Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a vertical partitioning system panel type mounted between two horizontal rails, and allowing the individual dismantling of the panels without any action on the adjacent panels. This type of panel mounting is said to be "no progressive".
  • a partitioning system of this type is for example described in patent EP 0 821 113 in the name of the applicant. It is made up of panels formed of two identical mounted facings symmetrically with respect to the median plane of the partition. These siding is connected to each other at the level of their vertical a profile which has bearing surfaces intended to come to matching surface contact of the adjacent panel profile. The The panels are fixed at the level of these surfaces thanks to staples called "cams".
  • This method of attachment leaves, however, between them a spacing of 3mm necessary for the passage of the tool intended for to communicate a couple of rotation with the staples-cams to put them in blocking or unblocking position of the panels. Once these installed, this gap is filled by a bottom of joint receiving a seal of silicone type or other, restoring a aesthetic unit and masking the staples.
  • cam attachment systems as well manipulable via a tool, for example, introduced into an orifice in the panel, which is then hidden with a cache for meet the usual aesthetic requirements once the setting place panels completed.
  • the preferred field of use for the vertical partitioning system the invention is that of so-called "white” rooms used in industries pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and other research industries. In these sectors of activity, the tolerated joints and therefore the spacings are 3mm for to ensure the proper sealing of the premises in good conditions compartmentalised.
  • the present invention therefore proposes to remedy this by proposing on the one hand non-progressive partitions whose walls are on the other hand preserved from any tool insertion hole and spaced apart by a maximum of 3 mm, which therefore respond to the constraints specific to so-called "white" rooms, especially in terms of sealing.
  • the vertical partitioning system is composed of panels having two identical mounted facings symmetrically with respect to the median plane of the partition, and each facing has, in its lateral vertical edges, at least one cutting intended to come opposite a homologous cut of the side edge vertically facing the adjacent panel, means for fixing and holding distance coming to cooperate with the peripheral edges of the cuts in vis-à-vis to make it possible to join adjacent panels delimiting between them a gap gap allowing the manipulation of these means for respectively to put in position of unlocking / locking panels.
  • the means for fixing and keeping at a distance consist of staples comprising on the one hand a base ensuring their attachment to the edge lower section of a panel, and secondly a swivel mounted blade in the base and ensuring the attachment and the remote maintenance of the adjacent panel by coming to lock on the lower peripheral edge of the cutout vis-a-vis.
  • the blade comprises according to the invention a double notch cooperating with the borders lower cut-outs vis-à-vis, the notch distal from the axis of rotation coming from adjust themselves on horseback and abutment, these notches fitting transversely in a notch practiced centrally in the lower edge of each cut.
  • the tab separating said notches defines the width of the gap between the panels.
  • the base is of parallelepipedic appearance and has a fork formed of two side walls and a transverse connecting end wall, together defining a space in which is housed the swivel blade, the two side walls each being provided with a groove for accommodating the edge lower peripheral of one of the two cutouts to ensure the fixation of the base to the panel.
  • the pivoting of the blade is done for example using a pin positioned in through holes which are respectively provided with the side walls and the blade.
  • this pin has a diameter slightly greater than that of the holes, thus ensuring a simple but effective mechanics between the base and the blade.
  • this tab has a rounded end allowing the blade to slide against the outer surface of the edges to facilitate thus setting it in locked position.
  • the cuts in the songs are endowed, in their borders cooperating with the fastening clip, a central notch of rectangular shape, of width substantially equal to that of the blades.
  • the bottom of the said notches is preferably perpendicular to their sides, so that the abutting contact with the bottom of the notches of the blade can be realized on a maximum surface.
  • This method of fixing guarantees the blocking of the panels in the direction of the partitioning, due to the insertion at low tolerance, by reliefs of the notch distal from the axis of rotation on the wall of the edge of the adjacent panel, at the notch. It also guarantees the blocking in a direction perpendicular to the average plane of the panels, because of the correspondence of the transverse dimensions of the blade and the notch.
