Claims (11)
- Lève-vitre (1) comprenant :un curseur (3) de vitre ;un câble (4) relié au curseur de vitre ;un logement (7) de poulie ;une poulie (6) entraínant le câble (4);-présentant des moyens d'accouplement (8) d'un organe moteur ;-montée bloquée en rotation dans le logement (7) en absence d'organe moteur accouplé à la poulie.
- Le lève-vitre de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poulie (6) est bloquée dans le logement (7) sous l'effet de la tension du câble (7).
- Le lève-vitre de la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la poulie (6) est montée en porte-à-faux dans le logement (7), en absence d'organe moteur accouplé à la poulie, sous l'effet de la tension du câble.
- Le lève-vitre de l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la poulie est un tambour d'enroulement du câble.
- Le lève-vitre de l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que :une saillie (11, 12) est ménagée sur une pièce parmi la poulie ou le logement;une encoche de blocage (16, 17) conformée à la saillie (11, 12) est ménagée sur l'autre pièce parmi la poulie ou le logement.
- Le lève-vitre de l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que :il comprend en outre un rail de guidage (2) ;le curseur est maintenu à une position prédéterminée sur le rail par la poulie bloquée en rotation.
- Procédé d'assemblage de lève-vitre, comprenant les étapes de :fourniture d'une poulie de câble présentant des moyens d'accouplement d'organe moteur, et de fourniture d'un logement de poulie, d'un curseur et d'un câble;jonction du câble à la poulie de façon à entraíner le câble, fixation du câble au curseur, placement et blocage de la rotation de la poulie dans le logement.
- Le procédé d'assemblage de la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape d'application d'une tension au câble de façon à maintenir le tambour en porte à faux dans le logement.
- Le procédé d'assemblage de lève-vitre de la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, ultérieurement aux étapes précédentes, des étapes de :accouplement d'un organe moteur à la poulie. ;déblocage du tambour.
- Le procédé d'assemblage de lève-vitre de la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape de :fourniture d'un arbre dans le logement ;
et en ce que
l'étape de déblocage de la poulie comprend le placement de la poulie et de l'organe moteur sur l'arbre. - Le procédé d'assemblage de lève-vitre selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le curseur est maintenu à proximité de sa position supérieure.
