Claims (25)
- Aufnahmevorrichtung zur in Türdicken- oder Türquerrichtung verstellbaren Halterung eines Bandlappens (2) einer Türflügelschwenkhalterung an einem Hohlprofil (3), z.B. einem Aluminiumprofil (3), gekennzeichnet durch ein Aufnahmestück (5), das im Hohlprofil (3) an einer vorgebbaren Stelle fixierbar ist, und Tragzapfen (19, 20), die durch Öffnungen in einer Seite (4) des Hohlprofils (3) in im Aufnahmestück (5) ausgebildete Aufnahmebohrungen (6, 7) vorstehen, die in den im Aufnahmestück (5) ausgebildeten Aufnahmebohrungen (6, 7) in Axialrichtung verschieblich und in unterschiedlichen Axialstellungen fixierbar aufgenommen sind und mittels deren aus dem Aufnahmestück (5) bzw. dem Hohlprofil (3) vorragenden Endabschnitten (31) die Stellung des Bandlappens (2) in Bezug auf das Aufnahmestück (5) bzw. das Hohlprofil (3) fixiert ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Aufnahmebohrungen (6, 7) und die Tragzapfen (19, 20) zylindrisch ausgebildet sind und der Innendurchmesser der Aufnahmebohrungen (6, 7) dem Außendurchmesser der Tragzapfen (19, 20) entspricht, wobei der Außendurchmesser der Tragzapfen (19, 20) zwecks Fixierung derselben in der ihnen jeweils zugeordneten Aufnahmebohrung (6, 7) aufweitbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der im innerhalb der Aufnahmebohrung (6, 7) angeordneten Endabschnitt (25) des Tragzapfens (19, 20) eine Aufnahmeausnehmung (26) ausgebildet ist, in der ein Konusteil (23, 24) angeordnet ist, mittels dem der Außendurchmesser des in der Aufnahmebohrung (6, 7) angeordneten Endabschnitts (25) des Tragzapfens (19, 20) aufweitbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Aufnahmeausnehmung (26) im Endabschnitt (25) des Tragzapfens (19, 20) konusförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, bei der der größte Außendurchmesser des Konusteils (23, 24) kleiner als der Innendurchmesser der aufnahmestückseitigen Aufnahmebohrung (6, 7) bzw. der Außendurchmesser des Tragzapfens (19, 20) ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, bei der der Tragzapfen (19, 20) an seinem in der Aufnahmebohrung (6, 7) angeordneten Endabschnitt (25) zumindest einen, vorzugsweise mehrere in Umfangsrichtung des Tragzapfens (19, 20) beabstandete Axialschlitze (27) aufweist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, bei der das Konusteil (23, 24) eine Gewindebohrung (29) aufweist, die mit einem Gewindeabschnitt (30) einer Schraube (21, 22) in Gewindeeingriff ist, die vom aus dem Aufnahmestück (5) bzw. dem Hohlprofil (3) vorragenden Endabschnitt (31) des Tragzapfens (19, 20) her in Axialrichtung den Tragzapfen (19, 20) bis zu dessen Konusteil (23, 24) durchragt.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Tragzapfen (19, 20) an seinem aus dem Aufnahmestück (5) bzw. dem Hohlprofil (3) vorragenden Endabschnitt (31) einen Gewindeansatz (32) aufweist, der mit einer Gewindebohrung (33) des Bandlappens (2) in Gewindeeingriff bringbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Tragzapfen (19, 20) an seinem aus dem Aufnahmestück (5) bzw. dem Hohlprofil (3) vorragenden Endabschnitt (31) einen Nietansatz (43) aufweist, der mit einer Nietaufnahme (44) des Bandlappens (2) zur Ausbildung einer Nietverbindung (43, 44) vernietet bzw. vernietbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, bei der der in der bandlappenseitigen Nietaufnahme (44) vernietete tragzapfenseitige Nietansatz eine Aufnahme (45) für einen Kegelkopf (46) der Schraube (21, 22) bildet.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei der die Tiefe der bandlappenseitigen Nietaufnahme (44) einerseits sowie die Abmessungen des tragzapfenseitigen Nietansatzes 43) und des Kegelkopfes (46) der Schraube (21, 22) andererseits so gewählt sind, daß die freie Stirnfläche (47) des Kegelkopfes (46) der Schraube (21, 22) mit der freien Oberfläche des Bandlappens (2) fluchtet.