  • the blade and the base cooperate in the surplus so that stops allow to control the angular displacement of the first in the second.
  • This characteristic makes the blade always accessible through the gap between two panels by avoiding a too important tilt towards the back of the base.
  • these stops consist of two edges of the blade intended for come into contact with the inner surface of the transverse wall of the base, in order to to limit the rotary stroke of the blade respectively in the unlocked position and locked.
  • the blade also has a song parallel to that of said songs forming an abutment in the unlocked position, located in such a way that in the latter position, this parallel song is arranged in the volume of the gap, substantially parallel to him.
  • This characteristic is particularly important when positioning a panel in a partition, between two panels already fixed.
  • the blade of the staple is rotated very simply using a flat tool whose thickness is less than the width of the gap.
  • the base of the clip is made of plastic or alloy aluminum, while the blade is made of conductive material. This specificity ensures electrical continuity between each partition element with respect to electrostatic phenomena that may exist at the walls.
  • the cuts of the lateral vertical edges of the The facings are of rectangular shape, of width substantially equal to that of the base. This characteristic allows to further improve the transverse blocking panels, in principle already assured by the blade.
  • the peripheral edge of the cuts can present two notches arranged symmetrically with respect to the horizontal to facilitate the mounting panels regardless of their direction of use.
  • a partitioning system such as that of the invention can of course be develop in several directions.
  • the main features of the invention must be whatever the development and orientation that is given to the wall.
  • panels can be attached to end profiles of partitions, corner profiles and / or changes of direction, songs the lateral sections of these end sections must then be similar to those classic panels.
  • the partitioning system of the invention offers a solution simple and inexpensive to manufacture the problem of watertight and non-sealed partitions progressives especially usable for clean rooms.
  • This solution is doubly advantageous on the economic level, because it is easier to implement, including assembly, which can be done quickly using a workforce quickly formed.
  • Figure 1 illustrates the mounting of a "non-progressive" partitioning system according to the invention using two panels (A 1 ) and (A 2 ).
  • each panel for example (A 1 ) is composed of two facings (1) profiled sheet whose folded lateral rim constitute the vertical edges (2).
  • the facings (1) are connected at these vertical edges by connecting profiles (P).
  • the panels and the section (P) are represented discontinuously in height, for reasons of legibility of the drawing.
  • the panels (A 1 , A 2 ) come to rest on a lower slide or smooth.
  • the partitioning system also includes an upper slide, which is not shown to highlight the shape of the profiles.
  • the figure also shows the cutouts (3) in the lateral vertical edges (2) of each facing (1). They are intended to receive the staples (not shown) providing the functions of fixing and keeping at a distance two consecutive panels (A 1 , A 2 , ..., A n ) in the partitioning.
  • These cuts (3) are arranged along the edges (2) so that each has a symmetrical shape with respect to a horizontal median plane. This specificity, as well as their positioning in the songs, provide a mounting partitioning independent of the direction of use of the panels (A 1 , A 2 , ..., A n ) or siding (1).
  • Figure 1 also shows the mounting of the panel (A 2 ), represented by a single facing (1), when the panel (A 1 ) is already in place in the partition.
  • the installation of the panel (A 2 ) is done by a translational movement symbolized by the arrow F, that is to say perpendicularly to the vertical median plane of the partition, so as to bring the cutouts (not visible) practiced in its lateral edges opposite homologous cuts of the panel (A 1 ).
  • This setting up can obviously also be done in the opposite direction of this arrow according to which side one operates.
  • the editor will have taken care, prior to the introduction of the panel (A 2 ), to fix the staples in the unlocked position in the cutouts (3), as will be explained in more detail in the following description.
  • FIG. 2 is a representation of the staple (5) as it stands in locked position. It consists of a base (9) in which pivots a blade (10).
