Ink chamber (1) for rotary printing presses, which is formed at least by the following elements: an anilox roller (2) which rotates around an axis (D) during operation, an elongated doctor blade chamber body (4) which delimits the ink chamber (1) at least on the side facing away from the inking roller (2), at least one inlet through which paint enters the interior of the paint chamber, two doctor blades (23, 24) which can be set in a wedge-like manner on the inking roller, two sealing bodies (7) which delimit the end faces of the ink chamber (1), the sealing surfaces of the sealing bodies being set against the inking roller (2), two first intermediate walls (11), one of which is arranged between the inking zone (14) of the inking roller and the respective sealing body, so that on each side of the doctor chamber between the sealing bodies (7) and the intermediate walls (11) first chambers (9) arise at least two paint outflows (18) which discharge paint from the first chambers (9) characterized in that
at least one further partition (13) is provided between the inking zone (14) of the inking roller (2) and the first partition (11), so that at least one further chamber (10) is located between the first (11) and the other partition (13) arises.

dass zumindest ein Rakelmesser (23, 24) auf zumindest einer Stirnseite der Farbkammer (1) bereits zwischen einer Zwischenwand (11, 13) und der Dichtung (7) endet.