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, bei der der Kopf bzw. der Kegelkopf (46) der Schraube (21, 22) als Innenmehrkantkopf ausgebildet ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, mit einem Klemmstück (11), das auf der Außenfläche der Seite (4) des Hohlprofils (3) angeordnet ist und an dem das auf der Innenfläche der Seite (4) des Hohlprofils (3) angeordnete Aufnahmestück (5) mittels durch Öffnungen in der Seite (4) des Hohlprofils (3) in Gewindebohrungen (9, 10) des Aufnahmestücks (5) eingreifender Befestigungsschrauben (17, 18) fixierbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, deren Aufnahmestück (5) eine Verstellgewindebohrung (8) aufweist, in die eine in ihrer Axialrichtung am Bandlappen (2) fixierte und in Bezug auf den Bandlappen (2) drehbare Verstellspindel (37) eingreift.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, bei der die Verstellspindel (37) einen Kopf (40) mit Innenmehrkant (39) aufweist, zwischen dessen proximaler Stirnseite (38) und einem in einer Umlaufnut (42) angeordneten Sicherungsteil (41) der Bandlappen (2) in Bezug auf die Verstellspindel (37) axial fest angeordnet ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, bei der die Verstellspindel (37) an ihrem aus dem Aufnahmestück (5) bzw. dem Hohlprofil (3) bzw. dem Klemmstück (11) vorragenden Endabschnitt (48) einen Nietansatz (49) aufweist, der mit einer Nietaufnahme (50) des Bandlappens (2) zur Ausbildung einer Nietverbindung (49, 50) vernietet bzw. vernietbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, bei der der in der bandlappenseitigen Nietaufnahme (50) vernietete verstellspindelseitige Nietansatz (49) eine Aufnahme (51) für einen Kegelkopf (52) einer Treibschraube (53) bildet.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, bei der die Tiefe der bandlappenseitigen Nietaufnahme (50) einerseits sowie die Abmessungen des verstellspindelseitigen Nietansatzes (49) und des Kegelkopfes (52) der Treibschraube (53) andererseits so gewählt sind, daß die freie Stirnfläche (56) des Kegelkopfes (52) der Treibschraube (53) mit der freien Oberfläche des Bandlappens (2) fluchtet.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, bei der ein Gewindeabschnitt (54) der Treibschraube (53) in ein Innengewinde (55) der Verstellspindel (37) eingeschraubt und dort fixiert ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, bei der der Gewindeabschnitt (54) der Treibschraube (53) im Innengewinde (55) der Verstellspindel (37) mittels einer Klebeverbindung fest verklebt ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, bei der die Nietverbindung (49, 50) zwischen dem Endabschnitt (48) der Verstellspindel (37) und dem Bandlappen (2) so hergestellt bzw. ausgebildet ist, daß die Verstellspindel (37) in Bezug auf den Bandlappen (2) drehbar und axial fest gelagert ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21, bei der der Kegelkopf (52) der Treibschraube (53) als Innenmehrkantkopf ausgebildet ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 22, bei der die freien Stirnflächen (47, 56) der Schrauben (21, 22) und der Treibschraube (53) optisch gleich bzw. ähnlich ausgebildet sind.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 23, die zumindest einen Tragzapfen (19, 20) und eine Verstellspindel (37) aufweist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 24, die einen oberen (19) und einen unteren Tragzapfen (20) aufweist, zwischen denen in Vertikalrichtung etwa mittig die Verstellspindel (37) angeordnet ist.