  • FIG. 3 illustrates in more detail the base (9) whose shape is that of a part of parallelepipedal appearance comprising a fork composed of two walls lateral sections (6, 7) connected by a transverse connecting wall (8), these walls delimiting between them a space (13) in which the blade is housed.
  • Each side wall (6.7) is provided with a groove (11) for accommodating the lower peripheral edge (12a) of the blank (2) (see Figure 5) on both sides of the notches (4) or (4 ').
  • These grooves (11) actually create two front lugs (14, 15) in the respective extension of the walls (6, 7).
  • These are furthermore provided with holes through (33) coaxial.
  • FIG 4 shows in more detail the blade (10), flat part inscribed in a rhombus.
  • This part comprises in the lower part a double notch (16, 17) surrounding a tab (18) whose dimensions allow to define the spacing between two successive panels, and whose end (18a) is rounded to facilitate the implementation blade in locked position.
  • the notch (17) is placed in the notch (4) (see Figure 5) to achieve the blocking of the panels (A 1 , A 2 , ..., A n ).
  • the drawing of this piece includes functional songs (19, 20), substantially parallel, and a song (21) adjacent to the song (20). The surfaces of the latter are provided to cooperate with the inner surface of the transverse wall (8) of the base (9), to limit the angular displacement of the blade.
  • the blade (10) is also provided with a through orifice (22), intended to be positioned coaxially with the orifices (23) of the side walls of the base (9) in operating phase (see Figure 3). Once aligned, these holes allow the insertion of an elastic pin which constitutes in fact the rotation shaft allowing the pivoting of the blade (10) in the base (9).
  • Figure 5 shows the shape of a cutout (3).
  • She presents a shape of rectangular shape, whose width corresponds substantially to that of the base (9), and is further provided with two central notches (4, 4 ') of depth p practiced in its lower peripheral edges (12a) and superior (12b).
  • These cuts are arranged according to a double symmetry by ratio to the vertical median (32) and horizontal median (33) axes of the blank (3), aiming, as mentioned before, to a reversible positioning of siding in the rails or horizontal rails (not shown) without worry about their sense of use, because their positioning along the edge (2) allows this reversibility.
  • Figure 6 shows the unlocked position (in broken lines) / locked (solid line) of the staple between two adjacent panels of which only the songs side plates (2, 2 ') have been shown for reasons of clarity.
  • the base (9) overlaps the lower peripheral edge (12a) of the blank (3) (as illustrated in FIG. 5) of the side edge (2), which then becomes lodged in the grooves (11) for fixing the clip, on either side of the notch (4, 4 ').
  • the blade (10) then leaves the passage to the edge (2 ') of the panel mounted second.
  • the tilting of the blade (10) from this position is in the interstice (34), pressing down on the free end (10a) with a flat tool.
  • Figure 7 shows a partition according to the invention with a reduced number of panels (A 3 , A 4 , ..., A n ) not significant of the actual number of panels that can theoretically compose it.
  • the partial representation of the panel (A 4 ) illustrates in particular that it may have different lengths. It conventionally consists of two facings (1) provided with side edges (2) interconnected via the connecting profiles (P).
  • the arrows F 'and F "in opposite direction express the double direction of possible assembly of the panel (A 4 ).
  • the gap (34) existing between two consecutive panels (for example A 3 and A 4 ) is filled in known manner by seals (35) restoring the flatness of the wall .
  • FIG. 8 illustrates an end upright (24) comprising two flanges (25, 26) facing the lateral vertical edges (2) of the panel (A 5 ) on which it is fixed by means of the staples (5).
  • These two flanges (25, 26) of course also include cutouts to allow the positioning of said staples (5).
  • FIG. 9 shows a corner profile (27) provided with two vertical side edges (29, 30) having the same cutouts as those previously described for performing the same functions and thus ensuring the external joining of the panels (A 6 ). and (A 7 ).
  • the internal junction is then made using a simple L-shaped section (31) which is secure with screws on the edges (2) facing (1) closest.
