part (102) is preferably mounted from the side of the outer edge (31) of the ski (1). This allows the inside ski to be obtained at the turn different from the ski outside the turn and therefore have different turning radii.
- the platform (64) comprises two rigid and separate longitudinal parts (9 and 103). However, this platform (64) has an anchoring asymmetry or an asymmetry of the means fixing between the two longitudinal parts (9 and 103).
- the first part longitudinal (9) has the two anchoring zones (12 and 13) corresponding to the two anchoring zones (12 and 13) already described above for the first embodiment.
- the second longitudinal part (103) does not have anchoring zones, or else still the latter are not used.
- This second longitudinal part (103) is for example glued to the ski (1).
- the platform (65) comprises a bridge (11a) positioned at its front part (A).
- the platform (65) comprises a slot formed at its longitudinal axis median, that is to say also at the level of the median longitudinal axis of the ski (1), and opening out to the rear. This positioning of the bridge (11a) makes it easier to enter ski (1) in a curve.
- the platform (66) comprises a bridge (11b) positioned at its rear part.
- the platform (66) comprises a slot formed at its longitudinal axis median, that is to say also at the level of the median longitudinal axis of the ski (1), and opening forwards (A). This positioning of the bridge (11b) makes it possible to give power and recovery at the end of the turn.
- the platform (67) comprises two bridges (11a and 11b), respectively positioned at its part front (A) and its rear part.
- the platform (67) includes a slot made at its median longitudinal axis, i.e. also at the level of the median longitudinal axis of the ski (1), and in the central position.

- each of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 10) and the deck of the platform (68) include three recesses (14, 16 and 17) located at its contact face with the surface upper (3) of the ski (1). Between the recesses (14, 16 and 17), the two parts longitudinal (9 and 10) include rigid sectors (15) connected to the upper face rigid (20) of each of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) and of the bridge (11).
- the recess (14) is located at the front (A) of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) of the platform (6).
- the recess (16) is located in the center of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 10) and the bridge (11) of the platform (6).
- the recess (17) is located behind the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) of the platform (6).
- the form of the central recess (16) is also arranged so as to substantially cut out the upper face (20) of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10).
- the recesses (14, 16 and 17) can be filled with one or more materials having elasticity and damping properties.
- a material which we will describe as "Little damping” that is to say having elasticity properties with coefficient intrinsic damping tg ⁇ ⁇ 0.4, preferably tg ⁇ between 0.1 and 0.4, measured according to standard NF T 46 026 (at temperatures from -30 ° C to + 10 ° C and at frequencies from 0.1 Hz to 120 Hz). This will allow a revival, a dynamic and a rapid transmission of impulses from the skier's foot.

- Each of these pieces transverse (18 and 19) is separated from each other, with a certain distance between them.
- the spaces between the cross pieces (18 and 19) are filled with one or more several materials (21) having elasticity and / or damping properties.
- This material (21) makes it possible to physically join the transverse parts (18 and 19), while allowing them freedom of movement.
- the platform (70) includes two rigid and separate longitudinal parts. However, this platform (70) shows an asymmetry in the number of constituent parts between the two parts longitudinal.
- the first longitudinal part (9) has the same characteristics dimensional and structural than the longitudinal parts (9 and 10) of the first mode of achievement.
- the second longitudinal part is itself divided into two parts transverse (18 and 19). The two transverse pieces (18 and 19) of this second longitudinal part are preferably mounted on the side of the outer edge (31) of the ski (1).
- the two parts longitudinal (9 and 10) and the bridge (11) of the platform (71) are of the type described above in the first embodiment.
- the ski (22) on which they are fixed has a height recess (H) in the middle of its pad area (23). In Consequently, the ski (22) will have a thickness in its front skid zone (23) greater than the thickness of the rear shoe area (24).
- the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) as well as the bridge (11), in part or in all of the platform (71) are mounted aft overhang, or they can rest at the rear on a thickness of a material (26) having elasticity properties. - the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) are transversely separated from each other by two gaps (34) at the front and at the rear relative to the bridge (11), when the latter is in the central position according to the first embodiment.
- these spacings (34) are left free, the upper surface (3) of the upper protective layer and decoration (4) is visible, which creates interesting aesthetic effects.
- the spacings (34) can also be filled with one or more materials, under the shape of an added element, transparent or possibly having a coloring, and preferably a material with low stiffness in bending.
- the spacings (34) are filled by a convex area (36) of the ski (1).
- This convex area (36) projects between the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10) of the platform (61), similar to that of the first embodiment, with respect to the upper surface (3) of the layer protection and decoration upper (4). This avoids, for example, snow and ice jams in the spacing zone (34), while retaining the partial mechanical decoupling of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 10).
- the platform (73) with each of the two longitudinal parts (37 and 38) is extended laterally by a lateral portion or appendage respectively (39 and 41).
- the two side portions (39 and 41) descend on each of the two lateral sides of the ski (1) in the direction of the edges (31).

- edges (43) of the two lateral portions (39 and 41) can be parallel to the sliding surface (5) of the ski (1).
- the edges (43) of the two portions side (39 and 41) may also not be parallel to the sliding surface (5) of the ski (1), and in this case, a lower edge (43) of the two longitudinal parts (38) is not not parallel to the surface of the sliding sole (5).
- the lower edge (43) has, in a longitudinal plane, an angle of inclination ( ⁇ ) not zero with respect to the surface of the sliding sole (5) or with respect to the surface upper (3) of the upper protective and decorative layer (4) of the ski (1).
- This angle ( ⁇ ) is substantially between 1 and 20 °, and preferably substantially between 2 and 5 °.
- This lateral portion (29) is positioned substantially in the middle of the two parts longitudinal (28), for example at the level of the bridge (11). This allows the transfer of right and left impulses given by the skier directly towards the edges (31) right and left of the ski (1).
- the platform (74) with each of the two longitudinal parts (38) comprises a lateral portion (41).
- These two lateral portions (41) are more particularly positioned at the level of the zone implantation of the stop before fixing the boot on the ski (1) of each of the two longitudinal parts (38). - the platform (76) with each of the two longitudinal panties (38) comprises two lateral portions (41a and 41b). These four lateral portions (41a and 41b) are more particularly positioned at the level implantation zones of the front stop and the rear heel of the fastenings of the boot on the ski (1) of each of the two longitudinal parts (38). This allows more effectively transfer impulses both forwards and backwards from right and left edges (31), given by the skier when entering and exiting a turn.
- the platform (77) with each of the two longitudinal parts (38) comprises two lateral portions (41a and 41b) which are more particularly positioned at the implantation areas of the front stop and the rear heel of the bindings of the boot on the ski (1) each of the two longitudinal parts (38).
